Only waited 15 minutes for a walk in deluxe pedicure! The pedicure was so relaxing, and I felt like she really took her time instead of rushing through! I chose the lemon scent for the sugar scrub and lotion. My favorite part of the pedicure was the scrub on my legs as well as the hot stone massage. It's definitely worth the extra $10 to do the deluxe pedicure. Even better that they have massage chairs so that you can feel maximally pampered during your experience!! BR Nails is my go-to spot! I've become a regular every 3 or so weeks since December for dip manicures. Service is always fast but high quality and even when they are busy they are able to efficiently move through their queue! I've also loved getting pedicures here. The space is clean and nicely decorated and one time when I was there they even were playing the Taylor Swift Era's tour movie which made for a fun vibe! BR nails has been around for a long time...almost a Broad Ripple mainstay. When you first walk in they ask you to wash your hands. Masks are also required. I had been going to this salon for several months. The nails weren't remarkable, but closer to what I was looking for. I had tried a few different techs and hoped to get the same one often. They consistently demonstrated a lack of organization and ability to properly handle the demand without rushing and doing a mediocre job. I stopped getting pedicures here for that reason. I would be charged for exceptional service and would notice that certain techs were skipping steps and the results varied greatly. I was placed with a younger tech at one point for a fill-in and asked several times to be assisted by someone else because I was repeatedly hurt, being sliced by the nail file and burned by the drills. My requests were denied. I left that appointment with bloody hands and extremely uncomfortable for days. Not one person stepped in to make sure everything was okay. The next time this same nail tech did an overlay full set on my natural nail. I noticed cracking after two days. I ended up having to get two nails repaired while on vacation out of fear of my nail breaking in the center of my nail bed. I was told the initial set was too thin and was causing harm to my nail. By the time I got back home, two other nails were doing the same thing and one completely broke and was bleeding. I went in to get the nails removed after only one week. I was charged to have them removed and vowed to never return to this establishment. Terrible place, terrible service. read more

I initially wasn't going to get my nails done today, but I had some free time so I went on the website in hopes of scheduling a same-day appointment. Lucky for me, they would take me right when I wanted to go and confirmed my appointment almost immediately. I was a bit hesitant going in, as my picture of inspiration might've been a little difficult. Thao was great, looked at the picture and replicated it onto my nails with ease. She was very pleasant to talk to and did a great job with the entire manicure. The salon itself was clean, calm and organized. All of the nail technicians are very friendly and will talk with you during your appointment. Parking was easy as well, as it is right out front. It is also extremely affordable, as my gel fill with a design was $50. Highly recommended for people who may not have a ton of time in their day, as it is a very quick appointment. When I got to the salon they took me right away and I was out the door less than 45 minutes later. It was a very quick, efficient and successful appointment. You can also sign in with your phone number and collect points, getting you rewards. They will also send you a birthday coupon! All in all, BR is a great place to go. Five stars because this is one of the best mani's I have had in a while. The gentleman who did my mani did not get upset or try to get me to cut my cuticles when I asked him not to! I always get pushback from every salon when I ask that--it's a personal preference and I like my sensitive cuticles just pushed back, not trimmed. He was friendly and talkative and they ensure they put a clear bottom base coat, and clear top coat to protect your mani! My friends who got pedi's enjoyed theirs, and you could tell they put the effort as it sure took a while! Oh and my friends who got gel manicures were perfect! My nails didn't chip after 6 days of moderate hand use (I didn't wash dishes, but I was hauling a bunch of luggage around during my visit to Indiana).
