Usually they will just remove the clear coat with the drill then wrap my nails in acetone for a few minutes, then gently scrape the remainder off. This girl removed all the polish leaving my natural nails thin and fragile. Sadly, the next day one broke completely off. I shouldn't have to tell the nail tech how to do their job. I did notice they lined the bowl w plastic which is nice. They also did not use much lotion which again not sure if that was covid or not. Onto a full set. I mixed up my nails went w an almond shape. Same color. There are plexiglass barriers up which honestly make sense to have up all the time. The way they had it up and the look is very nice and professional. All employees were wearing masks. I wore a mask but not all customers were wearing masks. I feel the salon was clean, the work was great and I will be back.
