Usually they will just remove the clear coat with the drill then wrap my nails in acetone for a few minutes, then gently scrape the remainder off. This girl removed all the polish leaving my natural nails thin and fragile. Sadly, the next day one broke completely off. I shouldn't have to tell the nail tech how to do their job.
