My experience getting my nails done was horrible and painful. The male nail tech with tattoos arm sleeve named Teddy, did my nails and he was very dismissive and rude and handle my nails and hands roughly. my nails hurt and when I tried to communicate to him during the process he was very dismissive and disregarded my concerns. He actively ignored me and tried to just bully me to do what he wanted versus listen and address my concerns. I have an event that I am going to and paying money to get my nails done should be a positive and pleasant and relaxing experience. I am paying my hard earned money. Instead, I have left with my nails feeling sore and painful and heavy. I use my hands to do my work and I can't hardly function. I have never felt this way. After I called him out the owner Holly tried to fix my nails and made excuses for Teddy's behavior. You be the judge. Take a look at the finish product and tell me what you see. I need these off due to the pain I am experiencing. Teddy was rude and unapologetic for what he did. I paid $125 for my nails and feet. In a world where rudeness and unkindness is more acceptable. Went for a pedicure with another person. My person was a male. Did not rub the scrub on my feet but the other person had both feet rubbed with scrub. My person rubbed lotion only on one foot. The other person I was with, her nail tech used the grater too vigorously and both heels are red and sore to walk :( While we were waiting on a ride another patron came in, said her polish was peeling after being done yesterday. The dude with tattoo arm selves is extremely rude. Was very aggressive while doing my nails and my nails hurt badly and feel like they are bruised. The nails turned out super cute, but I cannot stress how much pain I'm in from how rough he was while filing my nails. Overpriced and disappointing results. 150 for a regular pedicure and dip with tips manicure. Would have been worth the price if the work wasn't subpar. My cuticles were stained by the dip powder and the manicurist refused to clean them up when I politely asked her. She said, "Just wash your hands a few times and it'll come off." It did not come off. Honestly worst nail experience. I went in for a pedicure and asked how long the wait was. The nail tech said there was no wait! She set me up in a chair and I waited for 45 mins. I waited so long that all I could get was gel paint on my nails and not the entire pedicure. They still made me pay 30 dollars. Just spent $107 for a gel pedi and dip mani. The pedi was pretty good but the mani was AWFUL. I was in pain the entire time and my nails look horrible. The clear coat is not smooth at all. It looks like when you bump your nails before they are dry and then you try to smooth it out and it gets that sticky/uneven texture. It's also SO thick I might as well have acrylics on. I had a pedicure today and I must say it is the best pedicure I have received in town. I've been to several locations and great customer service very friendly. The pedicure consisted of a great massage, lengthy time and much care given. I originally had not intended on getting a manicure and decided to do that as well because the pedicure was amazing. I have struggled to add this review for a while because I don't like giving negative feedback, but my experience with them has been eating at me for sometime and I feel obligated to say something. For my first trip there in August 2019, I called them on a Thursday morning and scheduled an appointment for 3 pm that afternoon. But when I arrived, they seemed surprised that I had an appointment. I wound waiting for an hour. The place was packed, which said to me they must really be good. In fact, another customer told me, "oh you're going to love this place." So I stayed to give them a chance. The technician who seated me seemed to be in charge. I explained to him that I wanted square square tips. But he started tapering my nails into coffin shape. When I reminded him I asked for square shape, he told me that the way he was doing it would look nice. Basically, he chose how my nails were going to look. He continued onward. He was a bit too strong in how he held my hands, which I have never encountered before. But to his credit, even though I didn't care for the shape, he did do a great job. For my pedicure, he turned me over to another technician who I remember was sniffling a lot due to allergies. During my pedicure, I heard her talking about a customer who was returning because she wasn't happy with her nails. She was mocking her. And when the woman arrived, she literally laughed out loud at the customer, loud enough for everyone in the salon to hear her, including the customer she was laughing at, other customers, and other technicians. I was very shocked. I have never been to any salon where this kind of behavior was allowed. And for these reasons I don't feel comfortable returning. Maybe these were isolated incidents. But I prefer to go to salons where customers matter, including those who have concerns about the service provided. read more

I do not get my nails done often but I decided to try this place because it is close to my house. I was very pleased with the experience. Prices were very comparable to others in the area. I had regular polish pedicure and gel polish manicure ($57 for both) Not sure who did my pedicure but Jackie did my manicure and he was amazing!! He has great attention to detail and was very accurate on the edges of the polish which I really appreciate. The pedicure person was very nice and also was a pleasant experience. I have been going to this place for 15yrs but the prices there have gone up immensely in the last few years. Gel pedicure is NOW $70 which is ridiculous. You are paying for a packet of lotions that they'll keep some and use on next customers or themselves. They give you brochure for this wallet draining pedicure so be sure to ask for the regular one which is NOW $50 ($15 increase) for regular polish with no extras. I wouldn't suggest this place. I received a manicure at this nail salon. I looked away for one second and she had dusty tools on the table. They weren't in a sterile bag or anything. Just thrown in a drawer. She dipped the cuticle cutter in the water I was soaking my nails in. That's nasty! On a positive note they were very nice. I enjoy this salon but sometimes they don't do what's right regarding appointments I have been on the receiving end of things. Even if you have an appt there is a wait. I try and always be their first appt but even then I was waiting after I filled out the consent form last week and another customer walked in for her 11 o clock too and they took her before me... she didn't even fill out a form. I was shocked! I did get small nick on my finger from the drill last time but it wasn't bad I got the first use of the drills but the buffers are not disposable which I thought should at least be cleaned with alcohol. I've had TJ, a nice younger girl and and older male do my nails all Nice work. I would suggest taking customers in order and writing down appointments and cleaning equipment stations. Their pedicure chairs are delightful and the crowd there is pretty nice on Sunday mornings, it's pretty engaging. I've given this place multiple chances, and I will not be returning. I got a full set a little over a week ago and it was a mess. While filling my nails, she burnt me multiple times to the point of me physically having to pull my hand back because it hurt. The application of the acrylic was so thick that she had to file it forever, again burning me with the file. Not to mention, a lot of my nails weren't even the same shape. Some were almond how I wanted, some round and one was a squarish oval. When I picked out a color, they didn't have it. When I picked a comparable color it was regular and not gel. They didn't have that color in gel. Finally someone came up with another color and it wasn't what I wanted. I was looking for a very pale, light pink (I was getting my nails done for a wedding I was in) that was subtle and would go with my dress. It was very pink, and I asked if there was something lighter because it was very pink. She told me "it's very light when you paint it on" and painted a tiny bit on her nail, showed me, handed the bottle to the girl doing my nails and just walked away. She then painted three coats of polish on my nails, even though I told her it looked fine after two and I didn't want it too pink. And now, a little over a week later, I've already have two nails fall off. This place is close and convenient, but it's not even remotely worth the money when it's not done well. read more

Very upset with this nail salon. I walk in a 5:05 pm on a Sunday, they look at me and say we are closed, I said that online and on their front door it says they're open until 6 on sundays. The man sitting there just ignored me. No one else was sitting in the waiting chairs. This place gives nice manicures depending on which tech you get to do it. It is very clean and professional looking inside. My biggest complaint is that the price never stayed the same. I made an appointment at 10:00 am for my daughter and I. They took my appointment, I had scheduled to get a gel polish and dip nail. I sat her here for 35mins waiting for someone to take me. I could have understood if they were busy and couldn't take me back but they had very little people in there. they finally took me back and started to do my nails, all they did was shape my nails and take polish off. I sat in a chair waiting for someone to do my nails while the workers were standing around talking. my daughter had finished her polish while I was still sitting there waiting. I finally got up after 40 minutes of waiting for someone to actually do something to my nails and decided to pay for my daughters nails and leave to go to another nail salon. they tried to charge me $45 for a paint polish. my daughters nails still had paint all over her skin. they tried to charge me for a "manicure" when they didn't do anything of the sort. I sat there at the front desk waiting to talk to someone and tell them that I wasn't going to pay $45 dollars for the job that they claim that they did but they didn't do anything but half do there job. After I sat there they tried to charge me $10 because they took off my nail polish. I left paying $35 after they had talked to the lady that did my daughters nails, she claimed she did a manicure when she NEVER did anything like that. not to mention while the lady was doing my daughters nails she sat on the phone the whole entire time. and not giving my daughter the whole demand that we were paying for. we would have been better off painting my daughters nails at home, and would have paid less. this place is such a joke. the past times i have been here they have done a very bad job on my nails.
