Not only are the nails completely different sizes and do not match but she spent maybe 15 minutes absolutely shredding my skin. It has been over a hour since I left and I am still bleeding. She noticed I was bleeding on one finger then proceeded to rip away at it after. I was noticeably cringing. I don't feel like this should be okay, I didn't even feel like I could say anything due to the dismissiveness. I've never had someone just tear up my cuticles like that. She tried to blame it on me shaking. My fingers are still in pain. She sat on the left side farthest down in the row. Definitely will not be coming back and neither will my mom or sister. I came here with my daughter for 2 full sets, and 2 pedis, one pedi was a #2 (mine) & my daughters was the basic, both pedis were reg nail polish as well. Have been going here for a little over a year. At first, service was ok. The last few months it has steadily declined to the point where it is no longer acceptable. Appointments times not honored, tried for days to reach the salon by phone with no answer, when you walk in no one even looks up to greet you / check in, pedicures rushed. Overall, horrible service. Went to iNails for the second time today for a full set and pedicure. First visit for an acrylic fill was pleasant, nothing out of the ordinary. Today's visit was one of the worst experiences I've had in a long while. Other reviews do hold true, as this location does not seem to honor appointments. I called the day before for a 1pm appointment with Katie (who I thought I had the first time after asking the gentleman on the phone for the woman who sits in the first station on the right when walking into the salon) Walked in today and was escorted to a pedicure chair by a man (who was clearly not the woman I asked for). It started out pleasant, I was asked which pedicure I wanted and went with the classic. I was extremely disappointed when the entire pedicure lasted maybe 15 minutes. The description promised a callus removal treatment that ultimately ended up being rubbing a very used pumice stone on only my right heel. The experience was not at all enjoyable, as it seemed pretty rushed. I was then escorted to a manicure table, where I reminded the gentleman that I had an appointment with Katie. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for her to finish another customer. Finally got started and after 10 minutes, she disappeared for a bit. Finally got back and went through the process of a full set. Long story short, I asked for coffin nails- got square. (Asked her to make them more coffin and she said she wasn't' finished So I stopped talking the rest of the time and let her do her job.) She used a very used nail file on my nails, and after shaping the nails, went directly into paining them without having my hands washed to be sure the acrylic dust was completely gone. I was cut twice while my nails were buffed and the acrylics sit well over my nail bed. Safe to say I feel like I just flushed $100 down the drain and do not plan on returning. read more

First time going to INails. I was a walk-in, but didn't wait too long. Got a full set French tip. I had a gentleman doing my nails. He was nice, but my set was a mess. Shape was not consistent, white painted tips were crooked (he re-did 3 of them and still couldn't figure it out) and felt that I was rushed thru the appointment. This is a great nail spot in Brownsburg. The technicians are friendly, helpful and professional. The salon itself is very clean and well-kept. It's clear they are taking extra safety precautions due to COVID. In addition they have a large variety of dip and gel color selections, which is a huge plus for me, because not a lot of salons have a variety of dip colors to choose from. The only thing to be aware of is with acrylic nails, the price starts at $38, but it's an additional $5 to shape the nails and another $5 if the nail is considered long. Absolute worst nail experience ever today. I was there over 4 hours for a pedicure and a manicure they continuously made a mess of. The owner tried to fix the mistakes of the tech but it was a big mess and difficult to fix due to all of the messed up layers of product she had on my nails. My nails were burned, my cuticles were bleeding and I was almost in tears with pain and frustration. The owner mentioned several times he wouldn't be charging me for the bad nail experience but on my way out he charged me $47. My friend and I decided to try this place out for the first time yesterday, a Friday night. We walked in with one full hour until closing time and we asked for manis and pedis. There were two ladies working, one was super pleasant and kind, the other, the "boss" literally ruined our experience there. The first nail tech mentioned we may be pressed for time getting both manicures and pedicures, which I didn't really understand but I was then looking forward to getting a really quality pedicure if it took that long. Boy was I wrong, I felt super rushed, the second lady, the boss, was super rude, kept rushing the other lady and she mentioned there were people waiting on her because "It was Friday night" I'm sorry but what nail salon isn't packed busy on Friday nights? I work in the service industry and when you say you close at 7, you NEVER walk out of the door right at 7...... She kept asking us if we were sure we wanted to get a manicure, hunting to the fact that there wasn't time.
