Had a girls day out with daughter in law. Came in for mani pedi. A little bit of a wait, but not terribly bad. First time in a very long time, where I didn't have to go home and re-shape or re-file my nails. The technician actually was fast, but I was impressed with the final results. I had 1 nail that was pretty short, and they charged $3 for a tip, which other shops have not charged for, but the work was good, so the sacrifice was worth $3. I'll definitely go back when I'm on that side of town again. My pedi wasn't bad, the water definitely could have been much, much warmer, while I waited for a technician to start on my feet...but the end result was good. read more

I been coming here since the 90's I have always had a great experience with everyone who does my nail, but this Saturday 12/30/2023 I went to get my nails done for New Year, I find ideas off Pinterest for the holidays I tell them they can do something similar to what the picture show, but I was told it was sticker, he could have painted a design on my nails, I'm disappointed with them because the mood color it's changing and the design is not a very good on. I have been coming here for 9months now and I absolutely love it. I get my services done by Charlie. Helen Is also very good. Newly renovated! Super clean! Lots Of Gel And Regular Colors. Nice new Pedicure chairs and If you bring your kids they have one kiddie pedicure chair! The rest room is ALWAYS clean! Staff is always Friendly and respectful as long as you treat them the same. It took me going to a different nail shop every two weeks for months on the East Side of Indianapolis to find a good nail tech and salon. I've been coming to the salon for a few months now and really thought I found a nice place to get my nails done until today first off I spend good money in here and leave tips every time I come but today was a terrible person who from the beginning was prejudice against me. she basically told me I couldnt pick the color I wanted and picked another color for me! They were friendly and had a lot of color choices. The only issue I had was the shaping of my nails. They are not all the same shape and some of the tips are slanted. That is the only issue I had. Would recommend taking a good look before polish to make sure they are all even. Other then that no issues! read more

This place is disgusting. Today I went for a routine pedi and mani. waited about 20 mins which wasn't a problem, since I wasn't pressed for time. Long story short I was not satisfied with service of pedi until he used the brush on my feel that is used to clean out the tub with. When I asked he then told me to leave. I didnt get loud or disrespectful. If he did by mistake he couldve said so instead of getting defensive and telling me to leave. I will be reporting to the health dept and hopefully take matters into their hands. read more

You will Thank me for SAVING YOU from a Waste of Your Time. I was looking for a place on the East Side that in any way compared to the Oasis on the North Side. THIS IS NOT IT. Oasis has racks and racks of all the latest OPI Nail colors. this place has 2 small rectangular racks of off brand polishes in Greens, Purples and Golds. Most all the polishes had seperated. I asked 2 seperate people where the rest of the polishes were. Maybe they just didnt get put back up. That was all they had. Not even a basic red. I scratched my name of the list. Went outside to take a photo, because I wanted to remember not to return. And to prove I have been here and am not just leaving a negative comment without cause. A man followed me out and wanted to know why I was photographing the shop. I told them I was leaving a review of my visit and told him I was extreemly disappointed by the lack of selection and quality of polishes that they offer. He said I had been there before... Odd since I have never had my nails done on the east side before... and certainly never here. I have a case of lovely polishes at home, I would not go where there selection as a salon is weaker than what I have at home. Im not sure if what he said was supposed to be an insult? I told him I had not been here and would not return due to the really poor offering of polishes. He just kept repeating "You been here before, You been here before." Asked his name, he said it was ET. Maybe if you bring your own polish... but if they go cheap on the polishes... what else is there to recommend a nail polish salon it's the foundation of their trade. read more

I made an appointment to be sure my finger nails and toe nails would get taken care of. My appointment was for 5 and I didn't get started until 5:20, which honestly I didn't mind. However, the tech I had then proceeded to do everything in a hurry. I got a fill on my acrylics and they are so jagged and rough that I'm probably going to have to file them myself to make them look a little better. The under side of my nails were not cleaned up at all. The polish on them was also rushed and most of the sides of my nails are not polished, and some of them have polish running into the beds, just looks messy. Also, the glitter polish I picked for my accent nail is not what I got, super upset about it. My pedicure was fine but was also rushed. I feel like a fool for paying as much as I did, I know the technicians time is valuable, I still tipped her $10 but usually I'm willing to tip over $20. Overall just bummed about the outcome, I went in feeling so excited and when I got home I felt lots of regret because I was able to get a good look at my hands. read more

Please stop giving these people your hard earned money. What a terrible experience, I went in for a full set and chose a pink layer for overtop. Ive had this done before at other salons and because it's not a real nail color the tip application has to be neat and clean so underneath doesn't look ridiculous. The tech that did my nails rushed through application and did terrible cleaning which initially was hard to see. By the end of the service my nails looked awful and so sloppy. I told her I didn't like it at all and she tells me to go wash my hands to get the GLUE from underneath, obviously that didn't work. She tells me it looks bad because I chose an overlay not because of her shitty work. I still paid and tipped and decided to just try to fix it at home and couldn't. Came back the next day for a polish change and was charged 30 dollars which I know was purposely upcharged. Bottom line do not go here. read more

That's what 'Ellen' told me when I requested a manager after she cut me during a manicure and her solution was to put nail glue on it. When I objected to that she grabs nail polish remover to take it off. All of this could have been chalked up to "just one of those off days" had her attitude not been so God awful and I'm left with the worse mani/pedi known to man. So disappointed in the service received on today. Can in early and waited to be serviced. Finally, I was asked to go sit in sit #6. The man was rude. I provided the color I wanted and I was informed the color I wanted over time has become darker over time then what was displayed on the nail. I informed him I wanted the color I chosen and I did not want a darker shade. He said I was not listening to him. He decided he not to do my nails and advised me to take a sit back on the waiting area again. Then he took the next customer and serviced her.. I spoke the Mgr and remianed professional but complained about the service I received. Nothing happened, then was advised someone else would service me. This shop does not like black people. If I could give no stars I would. The guy that sits behind whom I would presume was the manager was crazy mean to me today. I came in for my usual 2 week manicure and the lady I normally sit with was busy with another customer so I agreed to go to this guy that had done my nails before but had also messed them up in the past because you can tell he prefers to do full sets over traditional manicures... he gets more money for fake nails. When I saw him reach for the nail clippers for my manicure, I asked why he was about to cut my nails. He gave me a look and preceded stating that my nail was broken. They don't want you to grow your own nails. Keep in mind this if after he filed my nails down so thin that that had become brittle immediately. I asked the manager lady if I can wait next time for Autumn and she said yes. The guy asked me what was wrong. When I went to explain to him. He got loud and offensive and said I wasn't listening to him.... but wait. He asked me what was wrong so shouldn't I let him know. Instead of hearing me out, he continued to be loud and starting moving my stuff to another table. No regular customer should be treated like that. read more

The worst nail salon I have ever been too. I got a gel manicure and within 5 hours of leaving there, 6 out of my 10 nails had already fallen off. The man hurt my nails and didn't listen to what I asked him to do. It was very expensive for such a poor job. I went back to get a refund and they refused to give me my money back and were very rude about it. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Just moved to Indy and looking for a nail technician that I can establish another 8-year relationship with. Kathleen did a good job on my acrylic nails, but lost my business by overcharging. I came in for a $15 fill, agreed to a $25 new set, and was charged $36. I have NEVER before been charged extra to have acrylics removed in addition to a new set charge. And... She charged extra for a splash of glitter polish on the ends of my nails, which she did not do to my satisfaction. read more

They do a good job but their customer service is severely lacking. They immediately start talking in their native language to each other and what else are you to assume but that they are talking about you? I know this may never be the case but it's hard not to assume otherwise. The last time I was there the lady pointed at my money and made a motion with her finger like give it to me. The only words she spoke in English was to give me the amount I owed them.
