Kim normally does a good job but as it got busy she barely scrubbed my feet and she did not clean under my toe nails. I reminded her I like my complete nail polished which did not happen either. I had already told her I wanted a manicure. She soaked my hands for cold water for literally 1.5 min and did not remove all the dead skin nor did she file my nails evenly! I'm truly saddened by this because I like Kim and she normally does a good job!
