When we first walked it in there was not that many customers in there which was good for us because we were able to not have to wait. The workers had asked us what service we were looking for. We both wanted pedicures. I got the Luxury pedicure with gel polish on my toes. While in the chair I was able to explain to the worker I wanted my toenails trimmed down. The will working on me noticed my big toe was cracked so she had put glue on it but I explained she could clip it down. The quality of my pedicure was great. The message and the paint job looked good. I wasn't disappointed at all. It was very relaxing in the shop and they had offered us something to drink which we had took some wine. They had massages on the chairs. It definitely made the experience great. The price for my pedicure was not bad at all. Fast forward to Sunday morning. I noticed that my big toe the toenail somehow chipped off so it had small missing piece. I had came back to the shop and explained the issue and asked if I could get my one toe fixed which they agreed to do. They had ended up having to put acrylic on my toe to fix it and repaint it. I have never had acrylic on my toenail so this was something different. I was appreciative that they were willing to fix it with no issues.

One thing I noticed upon walking in was how dead it was. There were only three nail techs. When I was as up next for my pedicure, the lady was rushing as if they were packed with customers waiting. And even then the service shouldn't be rushed. I had to ask her to slow down. She spoke almost no English at all. So communicating with her was a challenge. Nevertheless, based off of my experience, I don't recommend and will not be going back.

She is a black woman that is new to this salon. I have had hundreds of manicures in my lifetime. I'm always disappointed. Most salons rush to get to the painting. The manicure is rushed and not all that great. The gel is so poorly done that it usually peels off within days. This woman surprised me with a very detailed manicure and pedicure. She knows her stuff. The background music was so relaxing. I was hesitant to do gel because it usually peels off and ruins my nails, but she did am amazing job. Afterwards, she gave me a wonderful relaxing hand and leg massage. Best experience I have ever had at a salon. Super sad that I don't live in Indianapolis. 1000 percent recommend. Tell your friends!

The lady doing my nails, Ann, was very delightful. She did a good job when I nails they've been done for a week now and head held up well. I will definitely be going back. I think this will be my new nail salon. My previous salon would have you waiting a very long time even with an appointment. Plus after one week I would always have an issue with at least one nail. Not this week. Thanks to Ann. My only complaint is there are not an abundance of nail color choices. The pedicure chairs looked nice. I will also try those soon. 1.9 i've been coming here for about 4years. it's the only place i can go to get a gel mani/pedi…read morewith lasting polish and where my nails grow. i haven't been in a couple months and my nails were short on that visit so i am unfortunately starting over with growth. it's fine though they'll literally be back in a month or so. they are rarely able to accept walk-ins because they have so many loyalty clients that schedule daily. they are all pretty friendly. i use to go to the same two people consistently especially when they had hired 2 new ppl (they're gone now) but now i trust all of their abilities and rarely have an issue. today i was able to call 45 mins prior to and get in :) . they were already booked for all of friday which was my initial day request. they have several tv's which they leave on the news channels. you can receive full sets, gel, pedicures, manis, dip etc! regular polish, acrylic paint, mood & more are available.

There were tonsssss of color options and as a girl, I have a love hate relationship with having so many options. They hand you a "menu" once you sit down to choose which type of pedicure you want (I posted pictures of all of the menu options). I chose the middle option #7. It was exactly what I needed. No frills, nice leg massage, quick and easy. I would come back here if I went with my friend again as she loves coming here!
