Yin arrived around 12:20 and immediately started my toes. In the middle of my service, a white woman walked in at 12:35 for her 12:30 appointment, and another nail tech walked up to me (the only Black woman in the shop) and asked if Yin could stop my service and service the other woman. Dumbfounded, I felt backed in a corner and said yes. This turned into me sitting with my toes half done for nearly 25 minutes before I finally decided to just leave. The nail technician that stopped my service seemed to care less. Yin was apologetic but at this point it meant nothing. In response to the owners reply: Try closer to 10 times.
