I had forgotten to make an appointment before a trip so I had to do a walk-in on a Sunday at the last minute. When I got there, they were welcoming and got me into a chair almost immediately - I barely had time to decide on a color before they were ready for me. They offered me a drink and did an excellent job on both my manicure and pedicure. I was also there a reasonable amount of time to not have had an appointment. This place will definitely be my go to when I need a back up nail salon! read more

Looooove love love this salon. I've been a regular for about 3 years now and although I never get the same person - all of their work is consistently great! It is extremely clean & air circulates well( this matters to with all the fumes & I'm an asthmatic) each person here is thorough with their work & politely fix things if you aren't pleased. read more

Booked online with Sarah but when arrived was told Sarah didn't work there anymore. Instead of asking if someone else could help, (I saw a couple idle nail techs) I had to ask if someone else was available. On my second nail (to remove a tip) the tech's tool slipped and she cut into the side of my finger and drew blood. Before she finished my mani, she nipped my cuticles a couple more times. Painful - not a relaxing mani! Would not recommend or return to this salon. read more

It was my first time there. They were very busy, yet I did not wait long at all. I was there for a pedicure, with extra services like the hot towel, massage, etc. My feet felt phenomenally happy. :-) Tony was the tech that served me and he was awesome. I took my 5 year old niece to get her toes painted and I got a pedicure. They did a terrible job on her toes, it looked like she did them herself. She rushed through her service and wasnt very pleasant at al. my niece not knowing better loved just because she got them don. she spoke to the lady multiple times with no response. They lady who did mine did a good job but I was rushed to pay she didn't even allow me time to get my niece situated or give instructions on the drying station. It's simple you pay for a pedicure service you expect to get just that. If you express an issue then it should be taken into consideration. My nails were great (I received a regular polish mani & pedi & my nails being great is the only reason why this is 2 stars & not 1) but the customer service was so awful! I was asked multiple times by multiple people if I wanted gel nails when I requested regular polish when I had walked in. My mom said yes to gel the first time & was never asked again for clarification so they were definitely pushing to upsell but it came off very aggressive. This wasn't necessarily a big deal but the owner/manager approached me & started telling me that gel nails last longer & dry faster & I declined once again he rolled his eyes, walked off, & coldly said "oh okay..." & never said anything to me again even when we made eye contact as I was leaving. This was a huge turn off for me especially since I was a returning customer that comes once in a blue moon & he has never acted this way before... The woman working on my pedicure was also rude & seemed like she didn't want to do it & I guess they were on a time crunch because another woman started doing my manicure while I was in the middle of my pedicure. I personally do not like this but the fact that the customer service was horrible just made the experience more unpleasant for me. The woman working on my manicure was lovely, more friendly, & trying to brighten the mood- I'm about 80% sure her name is Sunny. The man working on my mom's pedicure was being extremely rough & heavy handed with her which she brought up to him & he did nothing to change his behavior. They were all speaking in their (I'm assuming) native language which I didn't mind until I knew they were talking about me which made me uncomfortable for the remainder of the service & I knew they were talking about me because my mom had to ask for the complimentary wine then after that I was offered the complimentary wine & I didn't really understand the woman so I kept having to ask her to repeat herself & she maybe took that as me being under 21? but she said something in her language which got the manager's attention & he came over & asked me if I was 21. Normally this wouldn't have been a big deal but our overall experience was just not a good one & we will never be returning here. read more

I went in Sunday afternoon for a pedicure. I chose my polish color and was then asked which pedicure service I would like, I asked for the $45 service. When it was time to pay he stated my service total was $60. I was shocked and my expression showed it, I still tipped 15% which I shouldn't have since I was already charged more than I should've been. If prices increased give me the courtesy of knowing in advance because what if I didn't have $60 but just enough to pay what the service usually is. I was not happy at all about that. read more

I went to haven nail lounge 3 weeks ago with a photo of cat eye nails I wanted on my hands and they did an excellent job but overcharged for the pedi with no polish. I returned for a fill in and showed the exact same photo asking for the exact same color and cat eye design. Upon seating me and beginning the service the tech spoke fluent English offering water and I asked for a mask and he understood what I said with no problem. Once he began the service I noticed he had a cocaine fingernail. He then began polishing with a different color than the one in the picture so I spoke up and said this isn't the same color as this photo this isn't even the same color you removed. He tried to convince me the colors were the same and when I politely disagreed he jumped up quickly and forcefully shoving his chair into the wall then went to get the manager. Then all the available techs surrounded me and started speaking amongst themselves about me or my nails or something. Not one was considerate enough to speak English so I would be able to understand and have some input except to tell me they didn't have the color in the picture. I said you just put this color on my nails 3 weeks ago how do you not have this color? The tech, who was wearing a mask, cut his eyes at me giving me a look of EXTREME anger and we locked eyes for a few seconds. Then he angrily behaved like he couldn't deal with me and told one of the female techs to finish my service. She changed the color although it still wasn't the color in the photo I accepted it and the service was completed. My nails were different lengths on different fingers. I gave NO TIP. In the past I have referred clients to them and they reported that they won't patronize that establishment in the future. I have walked in the door and heard outraged customers in the salon arguing with the staff about their failure to communicate with the client during the service. My overall opinion is they seem to think you're not intelligent enough to know they're overcharging you, they think they have some kind of right to give you whatever THEY want and that you will pay to avoid making a scene in the salon. They seem to STAY ready for confrontation with black clients. They had one black tech working there who said she tried to tell them about the problem but they didn't care and apparently she's no longer working there. I wonder why. Bottom line is I won't be returning there. I advise people to avoid this establishment. Everyone should scout out a good salon ahead of time checking for English speaking employees as well as good sanitary practices. Also take a screenshot of their price list and carry it with you to their work station and at checkout making sure they charge the prices they post. Don't allow them to nickle and dime you for stuff like removing the polish they applied 2 weeks prior. This establishment in my opinion is racist and I WILL NOT do business with them again. read more
