Every time I give this place another chance they show me not to come back. I know that is my fault. Soak off cost $25 because I didn't want them to do my nails. I have gone several times and was pleased with Judy. Last time I went about 3 weeks ago, I put name down and requested Judy. Instead of her a man I had never seen, must be new, took me instead. I had some gel polish at the end of my nails to be removed. Instead of using the acetone soak, he started grinding. As a result with a few days every nail broke off and the nails were layered. He had ground so far that he ruined my nails. Needless to say I will never go again. In a hurry. Now it will take several weeks for my nails to be back to normal read more

I used to go to angel nails every 3 weeks meticulously. When I started a new job and had to request to reschedule my appointment, they never responded and were incredibly rude after the number of attempts I had made to reschedule when I called. Just went in today and was told that they didn't have anyone who could do an acrylic fill in when my nail tech was sitting right in front of me. I signed us in and waited. This place was packed. Shortly (20 minutes), later we where seated in chairs next to each other. My feet were handled with care and water was just right. I love this place, I've been going for about a year now after my old salon stopped doing eyebrows.. angel nails is quick! I never wait more than 2-3 minutes after getting in and they make sure to work on my eyebrows right away! First visit. Had Vivian. She listened to me and I loved how she was so meticulous about my nails. She did a wonderful job on the shaping and length. I didn't feel she was in a hurry. She made sure there wasn't any excess acrylic left under my nails as well. All the other staff was super nice too and acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. They made sure they greeted everyone. I'm black and I can't help but think this was a factor because she was working on another woman's nails when I walked in and when the lady walked in plus she made eyes contact with me and still didn't speak. I have gone there for several years and always make an appt. It is rare that I am taken back at the time of my appt. Well....today I had an appt for 1 pm. At 1:25 I asked the owner how much longer it would be. She said probably another 10 minutes. In looking at where the tech was at in the process, it certainly would have been more than 10 minutes. Used to love getting my nails done from Angel Nails, however, Michelle who used to do my nails went on vacation and while she was gone, someone else did my nails instead. I happened to like this person's job better, so I requested to have her continue to do my nails. Michellecame back from vacation and noticed that I was requesting for someone else to do my nails; she became very angry. I could hear her telling customers what I had done and could hear her talking in vietnamese in an angry tone rto the other workers. Although I do not speak Vietnamese, I could tell by her body language how angry she was about me. So, I asked her to do my nails again, but she had taken this very personal and said, "I don't want to do your nails anymore." So, to maintain peace not just for me, but also for her, I decided not to go back again. Did I betrayed her? Is this something you are not supposed to do in a vietnamese salon? Went in for a gel manicure. Waited kind of a long time. They're pretty slow. It's not that they were busy...just slow. They are all very nice but it's honestly the worst gel manicure I've ever had. Also, the most expensive. Oh and Dr. Phil was on the whole time and a woman was talking about being raped by her father. Really brought the place down and made it pretty uncomfortable. With only one other person waiting, a tech comes to tell me "everybody is busy now, come back at 2:30 (it was 11am).. why wasn't this said when I walked in? Instead you watch me sign in pick a color and then sit down! When I mentioned the sign saying they took walk in's, I was basically ignored. When I first called to make an appointment they automatically yelled at me and said to call back in five minutes and then hung up when I called back and I made my appointment they asked me to come in immediately when I came in they sent me down immediately and told me to pick out from the colors that they already had preselected not telling me that they were gel nails when I asked for a normal acrylic set I double checked with the man who is doing my nails and he told me that they were normal and not gel acrylic all throughout my nail appointment he would yell at me to relax my nails when I already was gave me the wrong shape that I was asking for too long and when I asked him to shorten them he didn't and gave me the wrong color when it came time for me to check out I was expecting a $35 charge for the normal nails like usual but this time they charged me $50 and told me the price after running my card saying that I asked for gel nails when I said I didn't want them. Not only are they rude, they claim to have appointments scheduled so they can't do your nails whatsoever, yet the place is half empty and there is never a crowd of cars I front of their store in the 7 years I've noticed it, that's why I decided to get a polish change, they must not want to make any money or don't know how, but I wouldn't risk my money nor nails on this cold, poorly decorated establishment!! I usually have a good experience here so I called the previous day and made an appointment for 9:30 am...right when they open so I should have been one of the first appointments. First time making an appointment here but assumed an appointment meant that I would have a nail tech ready to get started on my nails when I arrived. When I walked in there were 3 ladies before me so they took them back...fine, they could have had 9:30 appointments as well. But there were only 3 technicians. So I proceeded to wait. It wasn't until 15 minutes after my appointment time that I was even invited back to a chair. Meanwhile, a woman who walked in after me was immediately taken back to a chair (actually she walked herself back and the staff seemed to know her). I'm guessing she had an appointment with the way she acted but that was another person who went before my appointment. Now I'm currently sitting in a pedicure chair...it's past 10 am and I have yet to begin my appointment. The 4 other ladies around me are being taken care of while I wait. Don't get me wrong...I don't usually make appointments so I'm usually fine with waiting but I specifically made an appointment because I have other appointments after this. If a 5th 9:30 appointment wasn't available, then they should have told me that over the phone when I scheduled. I suppose that is the biggest disappointment with this experience...making an appointment has been no different than being a walk in. read more

My nail beds are naturally really small and short so it is hard to do acrylics right on them, but every nail was misshapen not even. When I soaked them in acetone to take them off the acrylic they used came off as "goo" and ruined my nails. I had to go to a different nail salon to get my other hand of acrylics professionally taken off. read more

There is no point in making an appointment because I made one and when I arrived there was another appointment at the same time. Well they took her back and then a lady comes in after me without a appointment and they put us in the chairs for our feet to soak. They started the lady that came in after me that didn't have an appointment. I hate to play the race card but she was Caucasian and I am not. I will never step foot in there again and when I asked how could she justify it her answer didn't make any sense. We walked out. Green money spends everyday. The color of your skin shouldn't matter. Only thing I don't recommend from them is waxing a few weeks ago I tried getting my eye brows waxed because the woman I normally go to was sick.
