Kim did a great job on my mani. The salon is nice and clean, and they are all super friendly.

I came into the shop on 31 Jan 3025, I wanted a pedicure, it had been about 1 1/2 months since I was last there (the father of the owner had given me a horrible pedicure cutting my toe so I needed time to heal, I had been doing my scrubbing). Kim normally does a good job but as it got busy she barely scrubbed my feet and she did not clean under my toe nails. I reminded her I like my complete nail polished which did not happen either. I had already told her I wanted a manicure. She soaked my hands for cold water for literally 1.5 min and did not remove all the dead skin nor did she file my nails evenly! I'm truly saddened by this because I like Kim and she normally does a good job! read more

The quality of the service was terrible. The lady that did my nails had absolutely no idea what she was doing. I had to talk her through the things I wanted her to do for my fill in and then the painting of the nails was the worst I have ever gotten in my lifetime. They expected me to pay full price for the worst fill in and service that I have received ever at a nail salon. This was awful and took way too long! read more

I do not recomend... Multiple people worked on my nails and shuffle me around. They worked on two of us at the same time, so I couldn't ask to get them fixed thay day. Had to go back in to get them fixed the next day because they weren't painted all the way, the acrylic was on my skin, they filed after curing the color. By far the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. A good 2 hours + , 3 different people working on me, although the salon was not busy. The polish was old and although usually thinning it a bit works, but in this particualr case the polish was so old it was just a thick mess. I mentioned this, but was completely ignored and was told if I was not happy with the service I need not come back. How do you like that for customer service? I will NOT be back - no worries. I went to get a fill and I wanted a different color on each nail. They had all 3 colors I wanted in gel. I showed them the photo. They said no, they couldn't do it. I said you have all 3 colors right here, and it's just polish. She said no I'm not doing it. Good luck on getting them to do something as simple as polish your nails. read more

I love this place! Had a pedi today and Oh, Boy! do my toes feel fresh and wiggly. Got a lovely foot a leg rub with hot cloths, too. I've been a satisfied patron for over 15 years. The family who runs it are friendly and they do a super nice mani/pedi. They're very mindful of COVID precautions and still require masks (which they will sell you for $1 if you need one). Plus, they use shields to help deter the transfer of any airborne germs. I'm ready for flip flops now!! read more

I do NOT recommend this nail shop. They rush on your hands and on your feet. Their gel polish is old, and your nails will begin to crack the SAME DAY! I got a manicure and gel set on Sept 19th (Saturday). By that Tuesday, 90% of my gel polish was gone....all chipped off. Some of my nails were bare! The polish had chipped and fell all off! I called the shop to tell them that my polish had chipped on ALL my nails. I was told they would not refund me, but would fix the nails that were totally ruined. I was ok with that, but when I got to the shop the owner changed and said that she would redo ALL nails and charge me a discount. When I started to explain my position as to why I shouldn't have to pay anything, the owner began to talk over me and was very rude to me. Moral of the story is.....I WILL NOT GO THERE EVER AGAIN!!! Their manicures are mediocre and they don't even push your cuticles back! And, they soak your hands in basic soap from the sink! Do NOT go here and waste your money! Not having tried many of the other services, I can't speak to them. But, that said, I've never been disappointed with my gel manicure. The mood changing gel is wickedly cool. read more

This used to be the only place I would get my acrylics done. But the last two times they have been super rushed,my nails show for the rush job and you get passed around from one person who starts the job to the next person who shapes them and then to someone else to paint them. Haven't been happy with the shape or the polish job or feeling rushed. read more

Giving 5 stars because most of the workers here are very good at doing nails. I've gotten acrylics here maybe 15 times. The younger man working here is very funny and takes his time doing my nails and they always look perfect if you happen to get him. Usually when I get my nails don't here they stay in for about a month without falling off which is great. The prices are also very reasonable. I have one concern with this place though. The younger lady working here is pretty awful gotten her twice and when me and my friends go here we pretty much play a game where we try not to get her. She does acrylic nails in roughly 10 minutes and does them super thin. Her technique is just getting them done as fast as possible no matter what they look like. If you stay away from her you are sure to get nice long lasting nails. I love this place mostly for the one particular nail tech. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I was extremely pissed with my latest visit. The business hours on the door says 10am-7pm. I arrived at 10am and I had to wait 20 minutes until someone came to open the door. Then they're are only two people that does acrylic nails in this shop (Kim and her husband)... The worst nail salon in indianapolis! They over price you on everything and have horrible customer service. I spent $160 to be back at the nail salon in two days. When I went to return to get it fixed. She stated she couldn't make my nails thicker by adding acrylic to the powder, which is a lie. Then proceeded to say I needed to pay $35 to fix my two nails that broke at the tip! I will never go there again and encourage all melanated people to shop else where. Do not come here. I came in for a gel fill. The tech spent 10 minutes on me and had me out the door. I should have known better! She didn't even have a base cure for the gel polish. I had my nails done and initially they appeared to look okay, perhaps it was the color I had chosen, but after carefully analyzing them they were too thick and not filed well. It had not been 24 hours, so I called to inquire about how they would be able to fix them and I was told that they only way I could get them fixed is to wait until I come in for a fill....thats two weeks. First off, the lady didn't even understand what I wanted. I wanted a gel overlay. I've seen this done many times at several other nail salons. I had to settle for a boring gel "manicure". I'm using the word "manicure" lightly as all the lady did was file my nails off entirely and gave me nubs. All She did was file off my natural nails, apply the gel polish, didn't even let them dry the full time in the UV light and put oil on my cuticles. Horrible manicure. This lady rushed through the job and now my nails look horrible and are starting to peel. Waste of money. Reason for the 1 star: the guy doing the pedicures seemed to actually care about his work and took his time. Bonus to the older gentlemen that works there! Bad experience the woman who did my nails kept jerking my arm hard which was unnecessary. She was not friendly at all. Cut my nails way to short before I could even tell her I wanted oval nails. I'm stuck with square nails that I extremely hate. By the time I was sent to the dryer one of my nails had a chip from when she grabbed my hand but she proceeded to paint over it with a clear coat instead of fixing it. The only time she was friendly was when responding thanks when I paid nd tipped. That was a big mistake I should have waited till she was done to tip. If I could give zero, I would. As a disabled woman I am use to being told to leave with my well-groomed, well-behaved Guide Dog, but I called to schedule an appointment and to give them a heads up that I would be entering with my well-trained service animal and I was told "Call other places that allow dogs.". When I explained that I was just giving them a polite notice and that he may enter businesses with me as long as he is behaving, is clean and performing a task the man who took my call said "Um yeah they are allowed, but not in here. We have a woman who has an allergy, so you will need to go somewhere else.". Then the number of women suddenly turned from one to two that had an issue with my service dog and me, so I will not give my money to a discriminatory business that does not want to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and accommodate myself and their employee(s) if they truly have allergies to dogs. Also, under the ADA, dog allergies are not grounds to dismiss a service animal from the property. read more

The people were very nice. I went to get a pedicure. Told them I wanted French. The guy doing my pedicure painted the white on and took it off a couple of times. Couldn't seem to get it right. Ended up having another lady do it. The white part ended up being very thick when she was done with it. I asked her to make it thinner. She didn't seem to get it. After about 45 minutes going back and forth with her I gave up. Let them dry and went home and fixed them myself. I haven't lived on the east side very long, and I don't think I found my nail place in this shop. I will have to keep looking. read more

The lady did my fill in within ten minutes and it looks everything like it.. they are barely painted on the sides, uneven, lumpy, and has her teenage daughter painting nails. My gel looks like globs of paint were dripped on top. Please don't waste your money in this place the wife doesn't care at all about kindness or professionalism and the husband does one client every hour but I guess he will actually paint the whole nail that way!! Kim is great with gel and regular acrylic nails. She gets the job done fast and perfect. I've been here 20+ times and I always go to Kim because her husband takes too long in my opinion but that's not a bad thing either. They have drinks and snacks for sale and offer many services. Rude and overcharged! I was just charged $25 to just put gel polish on my fingernails! No manicure. No polish removal. Just to put gel polish on my nails. Everywhere else it only cost $10-$15. My price went from an $8 polish change to $25 because I got gel polish! That's dumb! And I was there forever and treated horribly! When I asked about the price they pointed at the sign and said, "$8 and up!" So I guess that means they charge whatever they want. read more

One of the women there (Kim) is very rough and uncareing as to how she treats customers. She actually cut me on 2 different occasions (not smart of me to go back after the first cut) and then when I yelped in pain on the second cut she became very angry with me. She had made me wait about 30 minutes past my appt time and then was going back and forth between me and another client and each time she took another 10 minutes. After she became angry with me she moved back to the other person and I asked if anyone else could finish my manicure and no one else would. She then told me to never come back, how stupid would I have to be to go back there. Its too sad one bad apple has spoiled the salon, because another person (Liz) that used to work there gave one of the best pedicures every, she seemed to be very caring and customer oriented. Their loss I am an excellent tipper and now one of the other 100 or so nail salons in the area is getting my business. read more
