The owner is extremely disrespectful to the customers. I scheduled a mani and pedi but walked out after the mani was complete because of how she treated me and didn't listen to me when I told her I wanted shorter nails. At one point she told me to not pay attention to what she was doing because I was "getting in the way." She didn't paint the sides of the nails. My mom asked to get gel nails and the lady left huge bubbles when painting that it looks horrible. I would not recommend this place nor will I get my nails done here again. The worst customer service I have ever received. Very disappointing! The next day I noticed the glue was starting to come off. I called the salon and was told that after you go home, that's on you to fix. I shared with her it's only been 24 hrs, how I was treated, and that I would have to go somewhere else to get them re-done because I am traveling. I have been to several nail salons and to be honest, this salon is one of the best! We were able to call and schedule an appointment, which I highly recommend. This salon is extremely busy and this got us right in when we got there. I had Phillip who did my nails today and he did exactly what I asked for! He took his time to keep my real nails in great condition, helped me pick the colors close to the picture I showed him, and chatted the whole time making it a great interaction! They have a TON of colors to chose from and will match as close as possible if you don't find what you want. Parking is tight in this plaza but I have never had any issues finding a spot. This is the worst nail salon I have ever seen. First of all, they didn't have anywhere close to enough staff to handle the reservation for the group of six we had. The place is tiny. They should have disclosed that they could not actually accommodate us together. Next, they have ridiculous upcharges for simple 5-min requests due to "time". I get charging more for something that takes more time, but a $20 upcharge for 5 minutes and no extra product is excessive. Finally, they just didn't seem very knowledgeable about nails compared to other places I have been. I had concerns about the place before coming due to other reviews I had seen, but I figured it wouldn't be that bad and another in our group had a gift certificate for here. I am sad to say that it was not a good experience, though, and I will not be returning. read more

Horrible Service!!!!!!!!!!!!! The owner is so rude and judgy. After waiting over 50 minutes pasted my appointment and everyone who walked in after me had already started their service, I finally got to sit down. Then it gets worse. I have a thumb nail that is half gone (due to a bad nail tech) and she asked if I wanted a nail on there and I explained how I usually get it done. So she glued the tip on and realized it was too short then ripped it off, causing extreme amount of pain as it's already damaged. I was shaking and sweati g from the pain. Through out the whole time she was very rough and made comments about my job and that I was picky about my nails. It was my first time there and I will never be back. read more

I got a gel manicure and pedicure, $95 with a 20% tip. The gel started lifting the next night on multiple nails. I came back to get them redone and the owner coped an attitude and making excuses that it was the particular polish for the reason which I have used many times at different salons without a problem. The staff was super nice, it also didn't take too long, and it was clean, new packets of tools were opened for each one of us. I am new to the area and have been going to the same salon in Fishers for a very long time so when I moved down here about 2 weeks ago finding a stellar nail salon was on the top of my list. I read a couple reviews and most of them were really good. They're open until 8 pm so that was a huge plus due to the hours at my job. The salon was clean and staff were out of this world!! Rose and Phillip tag teamed my nails and they were absolutely fantastic. I had never had a French tip before and Rose told me she would do one nail and if I didn't like it she'd change it. But I love it! I don't get acrylic nails so it's very important to me how my nails look. All the staff were so friendly and personable. I am ecstatic I've found my new salon! 10/10 read more

I'm really torn on this place. I had a lady who has done beautiful work on my nails before here. But, last time I went in here, I just had a couple of my remaining acrylic nails removed, and a normal nail polish thrown on top. Some just that was 60 dollars before tip. The man helping me asked me if I had been there before, I meant had him help me and I said no. Then he told me the price. Don't go here. They cut my foot using the scrapper thing and then tried to hide it. I was bleeding on the floor, my flip flop etc. when I asked for a band aid she got it out of her purse. Why don't they have a first aid kit?? Also the main women was rolling her eyes at other customers and very rude to a teenager that was in there when I was. The woman that did my pedicure said she would take $5 off for basically wounding me. The pedicure should have been free after that. I'll never go here again. read more

I typically go to 1-2 salons but when I went down last both places were closed for fall break. That is when I found nail guru. They were so friendly and did a great job. Priced competitively as well so this might be my new spot. I get acrylics and she mentioned the last person who did mine did them too thin which is why they were lifting so much. This salon is wonderful! I called ahead to see if they could take a walk-in on Saturday afternoon, and they were able to take me. Quyen was so sweet and fun to talk to, and did a great job of understanding what I wanted. My nails came out absolutely stunning. The techs there are all kind and fun and it seems as though they have a great time which is always a good atmosphere for any business. I have been going to this salon for several years, I received a gift certificate last april for my birthday, I just looked at it and it was only good until Oct 28th, so I called and talked to Kathy and she said she wouldn't extend it, it been 2 months, I asked why it is only good for 6 months, she said it was policy. I really wanted to like this place. The place is clean and the staff is friendly but it all boils down to them providing a service that is not of good quality in my opinion. I went in and requested a full set with gel color. After a week the nail cracked in the middle a very painful crack. I was putting on my clothes and it cracked. Pulling up my pants to be exact. Usually this reveals very thin or cheap acrylic used. I went back and got it fixed no problem. Then a few days later 2 more nails cracked. A full set should not crack like that. They have plenty colors but no good acrylic used. Avoid this place especially if your obtaining acrylic over lay your nails will break. read more

I found this salon on Yelp while on a brief trip to Indianapolis. This was a special girls bonding pedicure with mom and my half sister that I just met in person two days prior. I called ahead and Phillip said he could take us three for a pedicure in about 30 minutes. Kathy, Vivian and Phillip took great care of us and gave us all a great sea salt scrub and perfectly painted toes. Kathy's the owner and a delightful proprietress.
