I was still having a hair growth in all the hair with very very minimal thinning in any of the areas. When I the receptionist asked me about my treatments I told her that I did not have the results I was wanting. She told me the nurse was not in and gave me a number to text and to include pictures of the hair growth, a few days later I texted the number including pictures. I never heard anything back. I called the store a few days later and again the nurse was not available and they would reach out. I called the store three times and each time no nurse or anyone higher than the receptionist returned my call. This is not the first time that I've had an issue with this store. They called me the day before an appointment asking me to reschedule because there was no nurses available. Once after a visit I could not schedule an appointment for my next visit because there was no receptionist there only the nurse.

The laser was amazing at first until they switched nurses that was there in the beginning. There is a lack of diversity at this location; no providers of color and that made me uncertain when I was sold a lip filler package. I addressed my needs to the practitioner and they have only done injections for a year. The work done wasn't great at all. When I asked for a refund I was told no. Which is frustrating because ,not only did I pay for the product I paid for the expertise of the injector. At one point she asked if it was enough on one side , leaving an unbalanced look. I do have fuller lips but I wanted more definition and ,fullness now it just looks like a blob. Please hire injectors with more experience . Honestly , Laser Away is the European wax of the beauty world . I've gotten service at the navy yard location and it was exceptional the providers were thorough and I knew what to expect.
