Worst nail salon I've been too. Went in for a manicure and got all of my cuticles cut and bleeding instead. A week later and my cuticles are still bleeding after moisturizing them 4 times a day. Did not get clear nail polish on them after asking for it. Charged me 115 dollars after 2 pedicures and one manicure. Take time to do all of this for yourself and don't fall victim to the convience of a nail salon next to an eyebrow spot or massage parlor. If you have worms in your brain and decide to go here, refuse care from the older lady. read more

I popped in here after getting my eyebrows done next door, mainly because of convenience since I work in the area. I had foot surgery four weeks ago and still in a surgical shoe. When I walked inside Victoria Nails, the first thing I noticed was the heat, they had the front and back doors wide open and no AC on a sunny Friday with high temps at 88 drgrees. A guy doing a customer's full set didn't welcome me, instead he asked whether I had an appointment, which I did not. I asked if an appointment was required for service, to which he said, no. I explained I wanted to get a pedicure on my one good foot since the other was in an obvious special surgical shoe. Another lady motioned me over to a pedicure spa chair and I again explained the service I wanted and acknowledged it was an odd request. The nail tech just looked at me, then pointed to sit in the chair. The pedicure lasted no more 12 minutes. She put no soap in the water, barely scrubbed my foot with a pumice stone and only did cuticle removal on (one) my pinky toe. The saving grace was the hot stone leg and foot massage, which wasn't long enough. When all was said and done, this 12-minute gel pedicure of a single foot set me back $50, which included a meager $5 tip. read more

I only go here for pedis! I've been a couple times to get my nails done, and they messed up both times. Not good at shaping or blending the acrylic so it isn't bumpy. But they do a great pedi and it's fairly priced. Def recommend for a pedi, not so much if you want to get your nails done! read more

I have been going to Victoria Nails for over a year now. The service is wonderful but it's best to make a reservation as it can get very busy at times. Ivy and Tony are very talented Nail Technicians. They can do any type of nail currently in demand. They are both very friendly and very professional. Victoria Nails is my absolute FAVORITE! Ivy is so sweet. She gives the best pedicures and manicures. I bring my daughter in for pedicures in the Elsa chair and she loves it too! She always paints designs on my daughter's little toes. We come for momma/daughter time and it's the highlight for my kiddo. Their prices are great, the service is amazing. They even actually use a callous remover for pedicures, too! 10/10 recommend this place!! I've had a perfect experience with every tech I've used there. Tony is another one of my favorites! This was my first time at Victoria Nails after being referred here by a friend. Overall, it was a pretty good experience in which I got a full set of acrylics from Ivy. She was very friendly and chatted with me while doing my nails, but did try to pressure me a couple times into a more expensive service. She was careful, but quick and showed great experience in her work. She shared that she was fairly new at this shop, but has been in the business for 13 years which definitely shows. The shop itself was a little outdated, but not dirty. The day that I went, the staff were unpacking a new shipment of colors and were very excited about it. My nails turned out great and I was pleased with the quality of work and reasonable prices. read more

I've been here several times and am just now getting around to posting a review. I have everything from a mani-pedi to shellac to a full set of acrylics done. They are always very friendly and generally do a good job. Some of the people do a better job than others, but I guess that is how it is everywhere. One thing that I do find rude is when all of the workers start talking to each other in their native language......none of us in the room know what they are talking about so it is a little awkward. I can tell you that almost every side conversation I have had about their tangential native language conversations -- people ALWAYS assume they are making fun of the patrons. I would give four stars, but those lively side conversations they have just gets under my skin. read more

Super friendly and accommodating. The gentleman did a great job with my feet which were a mess, very talkative and funny. I did gel nails for the first time and they came out looking great but I wish he would have gone further into my nail beds as they have grown out some. Don't know why this place isn't rated higher. 17 year old daughter and 18 year old friend went here and had their nails done. They both told them they did not like them and wanted them off. They were shaped wrong and the polish was streaked. When my daughter asked for the to take them off Helens reply was we don't do that. She commenced to telling my daughter she was beautiful and she needed to honor herself? Wait..I'm the parent. They simply clipped the other girls off and did not soak the acrylic off her mail beds at all. A customer gave my daughter 20 dollars. My daughter told her she could not take her money. The lady insisted stated their arguing was stressing her out. When I called these people had the nerve to put the customer on the phone to speak to me??!? Whaaat? So I told the lady I appreciated her gesture but she really had nothing to do with the business and they were very unprofessional for putting her on the phone. If they are going to run a business they need to speak good enough English to deal the american country in which they have chose. To run their business. I then spoke to another lady who claimed to not understand why I was calling..uhh maybe because my child is a minor and you have no business judging or telling her because she is "beautiful" to honor herself and her parents. By the end of the conversation the woman was still confused as to why I had called. Surprise! NOT! on top of all this the lady's table was nasty! The walls were nasty! They are beyond rude here. Two of my nails broke a week after i got them. She did a horrid job on my fill and my shape. I was not happy I should have said something before i left. I came back a few days later to tell her that she did a bad job on my fill and that two of my nails broke off and to know that they we're lifting. The lady told me she would not fixed them for free and that they're lifting is my fault. The male guy that works there began to tell me to never come back and started yelling at me another customer was there and got so mad at them being rude that she walked out. Overall it is a horrible place my Mother told me not to go here because they're not nice and they half ass do your nails.
