Love getting my pedicures here. The salon is so clean and calm. The technicians are kind and do a great job. Lots of choices for color, I always get gel. Go for the mud treatment, it's extra but worth it. The leg massage feels heavenly. My gel pedicure will last 8 weeks. read more

Place was clean and the gentleman who did mine and my daughter's pedicures was very nice. Our toes looked good before we left, it had to be the dark lighting. We got home and looked at them and they look awful! Looks like a kid painted our toenails. They were expensive and definitely not worth what we paid. My wife and I were walk-ins for pedicures. My pedicurist was pretty rough and cut my skin, causing a small amount of bleeding. Then proceeded to grind away with the file, that felt like she was using an electric sander. Massage and lotions were good, though. Also check the prices closely. They have price lists posted everywhere, but confusing on what is included in each level. Felt like we were tricked when asked if we wanted the hot towels or not ... which we found out later was an extra when we checked out. I've only had to get two bad reviews in my whole life and both with a nail salon at this one and definitely the last time my granddaughter and her friend were fortunate enough to be treated with full set nail serviceand had to drive to another salon following to have them redo it. I'm really not sure why this salon has such bad reviews. I had an amazing experience. The gentleman who did my nails did it with care and precision. The staff was extremely friendly and the place was clean. They emphasized washing hands several times which I appreciate for sanitary reasons and to get the dust off your nails before they paint. I was expecting better reviews for this place so I don't know what all happened to others but I had a fantastic experience here and the staff was super friendly. Most of the reviews seem a little old though. We walked in on a Saturday afternoon expecting to wait but got in right away. I got a regular manicure which includes all the usuals plus a lotion arm/hand massage. It felt great and I was very relaxed afterwards. I also liked the calm music and quiet atmosphere. This probably wouldn't be the place to go if you want to talk to friends the whole time. But I'm only giving it 3 stars because of how my manicure ended up less than 2 days later. The colored nail polish stayed but the clear top coat on EVERY nail cracked. They look absolutely awful up close because of the top coat and it's been 2 days. I can make my nails look better myself so although I enjoyed the nice pampering, I won't return. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give zero stars I would. I came in for a fill in, I had regular polish on my nails and one missing nail. I had regular polish on my nails so I was expecting her to use fingernail polish remover to take off my nail polish. The lady who sits at the first nail station used the drill, I'm like okay fine but it start to burn my nail bed. I let her know that and asked if she could use polish remover instead because this was regular polish not gel. She had an attitude and just looked at me. She changed the drill she used and kept taking my polish off with the drill even though I let her know it was burning me. Once that was taken off she started drilling more she kept burning my nail bed and never apologized. There was another lady standing over her shoulder laughing, when i let her know she was burning my nail bed. So I tried to take it until I couldn't anymore. I let her know she was burning me again. She snapped! She was very rude!! She told me I was complaining and I could leave!!! I gladly left! I will never pay someone my hard earned money to be rude to me and hurt me. $50 for a fill in???? That's ridiculous! I left and went to sassy nail in Plainfield they were way nicer offered me water, the guy didn't burn me at all with the drill and did a great job. read more

I went in yesterday for a pedicure and full set. Pedicure came out fine. But my hands are tore up from a full set where the woman kept cutting me and my nails are already lifting because there was acrylic left over my cuticles onto my finger. The shape is completely off and I tried to explain that. But instead of fixing them, she made the other matching nail look the same!!! So now they are all misshapen and not what I wanted AT ALL. I have been here a few times over the years. But wow they really missed the mark with these. In the photos you can see how irritated my skin is from being cut. I had a gift certificate for this salon. It was a little over a year old so I asked the front desk associate if it was still good and she said yes. After I had a full manicure/pedicure the employee informed me my gift certificate was no good and charged me over $80 which I was not prepared to pay at the time. I was supposed to get a powder dip manicure but I guess the owners wife doesn't do manicures since this is the second time that has happened. But that is the very least of her problems she hates her job and takes it out on customers, there's literally no reason to be rude to people because you are having a bad day,. When you treat people like you don't care it is very much felt and off putting and makes the whole experience awkward. Also taking accountability for YOUR mistakes could have fixed the whole situation instead of blaming ME because I don't know that acetone takes off acrylic nails, I don't wear acrylic nails YOU put one on the last time I was in there to match the rest of my nails but it's my fault i didn't tell you I had a fake nail on (maybe put a a sign up if you want customers to do your job for you), it's honestly laughable and super sad at the same time, I have no problem paying for what I owe and I was very vocal about all of this when I paid only to receive an eye roll back from her so I hope by me not tipping you, you take this as your TIP & I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Poor service! I sat with my feet in ice cold water for about 45 minutes and they weren't even busy but only had two people working. When the guy came over to finally start my pedicure his thumb was covered in blood and he began working on my feet while he kept wiping his thumb on the towel my feet were on. He told me since I was from out of town that he was going to give me the "mud mask".. I said oh okay thanks! Come to find out he puts some green lotion on me and then wraps my legs in STEAMING hot towel. And I mean steaming to the point where my feet got burnt. My nails looked okay, not the greatest but I said thanks and went to pay. My nail technician was very nice and did an excellent job! I had never gotten gel nails before and she suggested adding a little festive sparkle- which I love. After a week and 3 days my nails still look good! I'm not sure about the prices since this was my first time, my coworker said I paid too much, but I don't feel that way, so whatever. Very unprofessional. Both the manager and one of the workers yelled at my friend because she wasn't satisfied with her work. It looked like somethimg she could do at home, and very politely asked if she could have her price reduced. She didn't want to pay for the full pedi because she got her nail polish taken off due to the poor look. They proceeded to yell at her, tell her shes a liar, and mock her to other customers. It was very uncomfortable considering she wasn't rude and didn't raise her voice at all. Just simply stated she wanted them to work on the price because she wasn't leaving with the full treatment/package. I got my nails done by them twice now and they keep popping off. Me never having my nails done before thought this was normal but got educated that it wasn't. They still charged me 50$ even though they're sloppy application causes my nails to pop off by doing normal activities. (i.e I'd pick my phone up or scratch my head lightly n the nail would just pop off) my nails didn't turn out straight but the technician who did my nails did paint them good and they were friendly the first couple times I came in. read more

Glace is a good place to get your traditional mani / pedi. They do not do gel pedicures. Really hoping they will change that in near future.

The place is very clean and looks nice but their work is junk. I got a full set last Saturday, Friday when I got home from work my pointer finger nail came completely off (I work a desk job) I went back in yestersay (Saturday) and told them what happened they gladly fixed it for me and CHARGED me. She advised they have a 2 day policy and I had to pay. Got home was watching TV Saturday night and my pinky nail fell off. I'm just taking the set off and cutting my losses. I didn't want to say anything because the lady that sits by the register, which I'm guessing is the owner, had just gotten in an argument with another customer because she complained that her nails were too short. The lady began yelling at her and telling her she wasn't "a machine to make things perfect." And telling her that she can go to another place if she didn't like them... After that, she had her sit on the side and did my nails, in which she seemed to hurry to get done.. She also filed my nails so low that my right ring finger is red and painful... I went there once and will NEVER go there again. I've been getting acrylic nails for many years now from various places, just moved to this area and because of their location and beautiful place; I was excited to try that place. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had! $50 dollars later for nails, I left there with nails that I had to tell everyone my 5 year old grand daughter did because they were so embarrassing.
