I am so happy to have found this place. Lynn is wonderful! She has great attention to detail and is very thorough, but not slow. I have a nail salon that I love, but I was t going to be able to get there in time- so when I dropped my dog off at petsmart for grooming I popped in here to see if they could take a walk-in. They were too busy at the moment (only 2 nail techs) but told me to come back in an hour. Lynn was professional, friendly aand did an excellent job! I did a dip manicure and she made them very even and paid a lot of attention to the little details. She even added an acrylic tip on a nail that had broken so that they'd look even. If I'm going to be on this side of town again and need a manicure I'll definitely make an appointment to return! read more

It was my first time and I did have an appointment so it was a breeze. They do seem to be busy so I would recommend an appointment. Well, that's it. I've found my nail place. I'm done going anywhere else. I gave this place three tries JUST TO BE SURE but this is it. True love. For starters, it's not fancy. Guess what? Fancy doesn't mean a thing if your nails look like crap. Guess what else? Your nails are gonna look BALLER when you go here. I've had my gel mani done by three different people here. Every person was awesome. First of all, they work really hard (all of them) to learn your name. They have a conversation with you and if they have to speak to each other in Vietnamese, it's limited and they apologize if they've offended you. (Truth be told, I've never cared whether the person doing my nails talks to her coworker in a different language but I know a lot of people do.) And everyone who works here is nice! So nice! I love chatting with them while they do my nails. And LET ME TELL YOU about how they do my nails. My gel mani has been flawless every time. The gel never gets on my skin. It never pools at my cuticles. And it never, ever peels off before the two week mark. It could last forever, who knows? I can't tell because after two weeks I'm so excited to go back and get a redo. I was on a last minute run trying to get my prom nails done. Most nail places close at 7:00 and a lot of them wouldn't take me at 6:00. I called this place around 6:20 and asked if they would take me and she said yes! A huge relief. I walked in with my little sister. I asked for a full gel set and a mani pedi for my sister. Our time there went well over 7:00 all the way till around 7:40. She wasn't rushing at all and took her time despite me being the last customer before closing. I've had a hard time finding a decent nail place in Indianapolis. This salon needs an update - a bit dark and a bit rundown - BUT - my picture is of my nails a full 15 days after my gel mani. No peeling or chipping and the woman who helped me was so amazing at paining right to the edge of my nail bed that they have lasted this long and this well. At $25 I can forgive the less-than-ideal atmosphere. She even recommended another light sparkle undercoat to make my overcoat pop - have gotten many compliments on this manicure. Loved it! read more

Wonderful nail salon! I relocated from Naperville and have not been able to find that ONE place to get my nails done. I've traveled literally the entire city of Indy looking for my special place - and finally I have found it!!! My friend recommended I try this place after listening to me whine about my nail situation. Today, I made my second visit to Wonder Nails - and it was just as great as the first!!! Both times I got a full set w/ a gel top coat, and a pedicure. Both times, they were perfect! The store absolutely perfect! Nothing too fancy, but still very nice! It's very clean and their gel polish selection is incredible! Their regular polish section isn't HUGE, but it does have all of the best colors and not those ones that no one would pick - which I think says a lot. The staff may be actually the best part! Lin & her husband Bang are the owners - and they extremely nice and AWESOME at nails. You will NEVER get a bad job done here. No matter how long their wait is, they will never rush or jeopardize the quality of your nails to get you out. And they are genuinely kind people - some nail techs you can tell just fake their kindness - but these two - well, they're the real deal! I adore both of them. If I had to say the one thing I am not crazy about here, that would be the wait. Both times, despite appointments, I have waited for about 40-60 minutes. They are the best, so I can't argue that they shouldn't be busy - but it can be a little hectic if you are on a schedule. Nevertheless, I will never go to another place in Indy (despite my 40 minute commute here.) I finally found MY place and MY people. read more

Ask for Lynn. That's the best advice I have to offer! She's super sweet a great nail artist and does a wonderful job! She's worth the wait but call ahead bc she's that great you'll want to be sure she doesn't have a line already. The shop needs an upgrade for sure but luckily Lynns station is towards the front! I've never gotten a pedicure there but have seen many getting one while I was getting my nails done. I usually go to V Nail, but i couldn't make an appointment in time so I came here. The man who did my job was really sloppy. He seemed rushed & angry My acrylics came out uneven: some were thicker than others, some weren't even filled properly, tips came out crooked and my almond shapes were so bad. They kept pushing for gel even though i'm not a fan. Overall a really bad experience bcus I ended up crying for their sloppy ass nail job. Technically as good as anyone I've ever been too but the price is a little better or equivalent to the standard rates for services. Usually not too busy and they take walk-in's any time! UPDATE: 3 of my nails are completely off. After being only a week on. My moms are all off as they all chipped. They said "no soap" when cleaning nails. Other places I've gone ask you to wash with soap and I've never had an issue. Only checked out this place because my routine person was sick at a different nail salon :( extremely disappointed. Made an appointment and was told I needed to wait 45 minutes... ok fine I'll go shop while I wait. Got back and had to wait an additional 20 minutes before someone got started on me. I was also definitely looking forward to the massage but after the tech rubbed lotion up and down my leg I asked if he was going to do the massage and was told they don't do massages there not to mention the painting job was rushed and he made my nails look very short. Disappointed. Today was my birthday. I thought I will treat myself to Getting French Tips on my toes. I came into the store at 5 but was told I had to come back at 6. I did just that and no one even started in my toes until 627!!! Then the lady was so annoyed that my massage chair was moving she kept looking at me all annoyed. Finally I said do you want me to turn it off and she actually said yes!!! Wow! Then she told me it would cost me an extra dollar for the yellow scrub piece. I said ok. Then after it was all over it occurred to me I didn't have a full on pedicure and they only use those to scrub people's feet and she didn't even use it but still charged me for it! She didn't ask me shape or length for my nails at all. They were crooked, she cut my cuticles so bad, and 3 of them fell off after 1 day even though I did nothing. My moms pedicure was horrible.
