The worst nail experience ever. I came in for a gel manicure on my natural nails, I let the lady know I broke one of my thumb nails so if she could do her best to shape/fix it but instead she cuts off the other thumb nail.... Without asking. I understand probably trying to make them look even but no.. then I asked if she or anyone in the shop was experienced in nail art. I showed her the photo of what I wanted and she had another person come over and attempt it. It looked horrible so I told them to scratch that idea... after wasting 20 minutes on that which was the whole reason I simply asked IF they could. If not, I didn't even want to bother. So I ended up telling them to just paint one color to keep things simple.. the man was doing a nice job with shape, but then he calls the older lady back and she proceeds to ruin the beautiful shaping he had already done. And when she went to place top coat to cure she HARDLY put any top coat on... she was just rubbing the dry brush on my nail and putting me under the lamp. So of course when I left and examined them in the car, they were sticky!!!! That's obviously due to lack of top coat and curing so I went back in and had someone completely different fix it so I could at least leave with nails that weren't sticky. Also, I dislike that they only let you pay with Zelle or Venmo. I sent the Zelle and they made me sit and wait until it went through... I showed them proof I sent it, it was basically their end that was the hold up so idk why I had to wait for their issues. Overall 1/10 and I'm never coming back here. Went here for a manicure because my regular salon was closed. As soon as I walked in and told them what I wanted, they were trying to get me to upgrade to a more expensive manicure. Even after I refused and told them what I wanted, they kept nagging me to get an upgrade. After I had to say no 3-4 times they finally stopped asking. When the manicure started, he asked me what shape I wanted, I told them round shape. After he was done filing, I looked at my nails to see that he shaped them square. I had to ask him to fix it and told him I wanted sound shape. Towards the end when he painted my nails, he rushed through it and the coating is all different shades. He also did not get the nail polish off my skin around my nails. My nails literally look like I did them at home. I was extremely disappointed and will not be coming back. read more

They advertise online that they accept credit cards and they don't and then I was harassed for not having Zelle or Venmo. They're obviously avoiding paying taxes at my expense. Fairly certain the lady doing my pedicure didn't have a license and the guy doing my nails verbally assaulted me and accused me of robbing their salon though I clearly said I would go get cash when they said they didn't accept credit card and only Zelle or Venmo. I said they could follow me to the ATM but they wanted to get in my car or have me ride with one of their employees. They followed me to the local ATM and made a scene at the local CVS even after I phoned a friend to Venmo to pay my bill due to the ATM not working. I've been getting gel nails for several years now. I was unable to see my normal technician who is located in Brownsburg, so I went to Tony's. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!! They guy who started my feel grinder the gel polis off my feet with a acrylic grinding tool. HE TOOK A LAYER OF SKIN OFF MY TOES with the grinder!!! Then a lady finished for him, because he Knew he HURT ME. Then the same lady stated on my nails, and was using the same acrylic grinding tool to remove my gel nail polish from my fingers. I told her I did not like to use the grinding tool because it grinds away at your nails, leaving them weak and thin. I moved away and just returned to the area. 3 years later and as soon as I sat down in front of Tony, he remembered I like my nails "VERY" square. It made me giggle because he emphasized the word very, just like I use to years ago when I sat in front of him. He only did my nails 2 or 3 times, it wasn't like I was a regular to him specifically and the simple fact that he remembered me and the way I like my nails done was very impressive. I have been to more than my fair share of nail salons in the area, and will only go to this salon and my most favorite in Greenwood. Since Greenwood is too far to drive, this is by far the best in the area. I have been going to Tony's for a few years now but I think today was my last day. My experience has been going down hill for awhile. Earlier this year, I somehow kept getting Vicky every time I went in. Each time she would give me a hard time about not doing gel polish. On one particular day she asked if I had a boyfriend and I said yes. She then said "he must be broke if you can't even afford to pay for gel nails". I'm sorry, what? These are the type of comments I got from her every. single. time. I stopped going for awhile and then today, I went back just to give it another chance. I was so disappointed with my service today. I was seen right away but I sat for almost an hour in complete silence- no music/no tv. The guy that did my nails was so rude. He kept telling me to relax and I was relaxed. I'm 30 years old, not my first rodeo. My biggest complaint is how he handled my cuticles. He tore my cuticles up with the drill, they were bleeding. My fingers still hurt and you can see flesh near my cuticles . Never again! I specifically asked for my nails to not be squared and they are Square!
