I first visited this nail salon in 2025 while I was in town for business. I knew I would be in town today with a colleague, and weeks ago I booked matching appointments online so we could both get a pedicure at the same time. I was happy when I saw that the website had an option for "Group Bookings". I went through each prompt to book the two appointments at the same time. I requested Jamia for my gel pedicure with removal, and my colleague was happy to have any artist and wanted a different type of pedicure. When we entered the business and spoke to the receptionist (did not get her name), she told me that the appointments were not booked at the same time but were instead booked back-to-back. I showed her the confirmation email showing it stated the appointments at 3:30pm with two artists scheduled for the two services requested. She said, "Oh, people do that all the time but really just want one appointment for themselves." This made no sense. I explained I went through each prompt on the website and specifically selected two services for two different people. It didn't matter. The receptionist didn't care. During our conversation, I asked if she thought I had booked two appointments for myself; why didn't anyone contact me to confirm? She said, " Well, that's not my job to do that." She essentially said we could wait and do the appointments back-to-back, or we could leave, and she would cancel. The lack of empathy and attitude about the entire thing was rude and unprofessional. When my colleague and I sat down in their waiting chairs, there was trash: an empty water bottle and another that was left half full. Another immediate turnoff and lack of care from the staff. When it was finally time for my pedicure, Jamia got set up. For the entire appointment, she had two earpieces in, and multiple times she changed the music she was listening to on her phone. I know that you offer a 'silent appointment,' and I did not select this option. A positive: Jamia gave a great massage, and I do like the color she helped me pick. The management needs to pay more attention to this location. As someone who works in customer service, I find that your staff lacks basic care and customer service. DO NOT recommend this business and will NOT return.

The services: Both of us had nice services but honestly both felt we had had better for various reasons. My esthetician was good and did a very nice job but I had added on a leg scrub. The leg scrub was great but it came At the sacrifice of the hand and wrist massage you might typically get. My friend's service was good but was slow to start and the provider had some clumsiness issues and dropped items on the floor creating loud noises. The only thing that was really "bad" was the temperature of the atrium area/pool and hot tub area. It was HOT in there. It was so warm in there that we just couldn't force ourselves in the hot tub or the sauna/steam room. Tips: 1. there is street parking, which is free on Sundays 2. When you walk in, go closer to the check in desk to the second set of elevators and the spa is on the 6th floor 3. There is cold water and some cold towels in the Gym on the same floor.

They were able to take appointments for quite a way out, as well as booking appointments for soonish; I booked a pedicure with Tim right before my trip abroad, giving myself maximum time to grow out the ingrowns the last place gave me. Big place, with lots of stations and lots of professionals. Clean, light and airy. The massage chair pedicure stations faced a large flatscreen tv showing the Olympic Games. Nice! Tim didn't give me much time to soak, but was very careful not to cut my nails too short, and not to file them too much in the corners. My podiatrist would approve. Didn't take off enough callus on the ends of my pinkie toes, but that's a hard area to reach. Massage of the feet and calves with lotion was relatively brief, but used a nice lotion that didn't reek of artificial scent, like the last place. Did a beautiful job painting my nails. Fast, efficient, professional, and no pain. I was happy. Afterward, relaxed by the good experience, I asked about a manicure, and ended up seeing Tim's colleague Linh, who was awesome. She told me about gel builder, to armor my weak and brittle nails without damaging them, and I signed up. We left my short nails the color the gel builder comes in -- a nice, natural pink. Maybe now I'll actually be able to grow them out past my fingertips, without them snagging and tearing! I love how strong and smooth they are now, which is helpful in making jewelry! I got them done June 11th and it is the 24th and two of them are peeling off and two have already completely fallen off. Needless to say I'm disappointed because it was over $100 for a pedicure gel, and my acrylic nails. I didn't even get or massage so I don't know if you have to ask for that separately anymore. Maybe I'm out of the game when it comes to nail prices but I would expect quality if I spent over $100. It's always a relaxing environment when I go. I rarely have time for self-care, so this is another reason why I'm disappointed.
