I will say the chairs are not that comfy as they're office chairs and they're kinda hard to move back and forth. It's a tight space and also hard for me to move around once I need to get up without worrying about messing up my toes. The nail tech did a fine job though she did scrub my heel too hard and scratched it. I also felt like it's not like the quick experienced nail tech since it felt like she struggled to clip my toe nails. Also note that there's no parking validation and check out where to park beforehand. Parking right outside costed $8 for 1 hr. I'm newish to Indy and usually dont get pedicures so I don't have a regular spot. This works in a pinch but I think I'd rather go somewhere else that may be further away from downtown for a tech that can properly trim nails.

This is my first time here so I chose randomly and it was GREAT!! Evelyn did such an amazing job. Greeted me. I booked a quiet service and she respected that. I like that they don't use drills to remove the gel polish And listen....the massage that came with my service ‍‍ Highly recommend this cutesy clean spot. It was a pink and white flower French tips on my toes. They never did the pink and they didn't know how to do the flower..another employee came and redid them for me and it still wasn't like the picture, but they still look nice. Next, I had my nails done and it was rushed. A few nails are crooked and I mentioned that before acrylic was applied and I was told it would be fixed. I then asked if they could do the design and was told yes but when it came down to my nails I was told no because they didn't have time. There's air bubbles and thick layers of "goop/glue" on my nails so they don't look very clean. If they weren't so in a rush then I don't doubt my nails would look very polished. They're still cute, that's just my only complains. They were very kind and sweet to me but my mother didn't receive the same service. Her nails were also rushed and the lady who did them cut her skin like around her cuticles and under her nails and then the gel nail polish she did was goopy and just put on. Some sides were flatter than others and some nails had see through spots of her real nail bed because the gel wasn't distributed properly. My mother had kindly said something and the lady kept telling her to "wash her hands" and that's what she did. At the end of the service my moms finger was bleeding from being cut and she asked the guy who did my nails If she could have a refund and he told her he'll have to ask the lady who did her nails. He asked the lady and she came up to my mom and started SCREAMING at her for asking for it. She ended up getting her refund but terrible customer service. I also don't know why they take appointments if you're not going to be priority. They would often time stop doing my nails to go help a customer in the MIDDLE of MY appointment that we booked. Would I recommend service? No. While SOME are nice only ONE guy is skilled and that's the one who did my nails.

I've been coming here for about two years, off and on, for pedicures; the place is run by a…read morehusband-wife team. They both have heavy SE Asian accents, so I've always had trouble communicating with them, which may or may not be an issue for others. The good: They take cleanliness seriously, with many tools coming from a sterilizer (although the pumice stones seem to be reused with only a rinse, based on what I saw). They always wear face masks, and there are clear plastic panels hung between their station and the massage chair pedicure station. The prices are very affordable, but I've only ever done basic pedicures with sometimes a basic manicure. The neutral: The place plays piano "Muzak" only -- the same CD, over and over. It could be worse, but they didn't quite attain the "soothing spa" environment they might have been trying for. Furnishings are old and somewhat worn; again, meh ambience, but irrelevant to the service. The not-so-good: I usually get my pedicures from the husband; he is thorough and careful, and my nails end up looking good. While he isn't always willing to give me what I ask for, he'll take the time to try to tell me why I can't have it (in particular: nail shape -- I have square beds but hate square nails; and the callus-shaving, which he won't always do to my satisfaction, telling me the calluses are there to protect something -- I think). He often comes across as a bit brusque and impatient with me, but that might just be more communication problems. I had a pedicure from the wife of the team last time. I find her even more difficult to understand than the husband, and she seems to have a harder time understanding me. She also seems to focus more on speed than on care. First, she didn't give me any time to do more than dip my feet in the pedicure tub before she got started -- a three minute soak first would have made the callus removal easier and more thorough. I like my toenails a working length: just shy of the end of the toe, so I'm not gouging my shoes. She cut them back so short they feel like I have ten stubbed toes, and she cut down the sides of the toenails, cutting ME in the process. It hurt, and I said "ouch!" When she cut me, but she didn't apologize or say anything. One cut was bad enough she had to apply pressure with cotton to get the bleeding to stop. The callus removal was less thorough than I prefer, although she did use the callus shaver, which I like. She wasn't able to get the calluses on my pinky toes, which are difficult to reach and take care to properly deal with. I had a manicure this time as well. Some of my nail beds are oval, and some are square; I prefer rounded, working-length nails (just a bit past the ends of my fingers). Some of my nails ended up rounded, and some ended up square; she tried to explain that they matched the nail bed, and to round them would go down the sides too much. I wish she'd discussed that with me beforehand. I have really thin, fragile, friable nails; I had to stop her from filing the tops too much. (I don't care if you are trying to smooth them; if they flake and peel and break as a consequence, that is not ideal.) point is: two years, and not only have they never bothered to learn my preferences, but I've also never particularly felt welcome. Final straw: it's a week later, and the too-short toenails still hurt. My big toe, where she seriously cut down along the side, is red and sore. I'll be soaking in Epsom salts for a while, it seems. And seriously growing out my toenails before I go looking for a different nail salon.

I would rather be told, "Sorry, we can't do a design," than to walk away with my toes looking like this, $51 (plus tip) later, for a job I could've done better myself. They didn't have any designs to choose from, and they said people usually just bring their own pictures. I chose a fairly simple-looking flower design that I found online. Maybe this place should consider practicing some designs and having those available to choose from, rather than just 'winging it'. It was a pretty disappointing experience that wasn't worth the money.
