Wonderful experience have gone several times for threading but did eyebrow tint based upon recommendation & so happy with them!

Wanted to try a new place that was in closer distance for eyebrow threading. Initial welcoming was not warm overall customer service was lacking, multitasking during service, no indication of disinfection or sanitation between clients. Based on my experience I feel that there are better places in the Indianapolis area worth your money. The eyebrow threading in general was the worst that I have had in a while, waiting for them to grow back after a butchering of my eyebrows. read more

I will NEVER. And I repeat. NEVER. Go here again. I have gotten my brows done for over 15 years now, and on Thursday, I decided to come here (for the third time) because they're 5 min from my house. They've always been extremely rough with my face... So after the first time of getting my eyebrows threaded here... I asked to do waxing. (Because I had recently gotten my eyebrows waxed, for the first time, and they were super gentle! So I assumed it was a universal thing... to be gentle). But BOY was I wrong. The second time I was here, the lady had successfully talked me out of getting my eyebrows waxed, because she assured me that she would be extra gentle to my face. She did a decent job. I would go see her again, maybe. But THIS time, however, when I came in, the lady (in all grey) asked what service I would like, and when I said I would like my eyebrows waxed, she didn't say another word to me after motioning towards her chair... And the next thing I know... She completely TORE OFF the skin under my eyebrows. She was running her mouth the whole time, putting hot wax on my face and ripping it off without any noticeable care... It hurt so bad. But I didn't realize she was tearing off my skin until she put the alcohol on my face and it BURNEDDD!! It burned so bad tears swelled up in my eyes. But since I asked for waxing, I just assumed that maybe this was on me. Then she took to threading, because apparently she didn't wax my brows right all the way correctly, so she started threading my brows, and told me that she needed to fix a few areas... so what was I to do? Tell her no? So I had to sit there while she ALSO threaded me. Lmfao 10/10 worst experience ever! It wasn't till I woke up the next day... That I saw there were red gashes above my eyelids, (under my eyebrows,) where the bruises were healing, where she completely tore off my skin. And they hurt!!! Like touching them hurt!! (I'm talking at least 19hrs later!) I took pictures of them. So if anyone would like them. I can put my email (ahsbrent@gmail.com) and you can reach out to me. But I'm way too embarrassed to put them on this page publicly, because she really tore me up. Lastly they charge you extra to use card instead of cash and I think it's an easy way to intentionally upcharge EVERYONE who comes in... Because like, who brings cash? So 10/10 I would NEVER go here. I loved my brows from here. My only complaint is the price! Lol at $13 I thought it was too high. I still pay only $8 15 min away on the west side by my house. So that $5 difference really surprised me. She said the rent is high in that area. Understandable but yea I only went caz I was in the area. Not gonna lie though it lasted longer than my usual place and if she was closer I'd probably go back. read more

I love this eyebrow threading place. I have never experienced an issue with any person who has completed the service. They are quick and good at their job. The store is clean and open really long hours. I have been told they also do a really great job on eyelashes as well but I have not tried this service yet. read more

I am not even satisfied with one star. I came here today since my normal threading place was closed on Sunday's and I needed them done super bad. After reading all the good reviews I decided this was the best option. The woman was nice but did a very poor job. She took of chunks off of the end of both eyebrows at the very tip and gave me a mirror then stated, "this happened last time, not here okay?" And I replied oh okay? Because I was confused. She then kept saying, "this didn't happen here!" It was very strange. Then, I get to my car and see the chunks off. Once I looked closer there's multiple spots that weren't even fully removed. I have never been so unhappy about a threading service. I highly discourage going here. Incomplete work and not fully knowing what they are doing seeing as how now have not finished brows, AND two decent sized chunks out of my them as well. read more

I just moved here and I was looking for a nice, clean place to get my eyebrows waxed and I found this location. The technician did any amazing job and I look forward to returning. The prices are great and she paid great attention to detail. I have never been so happy with my eyebrows until I tried this place out. I go here very often I only gave 2 stars because the younger lady never does my eyebrows correctly they are always different shapes and have several out of place hairs so I have to have her fix them every time, it also only takes her about 3 minutes which makes me think she's not even taking her time and she doesn't care. Now the older lady has only did mine twice, and I loved her she's amazing. This place is great depending on which associate you get which sucks but that's how it is! I'd love to know the older lady's hours so I can have my eyebrows done by her more often. read more

I normally love this place. The arch eyebrow just opened back up. I made an appointment as told by the email I received back As a loyal customer. I waited for the individual before me to leave and then I proceeded in. As I got ready to sit in the salon chair another customer came in. The employee asked if she had an appointment and the customer said no but said the person on the said she could just come in, I don't believe that because when I called this afternoon she made an appointment. Also the mask the customer was using was a scarf, unacceptable. Then while I was in the chair another customer came in who did not have an appointment. The employee said it's okay I will take you. I voiced that this is appointment only and all of us cannot be in there at the same time. When I got up to pay, I realized the 2nd customer did not even have a mask on. After I paid I told the employee she needs to pay attention to the rules. I said there's too many people in here the first customer is using a scarf for her mask and the 2nd customer doesn't have a mask. Then the 2nd customer said my mask is in my purse and it's none of my business and I proceeded to tell her it is my business when it affects me and my family. In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, we need to do what we're supposed to do we don't need the pandemic to continue on. I was very disappointed because I've always been happy with arch eyebrows. I told the employee that they just lost a regular paying customer. My safety is more important read more
