During my second visit, the start of my manicure felt a bit rushed, likely because an appointment was about to come in. It wasn't the tech's fault, but I would've preferred to wait from the beginning. I was then seated in the massage chairs until the next available tech, which I understood given how busy it was for a Friday. Once they were ready, both services were done with care. The pedicure and manicure techs really took their time. I'll continue coming back and making this my regular spot. It's clean, looks newer, is reasonably priced, and overall a solid experience.

Another staff removed the gel that was done, but was clearly upset and in a rush. When filing down my nails with the machine, he cut into my skin on two nails, causing bleeding and cuts.
