this is my local Taco Bell and I am very proud of them. The food I order is usually always modified and they always make it spot on. The drive-through is usually pretty fast as the workers are there very attentive ready to take your order. I've never really been inside so I really can't comment on the ambience, but when I passed and seen through the glass, people seem to be happy and enjoying their food inside. Having such a good experience at our local Taco Bell I got my husband intrigued to try again. Besides a paper route, Taco Bell was his first job when he was in high school. I picked him up 2 crunchy tacos and a 7 layer burrito per his request. I dropped it off at his work for his lunch. I paid for two tacos and only received one. The 7 layer burrito was smaller than a bean burrito. I felt so bad. I should have checked the bag before driving off. Bummer. $9 for a crunchy tacos and a flat mini burrito. I never liked Taco Bell as it made my stomach upset but in these past experiences I've had ordering from there, I've had a great experience. I was looking for a good but cheap place to get burritos and this is the spot. I am excited to try every single burrito! Currently my favorite is the Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito. They are pretty fast and I always get my food fresh and at the perfect temperature. Only reason why I am giving 4 stars (and this is petty) they sometimes forget to put sauces and they rarely have the Baja Blast Freeze. I still have not had the chance to try it. Made at postmates order, after waiting over an hour for the store to "wrap up" the order I messaged the delivery person. They claimed when they arrived the order has already been picked up by another person. I asked if they would be remaking it and didn't receive a response, I called the store and they claimed they never received my order. Not only did they not receive it, the female employee/manager who answered the phone repeatedly cut me off and told me she wouldn't do anything to help. I didn't ask for anything other than to confirm the store's location to make sure error wasn't on my part. Absolute horrible customer service and I am well aware the employees stole the food. Telling the driver it was already picked up, and telling me it wasn't received doesn't add up. System errors do happen, but none of which orders do not show up at all. The team member at the window (tattooed young man) was very focused on their window time (I could tell by their glances at their screen and speed) and very polite. The order of 24 items for our group was correct, and the interior seemed generally clean. Staff was patient with the long order, and bid us a good evening on the way out. This location always has a friendly atmosphere. I mostly go at night on my work breaks and they get my order right every time! I've been a consistent customer for little over two years now and they always remember me (which is nice!). Don't know why these other reviews are bad. Must've been a rough night haha. The fiesta potatoes are NEVER cooked all the way through. One worker will literally hand us our bag through the window and just shut the door. Half the time we have to check to see if all of our food is in there or if we're waiting for another bag. No communication what-so-ever. No "here you go!" or "thanks, have a good day!" My family and I have been going to this Taco Bell since I was a baby. Never have I ever had a bad experience until yesterday when your employee named Caprice decided to be rude to my sister and I at the drive thru at approximately 10pm. Her attitude was just so nasty and unprofessional. She kept saying "what?" Repeatedly when we told her our order. Then we drove up to the window she snatched my sister's card out of her hand and closed the window door fast. When she opened the window door she rolled her eyes when she asked if we needed any sauces. Then she just gave us our bag of food and closed the window. Didn't even say "thank you" or "have a nice night" She's lucky I didn't throw my baja blast drink at her! Well, Taco Bell is Taco Bell. The service here sucks. You have to remember to ask for hot sauce up front. If you don't you won't get any. If you ask after they give you your bag they get all mad. It's like you asked them to walk 5 miles to get some. read more

I didn't get my debit card back, the cashier ether stole it or handed it out to another customer. When the manger came out she refused to look for it, apparently at her size checking the floor under the work station was more difficult than she wanted to deal with. She stated the only thing they can do, is call the police and have the employee searched, but when I said ok lets do that, she back tracked and refused. I have cancelled the card of course, but it is just a pain in the butt to deal with, plus the cashier an the manager were so rude and disrespectful about it.
