This is for the breakfast quesadilla! I can't tell you how good this was! The tortilla was fresh and homemade tasting. The eggs were soft and tender not over cooked at all and the sausage was delicious. So impressed with this for four dollars! Took over 5 minutes for the order taker to complete my order. He had to have a rude lady come help him several times. She even had to take over the order. Still messed up my order and i had to drive back to get the item they missed. When i paid i asked for the receipt but was so frustrated from the people behind me honking since they kept forgetting items and i had to keep asking for the items. They rude lady helping me at the window was bothered i asked for more sauce for my dozen items and only received 2 fire sauces. i drove off to check my items. Get home had to go back. I have had many issues with this location. This is my first yelp review and it is because this store seems incompetent to make meals as they are ordered. Wether I order through doordash, or drive myself through the drive-thru, they have messed up my order more times than I can remember. This time, I ordered through door dash; 2 quesadilla meals with EXTRA chicken and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch with chicken instead of beef. Not only did they not add the extra chicken on the quesadillas, but there was HARDLY any chicken on there. The Cheesy Gordita Crunch had 3 tiny pieces of chicken. I have been refunded by doordash multiple times because of their mistakes, but at this point I felt it necessary to voice my dissatisfaction to the public. For starters, no one in line with a few patrons eating in the lobby and a few cars in the drive thru... several employees looked directly at me and not one said "have you been helped or someone will be with you shortly" but pretended like I wasn't there. When I was finally helped, I ordered the #8 combo meal which is two tacos supremes and a mexican pizza, asked for soft shells and no lettuce. What I got was a scoop or so of meat and a little bit of cheese, no tomatoes or sour cream. I don't review a lot of "fast food" spots, because you kinda get what you expect when you're only shelling out $2-3 for a complete meal. I understanding getting mad over service when you just dropped $50 on your meal, but you really get what you pay for sometimes. That said, I do like to commend fast food employees and fast food businesses that ago above and beyond the "you get what you pay for" level of service that should be expected. I ordered a beefy fritos burrito and happy hour soda for a quick and cheap bite after work, and the guy behind the counter was friendly, personable, and was excited to recommend me getting my burrito grilled. "Why the hell not?" I thought. When in Rome. Or in this case, the Taco Bell down the street. I wasn't expecting a lot, but the burrito came out before I was done filling my soda AND was grilled. They're quick. The grilling added a little extra crunch and kept the burrito from reopening (less messy this way), which were all positives. The important part, though, was that the worker recommended it, was excited to do so, and followed up to see what I thought. I think it's hard to stay positive and upbeat in most service industry positions. I imagine it's exponentially worse in fast food, when combined with the low pay, stigma, and customers that treat you like utter garbage. This dude was cool, though, and I'll come back to this one more, because it's better service than I expected, and likely better than many customers would deserve. read more
