Im frustrated because our interactions lack substance. As a deaf individual, I don't feel included. I won't return to your place since you all aren't accommodating enough. It was a waste of time, especially with the Dasher order. read more

The food was made sloppy, and had metal shavings on my crunch wrap supremes. Taco Bell can do way better than this.

I placed an order ahead of time through the mobile app. Went to the drive-thru and they confirmed my order and processed it, and then they tell me they don't have the large Baja blast freeze so I'm like okay give me a medium fountain drink instead. I go up to the window and they give me the fountain drink and my receipt, and the receipt said I was charged for the freeze. Asked if I was getting charged for the freeze instead of the fountain drink, and they tell me it's the same price, when obviously it is not. Brilliant employees working here. Never coming back to this location. read more

My orders have been fairly accurate at this location. Service is questionable. They will sometimes see customers waiting and totally ignore them. I've had that happen the last time I was there and had to call out loudly to get any service. Always watch them make your order to make sure it's accurate. read more

New location on Beretania seems to be a fail, at least from the Drive Thru perspective. Lunch time today, Saturday, two guys sitting/talking/taking orders from the cars lined up out the driveway. One seemed to be on break, but given the 30 full minutes I was in the line (I started with about two more spaces behind me on arrival), one of them should have been inside cooking/packaging/or otherwise contributing to moving the production line along. Back when I worked fast food, you cross trained so you could do multiple jobs when needed. Back to the order taking guy...he did have a chair and umbrella, but there should be a covered area for an order taker if this is their normal order taking Plan B. Plus, there was no preview menu board until you are one spot away from the normal ordering station. He had a handheld 8 1/2" x 11", but not very practical. I do not see what benefit there was for production to have the order taker outside. It seemed clear the bottleneck was in the packaging and delivery, as my #6 was barely warm after less than a ten minute drive home. (If I take the time to pick it up inside, it is always still hot when I get home.) The order WAS correct, so I'll give them that. The order taker had obtained orders from 3 or 4 more cars behind me, and all of the cars from me up to the actual order station, probably 9 - 10 cars in a row total, then went back to his chair. By the way, there was only about 4, maybe 5, other cars in the entire parking lot that were parked and NOT in line, so they were not very busy inside. One last annoyance, and this is certainly not unique to TB: I'm not sure what the cashier was waiting for, but they held on to my CC until they could hand it out WITH the meal bag and drink. This makes it cumbersome at best to return the CC to my wallet, and the wallet to my pocket. Please hand the CC and receipt back together. Then hand out the food and drink. read more

Food was cold by the time we made it to the drive thru window from the order speaker and we received no taco sauce that the order taker specifically asked us which sauces we wanted. There were only 3 cars in front of us and still our tacos, crunch wrap, and burritos were cold to the touch already. read more

Went to Taco Bell this morning, reach there at 6:55 am. Doors open at 7:00, while waiting I had ordered my food online. An employee was exiting the back door, emptying rubbish, but never acknowledge me. 7:05 am doors are still closed, 7:06 mgr arrives. I had informed her if she's going to open soon. She said they open at 7:00 a.m. it was past 7:00 already. She finally opened the door at about 7:08 a.m. as I entered she turned away and walked towards the back never acknowledge him me or greeting me. Morale is down, it all reflects on the manager. I hope they can fix this! I have included some pictures! read more

If you don't mind missing foods or waiting in line for almost an hour and a half then this place is for you. This taco bell on beretania has to be one of the worst on the islands. The customer service is going downhill, employee at the drive thru window was talking in a mumble can barely hear. I only ordered 1 item, nachos bellgrande with jalapenos instead i got nacho fries. How do you mistake nachos with fries wow? Workers get so mad when you check your bags in front of them but sometimes you just gotta check because it's normal for taco bell to mess up your order 100%. read more

Note: Almost immediately after I wrote this review, I received messages from the business with apologies, letting me know they will address the issues that occurred with my order. I was also offered a free meal during my next visit. I really appreciate the outreach and offer. IMHO smart business personnel pay attention to reviews, both good and bad, and use them to help make things better. Most of the time it seems reviews are ignored. Worse, I've seen a few times where owners and managers attacked reviewers. Regardless of your views of Taco Bell, kudos to them for paying attention and responding. I somewhat shamefully confess I love Taco Bell. I know not everyone shares this sentiment. I don't have it very often anymore, but it's my birthday today and it's what I wanted. My favorites include any of the crunchy tacos, the Crunchwrap Supreme, and the Beefy 5-layer burrito. I've had delivery from this location before a few times without issue. The food was always hot and tasty and the orders were correct. Unfortunately, my birthday order was an exception. I ordered a dozen Cinnabon Delights (a stand-in for birthday cake), but it was left out of the order. The tacos were cold and getting mushy. The tomatoes were on their last legs, close to being spoiled. I paid extra for "supreme" versions of each item, and that includes sour cream, but only a very small dab of sour cream was on each item. I know that these are first-world problems and mean nothing in the grand scheme of things. I know that we have a lot more to worry about right now. But I just wanted one fun meal for my 61st birthday. Since their track record has been good until now, I'll give them another try in the future. read more

Rude customer service. They give my mobile order to someone else then make like it's my fault. Worst customer service ever don't go here.

I'm sorry Taco Bell beretania but you guys are the worst one on the island. We waited in the drive through line with many other cars for an hour just to get our order. You guys are very under staffed and need serious help staffing. The staff are also very uneducated and have bad attitudes. read more

Gave this location a second chance because the last time was horrendous (long wait, tons of people waiting, rude cashier, wrong order) and I'm glad I did! The people working today were very friendly and efficient. I got my order very quickly and it was right! Still haven't gotten a response about my issue with the rewards app that I submitted, but who knows if they even check that! Main thing is I would come back to this spot. Food is good, location clean, lots of parking. read more

To the crew working tonight. Thank you. I did an UberEats order and it was perfect. Sauce and all. You Guys rock

I ain't trying to snitch but they need better workers, especially since this taco bell just had the revamp/renovation. What's the point of the fresh look if nothing else improves? I know decent talent is hard to find given the position but dang...these guys don't care...please put at least 50% effort in. I'd take half ass at this point. To be specific, I went late (2AM) and I feel like they were pretending to be closed with the lights off. I only knew they were open cause I was there for lunch earlier in the week and read the sign. FYI THEY ARE REOPENNED AND 24 NOW! Don't let the lights fool you lol. Secondly, the food preparation was just subpar for fast food/taco bell. My standards aren't even high for fast food! Typical fast food quality/service is a standard I feel like is easily distinguishable for anyone. I didn't get that. Think I might choose Jack-in-the-Box next time. read more

Taco Bell's quality has obviously gone down over the years, but this location takes it to new level. If you're going to eat here, don't expect to get what you ordered done correctly. It's like you ask them to do something and they do the exact opposite. I'm done with them screwing up my order. I am never going to this location again. If I need fast food, I'm just gonna go somewhere else nearby. And I'll only go to Taco Bell at another location. It's a waste of time to go to this one. read more

Very rude guy taking drive thru orders. Please train on having a modicum of service/manners.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I hardly ever eat fast food let alone Taco Bell and now I remember why. Ordered my take out at 12:40pm via mobile. Per the app, I went thru the drive through but was told I had to park and come inside despite the app's instructions (see photo). I had to get out of the drive thru line and find parking. Once inside I ask the cashier why I had to come inside even though the app said to pick up via drive thru. She ignored me! Come to find out, I ordered my food at 12:40 pm to be ready ASAP, they didn't even start on my order and now it was 1:10pm. 30+ mins for "fast food" that was ordered via mobile. What a pain. Waste of my time. Their app is inaccurate and service is lacking. I'm sending feedback to corporate and never coming back. read more

Horrible, horrible customer service. I used their app to order some food and used the T-Mobile coupon, which gave me a free taco. After ordering, my receipt said $0.00 for the free taco. I went up to the counter, gave my name, and was able to get my order pretty quickly. The staff were nice in the beginning. I ate my taco and then I got a notification that Taco Bell charged me for my free taco! I immediately went up to the cashier and stated that they charged me. I wanted my money back. They immediately said that it wasn't their fault and that they can't do anything. I said, "I ordered on your app, so you are responsible for all of the changes." I then had to have them contact the manager because they kept repeating the same thing. Even on the phone, the manager stated that it was TMobile's fault and not theirs. This continued until they finally just gave me cash for the taco. But this was extremely frustrating. Taco Bell should immediately say, "I'm so sorry, we can pay for that amount." If there are any issues, Taco Bell should contact T-Mobile themselves and not make the customers mad. read more

I frequent this Taco Bell I think the staff is very kind. This Taco Bell's food is really good they do a great job on custom orders. My daughter is very picky and she has loved Taco Bell since she was little (probably because this is the only fast food place I allow her to eat at) she always orders the bean burrito, crunchy taco, and at times Doritos and/or soft taco. She says it always taste amazing. read more

I only come here after work, around 11-11:30 pm. Drive thru wait time can be 30+ mins, so unless you're really craving Taco Bell, you might as well go somewhere else or eat at home. Food quality is alright, though I do find that the crunchy tacos and Doritos tacos fall apart every single time. Bottom of the shell gets soggy and ends up splitting in half. Also, they give such a little amount of cheese with the nacho fries (and probably the regular chips and cheese). Please up those portions. read more

Terrible experience for a new Taco Bell. Always trusted them, but this location lacking big time . The counter lady short-changed me by $1.00. Order was wrong. I ordered 30 minutes ago for delivery and has still not been confirmed and I paid quite a bit of money and I am really mad that I can not get my money back and I have tried calling multiple times and nobody will answer and give me answers to any question I have for them also I want to add that I called this business three times and they have answered the phone three times but hung up on me immediately. I did not recommend going to this place because it is so uncoordinated and so oblivious of what they are doing and in my opinion, I think they need to fire everybody that is there and rehire new people because nobody that is working there cares about their customers and I have worked in customer service since I was 15 and I have never in my life seen so many people oblivious and so rude at what they do I do not recommend going here if you do not want to be treated like you are nothing and they are better than you because this is ridiculous it is awful. I can't even believe this place right now. And another thing when you order your food, they don't care if you ordered a certain way they will put whatever they want on it. I got a burrito one day and I asked for them to take off certain things of the burrito and they put everything I asked more than what it comes with, and this place they have no respect they keep their business filthy like they don't care about you. They care about the money never going to this place again. read more

Worst fast food experience. Used the mobile app to do an in store pick up. However, I didn't realize that the store would have closed before my order was ready. I wish that in store pick up wasn't an option and said could only do drive thru. After that being said, I waited in my car with my kids until order was ready for pick up. I tried going to the door but doors were locked since they closed at 9p. (I placed my order at 8:58p, order was ready at 9:05p). Ended up going around parking lot to get in the super backed up drive thru line that had about 12 cars. I had to wait for over 30 mins to pick up my food. Unfortunately, when food was picked up, food was super cold since it was sitting on the counter for over 30 mins. Seriously the worst experience ever! read more
