Lettuce problems did not stop us from going. Baby read a taco book at school so I said we should eat tacos...and well, I was too lazy to make my own. Got the meal with Mexican pizza and 2 crunchy taco supremes. Baby ate some of a taco and decided was too difficult to eat so I ate that. She ate a piece of Mexican pizza. The rest came home. I think it's not as good as I remember... but we shared the leftovers the next day and I think I like it better cold. Like cold pizza. Hubs got a gordita which he always likes. Regular taco. And a crunchwrap. He didn't really like the crunchwrap. He said it's boring. I think it just has too much tortilla and not enough filling. The workers pretty nice...quick to go fix the bathroom. Bathrooms fairly clean. Defibrillator thingy in a metal box on the wall...saw a worker pick something up and stand up right into the corner. OH.MY.GOD. Not sure why it's where it is...stuuuupid. Hope someone moves it or they gonna have some major WC issues. read more

I don't even know where to begin... First of all, this Taco Bell location has high traffic to begin with. I have no idea what they are thinking having the dining area not be open 24/7 like the drive through. If they just made the whole restaurant open 24 hours, it would be a lot easier... Instead, mobile orders are picked up at the drive-thru OR you stand outside and wait for your order, which by the way, doesn't seem to be started UNTIL you arrive! Pointless. If you go after their dining room closes, be prepared to wait in a mile long drive-thru line, regardless if you mobile ordered or not... OR bang on the door to flag down an employee to show them your order on your phone. Basically, you'll see a long ass drive-thru line snaking onto Beretania and a bunch of people waiting outside if you go after hours. Honestly, it seems like they are being cheap by not scheduling more workers on the night shift... Poor employees look so overwhelmed!!! On top of that, make sure you check your order before you leave because they once forgot to put a whole ass order of Mexican Pizza in the bag! read more

The gentleman at the drive thru window tonight was quite odd....when I got to the window and gave him my card he angrily told me to "make sure I tip" I didn't know what to do so I just responded "oh ok..." as he proceeded to run my card and not give me a chance to tip any amount. I've never been asked that before at a Taco Bell drive thru he also said some other odd things but it was hard to understand him. It was a very odd encounter for a drive thru lol read more

Taco Bell - Taco salad that tastes like crap. Never again. - Fast Food Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

Food is usually "ok" but you'll miss an item or get a wrong item(s). The worst part is you will wait 20+ minutes even if there's only 4 cars in line. I'm not sure how this place is in operation, the manager and area manager completely failed. read more

Went through the drive thru. No issues with my order being taken. My entire order was in my bag, which is everything. You need to ask for the hot sauce at the window. The food was good. They have a mini taco salad for $3.50. It's great, I hope they bring back the regular size taco salad. read more

Ordered a beef chalupa supreme and got a chicken chalupa supreme..I need a different taco bell.

Probably because of my laziness, I go to Taco Bell since they have a drive through. Sometime they have some new menu items and I like to get the value items. Oh If I knew earlier, I would have been checking in on my app to accumulate my purchase points. The items I've been buying was the street tacos that come in two when they offer it. I like the apple empanadas too. The items I like to get for mom is the Cantina Chicken bowl. Sort of like a salad mixed with rice and bean. My mom enjoyed that and I get the cheese rice and bean burrito for $1.99! Good for grab and go and when you need something to eat later . Not too heavy and it's filling enough without the meat. I convinced the coworker when he barely wants to spend $2 lol. You can hardly can find items for $2 these days. I don't need the sour cream and other things to make it $2 more. They have many items on the menu so it helps deciding ahead before driving through the drove-thru lane. The menu is on the app. I did get something for $1 but it was something really small like chili and beans lol. Probably it's an add on to your items you order. They open early for breakfast til late at night. Service was usually fast! read more

Long wait times. I ordered on the app and it took over 30min to get through the drive though at 10:30pm on a Thursday

This location has lost our order 2 separate times now~ a mobile order and an in store order.

I stopped by this Taco Bell location earlier this morning to pick up breakfast for my family and I, and I was impressed by the friendly, speedy service. The casual ambiance wasn't too surprising, but one thing I have never been dissatisfied with has been the food. Yes. I know it's Taco Bell, and with fast food what you see is what you get, but if I'm ever in the mood for cheap eats, and you aren't picky, then Taco Bell is a place I'd recommend! My current go-to menu items: Breakfast Crunchwrap (Bacon or Sausage), Crunchwrap Supreme (Steak), and their Cinnabon Bites. I tried their Dulce de Leche-flavored Bites on my last order, and they were delicious! read more

Best for late night cravings, this is a go-to spot for many visitors past midnight. This is an average taco bell when considering food quality, accuracy, and flavor. That being said, you can never go wrong with Taco Bell. read more

The absolute slowest drive thru imaginable. A Wednesday night at 840 and have been in a line that has moved 2 cars in 20 minutes. Even walk-ins are not moving. Have only seen once successful take out. No one eating in had food. Don't come to this location if you're hungry or in a hurry, they can't help either situation. read more

The taco salad we ordered contained this really bad chemical smell coming from the taco shell, literally inedible food served here

This place was always the best drive thru on the island of Oahu. Honolulu doesn't have a better fast food place to dine-in like this place. All you can refill soda fountain drinks, napkins at your convenience, and the hot sauces are hassle free because they let us grab as many as we want too. This place is the best! The food never disappoints us either. Would've given 5 stars...but, the cashier, (Kobina), wasn't listening to me about my on-line coupon redemption. Not very customer service oriented at all. read more

Usually a go to place after I finish work. Always get their combos which are both delicious and affordable. But today I tried a few of those breakfast items In total, I got three things: 1.Grande Toasted Breakfast Burrito Steak ($5.79) -Not bad but not worth the price. To me the Cheesy Toasted Breakfast Burrito was almost the same size and the main difference was that it included steak and had less tomatoes inside. Honestly if u want more value for your dollar, just get the 2 dollar burritos. 2.Cheesy Toasted Breakfast Burrito ($2.19) -Decent in flavor but misleading as there was barely any "cheese" in the "cheesy burrito" lol. If u like the taste if tomatoes in your burrito this one may be a good option. Glad I tried it but probs wont get again. Unless there's one at this price with steak 3. Breakfast Crunchwrap Combo ($8.29) This is my go to breakfast meal! Bacon Crunchwrap, 2 cinnamon delights, and a Baja blast. Yum!! My only wish was that the bacon Crunchwrap was bigger! But overall it's my favorite breakfast item. I will say the only reason why I knocked off a star is that the location of this Taco Bell is next to a super busy street, which makes it a bit stressful turning back on to Beretania street when it's super busy. The two new items I tried I'd probably rate at 2.5 stars. But with my usual order for breakfast (bacon breakfast Crunchwrap combo) and the different combos I order for lunch/dinner, those I would rate 4-5 stars in flavor. And the flavors have been consistently the same when I order the same thing on different occasions. My interaction with staff members has always been pleasant and they never forget to include the sauce packets if I ordered it read more

Taco about it... The number of times I've been here and have never done a review...yikes! Though this is quite known to be the crazy location with the drive thru line that can go down the block which I've experienced though it doesn't really disrupt the traffic flow on super busy S Beretania it's still quite discouraging when you're hangry. With T-Mobile deal i had to download the app in order to get the freebie which i did and didn't think much of it until this last visit as at the last moment we decided for some tacos and though to use the app for in-store pick up and ordered before going on my way and to my surprise it was already done before i arrived...woohoo! All done right and i was on my way and earned points to some freebies as well. This location is quite busy but has a huge lot making driving up and leaving super easy or dining in is nice as well with a decent amount of seating the vibe here is nice a mellow. Thank you! read more

Its hard to find a late night spot to get food from, Since Covid many have fell off. However, Taco Bell is still open late. (there are not that many options) I always order off the menu: "Soft Chicken Fresco Taco" I get (3-4) three to four of them. They are one of the healthiest things you can order. The lemonade at Taco Bell is a great mixer with Vodka as well. Double check your order multiple times, to prevent mistakes. Double check it before you pay and after you receive it. One thing cute is youngins' seem to have a meal here on there way home from their first date. This one young wahine went off on some young dude, "So I finally agree to let you take me out and you are taking me to "Taco Bell" after you paid for me and my girls to go to the concert at The Waikiki Shell. And you bring these weak dudes around me and my girls!" (she then asked the Taco Bell cashier to make sure her and her girls orders was in separate bags). As I ordered before them, I was waiting for my order. She asked me, "could you give her and her girls a ride home, we are all over age?" I said, "Naw Naw!" She sparked, "You don't wanna drive & kick it with me & my hot girls?" As I am not a joke, "Naw, unless you get your date dude to get you a $50 Taco Bell Gift card to give me now. I can only fit maybe you and your smartest, non-cousin, wild fly friend, straightup." She lit up, "Buy me a $50 Gift card now", to the dude. {he was mad, I assumed} "Why only me and 'Sexy Stella here?" Grabbing my order, "Cause I am busy, and 'My Convertable Whip' only has (2) two seats." "What Kinda car?" she butterfly'd. "Porsche Boxter, I'll be warming up the whip for (5) five minutes, get me the gift card by then or I jet, Sexy Stella. It'd be worth it if you paid for the gift card." As I walked away, I heard them say, "Porsche like Nipsey Hustles, Stella pay for the gift card" then it turned into a David Lynch type of night. read more

Used the mobile app for pickup order after work around 5pm. It was very user friendly. You can choose to pick up in store or at the drive thru. Ordering and pick up process went smoothly. Luckily there wasn't a line at the drive thru. Got to the ordering box/menu, told them my name, and was instructed to drive to the pick up window. Worker was nice. They prepared my order upon arrival and it was ready pretty quickly. Everything was correct. Food was packaged neatly and tacos were tasty per usual. No issues here. Pretty standard drive thru area, no bums in the area today. Definitely recommend using the mobile app, since it's free to earn rewards and I got a free burrito just for registering ($5 value). Ambiance: building has a modern look, it was renovated not too long ago. Didn't go inside, but it looked pretty empty. read more

Fuck this taco bell dont ever order or doordash to this shitty ass taco bell, been waiting for a whole hour and 30 minutes

The mobile app is the goat! I feel like they've gotten way better even when the line is long. Keep it up! Mahalo Taco Bell team!

This is the worst Taco Bell on the island. I ordered through their app and when I got there the drive through line was backed up past their exit on Beretania. No option in the app to change to in store pickup. The store had a huge line from what I could see through the windows. It took 30+minutes in the drive through to get my food. I sat at the window for almost 5 minutes. I live 5 minutes away and when I got home my food was cold. I had to microwave it. Not even sure how that is possible. I deleted their app. Never again. I will suppress my future Taco Bell cravings. read more

Whenever my husband and i go to this taco bell location, they always gotta mess something up. Last night, we tried to order through their website so we can just pick it up (their DT is open 24/7) but we couldn't order it, says they will be closing soon..i wanted to make sure that they're close so i decided to drive there. That was the first time i've seen that taco bell not having a line. They were open, but i guess they turned off their online order so nobody would go. The food was good, but they gave us the wrong one. Employees should not be turning off their online orders specifically because online it says DRIVE THRU is open. I really hope they do better next time. read more

I'm here quite often and the last time I wrote a review for here was in 2016. I really wasn't going to Yelp this place again and didn't even take pics of the food that I ordered. I just decided to do another review as I was leaving. It wasn't so much the food, as the food is pretty much standard across all fast food chains. I got my regular Mexican Pizza and the hubby got this combo box. The food was good, no complaints. However, the service was outstanding. There was one cashier and I believe he said that his name was Michael. He was the best fast food worker that I've ever seen. After we ordered he asked us if we needed water cups for water, which we declined. He wiped down all the tables after the customers left when he wasn't busy taking orders. He wiped down the soda machine and the table holding all the condiments. He was pleasant with every customer. I heard him ask someone if they were in the military and thanked them for their service. He kept himself busy throughout the whole time I was there and didn't just stand around when he wasn't cashiering. Taco Bell if you're reading this give this man a raise! read more

It's like a 30 minute wait for fast food. I go because my wife loves Taco Bell. It's strangely her comfort food. Technically Mexican but not really. I think they should move the order window or have people outside taking orders like chick fill a. So nothing really stands out food is always the same good fast food. Kinda expensive. $14 cravings box and $11.50 for two steak chalupas. $4 for burrito. So $30 for dinner for two. read more

Stopped in at Taco Bell/Beretania the day after National Taco Day. So, it appears National Taco Day was still going on as this Taco Bell location was PACKED to the tacos!!!! The parking lot was packed. The Drive Thru was creating a traffic jam on Beretania!!!! WTH? (note-it was 35 minutes from parking, order, receive and depart) All that aside, I enjoy my tacos and burritos from Taco Bell and my taste buds say it is the closest to tacos if you can't find the authentic/ethnic tacos Service is same! Be sure to get the app! And, if you forget, you can always scan your receipt for points on the app. My recent choice was the taco pack; 12 tacos - 6 soft and 6 crunch; extra taco sauce please. fun fact- Pizza Hut is no longer there; not after the renovation. And parking and drive through is still sort of confusing; that is, if you don't know you would create a traffic jam in the lot... LOL Happy Taco Day read more

I bet the management of this place thinks they're doing the community a favor by having this trash food here, but you can tell by their lack of responses and lack of change, in over 3 years that I can see, to even attempt to do better. Same old complaints. Same old problems. But it's dirt cheap fast food serving a predominantly lower income demographic cheap unhealthy food, so they must not matter enough to get good service, huh? They must not matter enough to get the orders and upgrades that they paid for, they must not have the luxury of the basic dignity of receiving warm or hot and the whole food right? I mean, if you can continue just milking the community and paying people crap wages while not doing anything to improve anyone's situation, just slinging cold burritos and soggy food not giving people the value they paid for because you can. This Taco Bell was the sole reason I stopped eating at most fast food restaurants - I came to the realization that: If they don't care enough to give the community what they pay for, and are fine with cheating us out of 1-3$ , probably for most orders, then why would they care about our health? Makes you think about what your eating don't it? Yuck read more

I remembered when Pizza Hut and Taco Bell was in one building which was very convenient. My family had a choice depending on their mood. But Taco Bell purchased the property and a high traffic area versus Kapiolani Blvd which they shut down . I pretty much ate my elongated cheesy meat burrito and chicken soft taco before taking a picture. It's hard to take a picture when it's wrapped up. Cheesy meat burrito was filled with lots of taco meat, cheese mixed in with rice and some crushed up red taco shells with a little bit of a kick after taste, not sure if that was a mistake. I didn't ask for spicy version...but mild. I had one of those wraps that folds five directions filled with taco meat, melted cheese, crunch flat taco, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese! I could only eat half and best eaten hot so you have crunch factor. They are 24/7 and choose early morning...not much of a line! Soooo good! I wanted to wash it down with my Diet Mountain Dew...none...shucks! Oh well?! Water... Ciao! read more
