Yeah for more drink options I the area! For their grand opening special, I tried a few combinations for drinks and toppings. They are all pretty good and things that I'd get in the future. The cafe itself is new, so it's clean so far. They need to upgrade their trashcan, which is impossible to toss receipts in without touching it. It looks like it's recycled from a nearby restaurant. Otherwise, the decor is clean and modern and works for them. Service can use some improvement. They are not the greatest at answering questions or informing those who are obviously new to the T4 experience. I'm relatively new to T4 and forgot I can customize my ice and sweetness level - my first visit they did not ask me at all. Second I had to tell them. A few employees also behave as if they have a better place to be - which is probably true, but it shouldn't show so obviously to customers. read more

This place is definitely a step in the right direction given that Quickly was just awful! There's definitely merit what many of the other reviews are highlighting such as bottlenecks during peak hours and many a teenager working with poor customer service skills. IF your drink comes out correctly... and that's a big IF, then it's pretty good. The GOOD: They offer Crystal/white boba They offer reduced % of syrup/sugar/sweetness They offer reduced % of ice They offer several varieties of tea It's a local boba joint The BAD: Often orders are wrong SLOW service during peak hours on weekends and early evenings Poor/lacking customer service The UGLY: Once I received pink/undercooked spicy chicken- we ended up throwing it out There you have it. Middle of the road but still a head above Quickly, Tapioca Express and dare I even say ShareTea? read more

Consistent bad service. These young kids are rude and have very little attention span. They forget your orders and let your drinks stand on the counters for minutes after they are ready. Even when you approach to ask them, they look past you and ignore your presence. Wost still, I had one food poisoning within hours after having their hot food (chicken nuggets and takoyaki). I vomited and had diarrhea through the second day. Looking to file complaints if I get the time to study how. read more

I Do not recommend this T4 location. Their kitchen is usually shut down for unknown reasons. Their kitchen was shut down three out of the four times I came here for Their popcorn chicken. I was here two nights ago at around 6:30pm, and their kitchen was down again! I'll be going to a different location for popcorn chicken in the future. read more

This place is the shit. The service is definitely lacking but who gives a flying fuck? Its a boba shop manned by teenagers- yall Yelpers really be expecting Michelin-star service from min wage teenagers? I judge restaurants on two things: price and food quality only. The basil popcorn chicken is delicious af and the Okinawa milk tea is bomb as fuck. They are a bit pricey but thats just the cost of being in a high COL city like San Ramon read more

I've only recently become a hard core boba drinker, and that's mostly because of T4. After several visits to this place, I have to admit that the drinks are either good or great. I don't mind drinking either type, but I can never be sure if the tea is going to be slightly watery or have too few pearls or too much ice. Although I've never had a bad drink at T4, I would like a little more consistency. Aside from boba, the popcorn chicken is SO good. The chicken is always so fresh and tasty - the only problem is the spice levels. I got chicken with +1 spice and my throat was literally on fire. I'm good with mild stuff, but that sure was not mild. If you can't take spice, just get no spice at all, because +1 is too much. read more

I just came here for the boba. No complaints. Didn't expect food to be on any of the menus. No expectations and got what I ordered. Major gripe: I was expecting Sting to play, but it was actually Juice WRLD. #notgood read more

Hate to admit this but we are regulars, right along with a bunch of others! It's always busy and the taste is consistent!

Rose milk tea here is my favorite. The late hours are great as they are open until 11pm. Completely a high schooler hang out. I do enjoy the green matcha puffs. They need to get better sizing for their drinks like iTea or Quickly. I've switched over to iTea but come here to grab drinks here and there. read more

Can't complain too much since it's less than a mile from my house, but DAMN the girl at the register today was RUDE AF. I came in to order 4 drinks for my family... Me: Hi, may I please have a regular sized avocado smoothie with bo- Register girl: Anything else for you? Me: -ba, yes another avocado smoothie without bo- Register girl: anything else for you? Me: (annoyed that she kept cutting me off) -ba. YES I have 2 more drinks to order please. Ugh. So my drinks are ready and I'm obviously by myself since the store is empty, and this girl doesn't offer a bag or drink carrier as I'm awkwardly trying to juggle the 4 drinks. And no I was not about to ask bc I was SO over talking to this employee. read more

This is my boba spot after school! I love the tea flavor and the boba. The quality is always consistent which is great. It is a great place near schools, so after school you can get a drink! I wish the sizes are sometimes bigger, but overall it is a great place! read more

Eh this location used to be pretty awesome but lately the staff is just downright rude, drink quality is okay at best, and their kitchen is in the process of "remodeling" for almost two months now (staff don't even know when it'll be done). Years ago, T4 used to be the only boba place for miles. Fortunately now there's at least one or two in a 10 mile radius. I'd rather go elsewhere for better service, good boba, and food then keep being a loyal customer to T4. read more

A great spot if you're a big boba fan. They've got a ton of varieties so there's always something new to try. Keep in mind that they seem to strictly employ teenagers though so sometimes the service is a bit lacking. For example, a few times they didn't call our number so were left waiting for awhile. They also don't clean the place up as regularly as they should considering how busy it can get (e.g., full trash bin, dirty tables, floors, etc.). Be sure to confirm that your order is accurate on the screen too. They punch the order in wrong sometimes either because it's loud in there or the cashier is new. read more

Not observing social distancing properly here (employees or teen customers). Cashier wearing mask below nose, which makes it useless. Need better management. Use examples from teaspoon, boba bliss- they are observing much better health practices. Not coming back, especially during COVID19. read more

Terrible service to the point I had to get my refund from GrubHub when they weren't the reason. Family used to go weekly since moving into the neighborhood a couple months ago. But haven't been back since and won't be back. read more

This t4 took over the old quickly that used to be here which was probably the worst boba place in the area. Parking here is super easy to find which is awesome. My usual order is the soy milk tea which is pretty good, nice balance between milk, tea, and sweetness. I have yet to try out the popcorn chicken but I am assuming it is just as good as the other locations in the area. My main problem with this location is that it is very small, making it feel more cramped than it already is especially when there is a line waaaay out the door. Also, at night time there are people that like to rev their excessively loud engines in the parking lot which is the most obnoxious and disruptive thing at 9 pm. Overall, I like the quality and service here but the ambience and location is less preferable than the other two locations in the area. read more

Got T4 delivered and it was great! Great taste and consistency. I asked for added lychee popping and boba balls on my DoorDash order and luckily they added that in my drinks free of charge as well. The Taro milk tea and the Strawberry Lemonade smoothie were super good, but my matcha latte was great! I love matcha but this is exactly the smooth and sweet flavor I like. I'd recommend this place for sure. read more

T4 is taking over! This was my first visit back to this boba tea shop after their remodel from being a Quickly. I've been to many T4s now and have tried a bunch of different flavors. Here is what I got: Elegant rose aloe tea - it had dried rose petals on top, and aloe jellies in the bottom. So refreshing. Honey Peach tea- very good, you can taste both the honey and peach flavor. Popcorn chicken - Decent quality. They have different levels of spice. Mozzarella sticks - you get about 8 of these with an order. Delicious and a good deal. No marinara sauce though :( Calamari - So-so at this location. Could use a bit more work, and wasn't well breaded compared to other T4s. Note: this location did not have two other flavors that I've tried: Potted milk tea (milk tea with an oreo topping) and Lemon Bomb tea - (they artfully cut an entire lemon into your tea, its super lemony and refreshing. It varies from T4 to T4. Huge improvement from Quickly, though I have to say I miss the Snow White Snow bubble... :( read more

After discovering this place a few weeks ago, I have already become a regular here. Located conveniently next to a Safeway and Chase bank, this place is perfect if you want to make a quick stop for a refreshing drink without having to worry about finding a parking spot. I've always enjoyed tapioca, but this place truly has some of the best flavors I've tried and offers options for the amount of sugar or ice you want in your drink, which can be regular sized or large. I really enjoyed their Jasmine Milk Tea and their Elegant Rose Tea. However, when I asked for no sugar in my Elegant Rose Tea, it still tasted sweet. Since T4 does get busy at times, make sure that your order is correct and tell them immediately if they missed something! Also, ask for a punch card if you are a regular ;) read more

This is an okay boba place. Not the best, but not the worst either. Kids swarm here after school so it can get really crowded. They used to sell food here such as popcorn chicken or french fries but they stopped. They only sell drinks now. read more

Trash customer service. Everyone standing around looking dazed and confused.. Rude workers, very unprofessional.

The people that work here are incredibly rude and they don't know how to conduct business. I called ahead of time to have my drink made because I knew the lines were crazy at this time and I had to get back to work. I go inside and I'm ready to pay and take my drink, and they want me to stand in the longest line on earth when my drink is already made. That line would have taken me an hour to stand in. I explained that I called ahead for a reason but the guy working there told me to "stand in line and respect others". I left. I don't want to ever buy anything from there again. I didn't even get my drink. read more

Been here a few times now. Have to knock off a star for not incorporating Five Star like most other T4s in the Bay Area. Then I have to knock off another star for serving 4 customers' orders before my basic Jasmine Green Milk Tea order... I'm 85..and 89 was called before I got my order. Something got mixed up obviously. Otherwise, it's a decent T4 location. read more

My friends and I were regulars here since this location opened - before that we went to the one on Alcosta. The location is super convenient for students and locals. This is a great spot to hang out and meet up with friends. I always order the Elegant Rose Royal Tea with aloe, no ice, 0% or 30% sweet. I've tried several of their milk teas as well. They do a delicious popcorn chicken and egg puffs. Although a huge step up from the Quickly's that used to be here, I still find their drinks taste artificial. Stop by if you're around, but not worth traveling for. read more

Wow. All I can say is W O W. As a man of great culture and taste, I visited this T4 in the hopes of finding the perfect milk tea drink, with the exact right chewiness of boba. Not only is that what I found here, I also encountered a cashier with probably the most professional work ethic and friendly customer service I have ever experienced! I believe her name to be Calista or Kalista? Not only was she phew... stunningly beautiful.. she was also helpful and kind and helped me pick out the drink I would like the most. Such a sweetheart. I hope to see her again when I revisit again. I did notice however there was a small man who was giving me a death glare and some attitude. Max? i think his name was. He was also speaking very rudely in cantonese, but smelled suspiciously good. (Yes I had my mask on but I could smell him through my mask) However, I still will revisit again in the hopes of seeing Calista/Kalista again. What a nice girl! read more

Ordered rose royal tea last night with my two friends. I ordered with 50% sugar and 50% ice. The drink turned out really good coz I don't like too much sugar and too cold. My other two friends ordered bubble pearl milk tea and one of the slush. The cashier was full of smiles on her face, unlike when I go to other bubble tea stores. Will definitely come back with my friends and try their snacks next time :)) read more

Drinks are average but it's the closest one to where I live. But the food. Where do I start with the food. For $10 you get bowl full of rice and ginger, with a side of unagi. Great teas and super quick delivery. Highly recommend. Try their teas with boba. Refreshing and delicious.

We only choose from the same 5 items when we come here. Popcorn chicken, fried tofu, thai milk tea, jasmine milk tea, and taro shake. I have always found my thai tea too milky from other places. I am giving this place 4 stars for their consistency. The way they make their thai milk tea has been so consistent since they opened this place up. Along with everything else I have tried. That's important to me. This place tends to get crowded after the teens get out of school, and also on the weekends. So every time I am craving T4, I just call my order in 10 minutes before I arrive, that way I just go in and pay. I don't have to wait for them to make my drinks or food :). That helps a lot, especially with the food orders. Sometimes it takes a while when other people ahead of you have ordered food. Now the 1 missing star is for cleaniless. I am a little disgusted when I walk into their restroom. I understand teens run this place, but please teach them how to really clean. It's a big turn off to see a dirty bathroom, especially if there are flies in the bathroom. read more
