I am so very happy with the service I received today from Daniel. Daniel is very nice and professional. He did a great job helping me with my purchase of the Iphone 8+. I asked if he can transfer all my contacts and photos from my Iphone 6+ over to the new phone and he did it with no problem. If there was an option to put no stars I would put that. I walked into the store after receiving my upgrade phone and had an issue with the SIM card and I came into the store thinking that the employees could help me and they turned me away and recommended I should go to another store such as Best Buy to have it repaired because they do not repair it at the store or offer a replacement like a customer service agent advised me on the phone. For corporate store their customer service was subpar. They did not want to help me or give me options in the store and decided to turn me away. I never stop by to this specific location but I stopped by yesterday Monday 5/7/18 around 5:30 p.m and the lady there was horrible. Not helpful at all and has a very bad attitude she should not be working there with that type of customer service. I asked to speak with their manager and I was ignored and instead the guy right next to her budged in just making it worse. Never had a problem at any other tmobile stores by far the worst store to go to I will never be back again even though it's the closest one to my house. read more

They are so nice, they answered all my questions, gave me advices for best offers and options.

So I called this location for the hours and they stated that they were open until 9pm. I got to the front of the store at 8:03pm and one of the employees walked up and locked the door on me. I looked through the glass trying to get someone's attention and this young lady came up and asked me what I needed. She had been helping another customer with some products in her hands. I asked her if I can purchase a phone, I knew which I wanted but when she asked the store manager he said that their systems shut down at 8.. Excuse me, you are still ringing people up and there are at least two others in line you lazy fcks. I saw other customers walking up and had the same exact problem. I will definitely be excalating this issue. This is not the first time I had an issue with this location.. apparently they don't care for good customer service. This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. RUN AWAY. DON'T EVEN BOTHER GOING HERE. I got the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge on 12/31/15 @ T-Mobile Store Main Place which includes the Jump On Demand (J.O.D) option. I decided to just use the 1st upgrade out of 3 within 12 months to get rid of this S6 edge and I got the blackberry priv. I called in first and spoke to Ryan to confirm they had one in stock. Sure enough they did, so I went there after work. I was greeted once I walked in and got my phone and everything from Ryan, who of course, tried to up sell which I find annoying, but it's the sales biz so whatevers. Overall, 1st visit was okay. Oh yeah, Ryan also tells me it is normal for the phones to get hot when you are using it. I doubt it is normal for a phone to get hot enough that you can't even touch it. (Feb 01) 2nd visit, I came back the next day because I hated the blackberry. The battery takes forever to charge, get extremely hot, but of course, they tell me it is "normal." Yeah, yeah, right, you just didn't want to actually check if it was a hardware issue or not. So of course, it's easier to just use the usual response, "It's normal." I can't remember the name of the rep who "helped" me. He didn't seem helpful, more like uh huh okay whatever just to get me out of there asap, type of responses I'd get. I ended up leaving with the blackberry still because they told me I had to wait 30 days until I can upgrade again. So on 02/03, my 3rd visit, I decided to go back to this T-Mobile store and get rid of the blackberry. I was told twice by a T-Mobile customer rep via online and phone that I could just return the phone since it was within 14 days and there won't be a restocking fee. I told them to note it in my account so I wouldn't have to go over everything again. That did not work very well. I went to the store after work. The sales rep had to call over the manager (Jonathan? I don't remember his name) Okay, so the manager goes over my account notes, tells me he's going to charge me a restocking fee either way despite what the notes said... I'm like okay, so why don't you call up customer service & figure this out since I am the customer. Guess what he said? NO. And he even said his store is a corporate store... Um okay, that does not make sense on how you couldn't call customer service? I'd get it if you were a 3rd party contract with T-Mobile, but you even said it yourself, your store location is a corporate store. I was like whatever, I'll call them myself. What kind of manager is he supposed to be? I don't understand how he got that position. Managers are supposed to be helpful, to show to their co-workers, their team, that customers are supposed to be #1 type of thing or at least be helpful. He did not have any traits I'd ever hire for a store/sales manager. Yes, a lot of ranting, so hopefully it made sense LOL... read more

Horrible customer service ever! I called before I went in to ask about the iPhone 6 and the lady I spoke with was very nice and I explained to her that I had gone to a location by my house but didn't have the iPhone 6 available and that they had rendered me to them. She said they did have a 16 gig available for me to just go on in and they'd take great care of me! WRONG! I walked in and a snotty ass sales representative I believe her name was Jennifer didn't even greet me bc she was to buys playing on her phone. So I told her I had gone to a different location by my house and they ran my credit already said I was approved just needed to get my phone bc the system went down the day I went in. I told her I wanted the iPhone 6 and that I had called before hand. They said they had a 16 gig available for me to just come in and they'd help me out. She gave me attitude and replied she didn't know who I spoke with bc they don't have a 16 gig so I replied I wasn't sure by she said to come in and they'd help me. She asked for my name and I.d I handed it to her and she got on the phone and asked her co worker if he wanted to call bc she didn't. She claimed that they didn't have me in the system so they'd have to run it again. I informed her I didn't want them tuning my credit again bc it was already ran and approved. To make a long story short she didn't help at all! I wasted time and got no help she was rude and unhappy with her life so it seemed by far the worse visit ever! Horrible customer service and I went back to the Fullerton location I had first visited! They were a great help and gave me my phone no problem! read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I could give them one star, I would! I came here to upgrade my phone as well as my brother's. Sounds simple enough, right? WRONG! I had called and they said I got get it now problem and gave me a few requirements that I did met. I came in and they tell me only my phone can be upgraded and the only way to upgrade my brother's phone was to get a certain plan! No one told me and on top of that, the sales guy kept trying to sell me more expensive plans that we didn't need! I got in the biggest arguement in phone store history! The people working there were telling me one thing and the people on the phone were telling me another. I got so fed up I asked if I could leave and come back (there was a line) without having to wait in line again since I had to talk to the loyalty people on the phone. She said it was okay. Well I guess I was wrong to trust what she said because I came back after sorting everything out and she said she didn't know if I was coming back or not so I had to wait ALL OVER AGAIN! I'm getting really fed up with their lack of costumer service! This isn't the first time t.mobile has screwed up. They don't explain their services, plans, and promotions INTENTIONALY so that you get your phone and your stuck with the bill for the next 2+ years. first of all theyre good at greeting, thats their one star but once they know they wont make commission from you they stop trying the manager with the beard i didnt get his name but it seems hes the one over looking everything.. i came in with my phone dead saying it was charging. was just trying to get it back on my phone is in great condition . never once dropped it and its had the case since i first bought from a different store. they didnt even look at the phone . until it went towards upgrading or even getting a warranty change VINCENT was the one helping me after everything but didnt get anywhere due to them telling them my phone looked like it was "pried" open on the side .. why would i want to pry open my phone?? that voids warranty everyone knows that!!! DAVID stepped in, in a more controlling tone. saying they couldnt help me LETS REMEMBER I CAME IN JUST SO THEY CAN CHECK MY PHONE OUT. they insisted on warranty or upgrade DAVID PRETTY much said there wasnt anything they would do for me and to get an insurance claim. NOT ONCE DID ANY OF THEM TRY TO TURN MY PHONE ON OR PLUG IT IN TO TRY AND TURN IT ON OR FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT.. So my sister and I walked in the store, but there was no greeting from any of the representatives. Some of them were occupied but others were standing around. So we decided to sit down and wait our turns.. Another group of people walked in and were greeted and helped right away! So we stood up and went to a rep but that rep looked at us but did not even acknowledge us. Keeping in mind there are about 8 reps currently working I was hoping at least one would have decency to greet us and kindly help us with what we needed, I guess not. Then I noticed an assistant manager approaching us, instead of asking if we've been helped she asked if we were in the same party as the other people of the same ethnicity. So just because there were other groups of Asian ethnicity inside the store we were one party therefore we did not get any service ! When we clearly did not come in with one another.
