I love this T-Mobile. The service is amazing, all the agents help you and explain everything with details. Angel and Daisy help a lot changing my numbers and trading my phone. They value that they give to the customer is incredible. It's the first place that I feel that they take care of me. And it's the most closer to home so I definitely going to make this my favorite T-Mobile store 100% Recommended!!! read more

Tmobile service is very poor. They withdraw my account monthly for my bill, but when they overcharge me and sent me a credit on my bill I asked if they can put back on my card, they did Not. And when I called in customer service they gave me a hard time, read more

Customer service. You could stop over billing. Once a customer stops your service, you should stop billing the customer.

WARNING!!! "AVOID" this guy name *ANTONIO ARAUJO* (not wearing his name tag) and I was surprised he's the Retail Associate "MANAGER" of this branch.. This guy act like he owns the store and he will belittle you by raising his voice on you (with other customers) while explaining your side of the situation. This guy has "ZERO" customer service and the "RUDEST" person I spoke too. He won't listen on your explanation and did not even bother to de-escalate the situation but made it worst!! While I'm still trying to explain , he told me "I'm done with you" then walk towards the next customer and left me hanging. This guy definitely need retraining for customer service or hoping a higher up on him will remind this guy ego that he doesn't own the store! Vaping in front of the store doesn't make you cool at all by the way. read more

The service was terrible. They asked me to place order myself using T-Life and asked me to update my iOS. The customer service representatives didn't even get out of their chairs. They acted like they were handicapped. read more

My mom and I came in yesterday to purchase the iphone 15 pro max. Paul assisted us, and he was AMAZING! Very professional and patient, approachable. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. He is definitely knowledgeable about the phones and services provided by T-Mobile. I'm not very tech savy HAHA, but he never made me feel embarrassed to ask questions. T-Mobile, he is an asset to your company! Give this man A RAISE! The store was to close at 8pm yesterday, and we arrived around 6:45pm so it was close to closing, but the staff never made us feel rushed or unwelcome. I called prior to coming to inquire about the titanium iphone 15 Pro Max stock, and the girl on the phone (sorry, I didn't catch your name!) was also very polite and friendly. Will be coming here for future services! Thank you so much! read more

Now a charge of 5 dollars to pay your bill?!?! Just to get shitty customer service ? Not worth it. I requested a paper bill to be mailed to my home and they fucking can't get a bill out to my house so I can pay the bill. I refuse to sign over my bank account information so they can take what ever they want to charge. No thanks when you keep having data breaches and hacks. There has to be a better alternative to the same suck ass services. No matter how nice your representative is, still isn't going to make me change my mind. But it would be really fucking nice if you could send my bill to me. Guess you don't want us to see what absurd taxes and charges you are actually ripping us off on. read more

It's 7pm and they according to their hours they close at 8pm. The girl bringing the metal curtains down simply closed them and wouldn't answer to our questions that we were asking from outside. She simply ignored us while making eye contact and walked away! Extremely unprofessional! Quit your job if you don't like what you do for a living read more

this guy TONY screwed up everything and blamed me why i did not tell him i have 2 esim, what's unprofessional worker, i gave them my ID, they have my info everything, my sim is deactivated and i want it reactivated. but he reactivated that sim, and deactivated another e sim without asking me. he asked me which one you wanted it to turn on, just answer straight to my question he said ,i simply answered (657-...-...) and scared of him too, cuz a day before the others employees made a mistake, i came to the store to pick up the sim that i never received at mail box, so when he gave me a sim card, at the same time, he's deactivated my e sim. thats why i came again to day and met another tech support named TONY . he did not ask me do you want to delete this esim . he just did it on his own. he deleted that number and that number is not on file of a Tmobile. the number he deleted its not belong to T-Mobile and also its not on Tmobile profile buf he still deleted it. hes acted like hes know everything but he did it wrong. he ven blamed me back. it's ridiculous because hes did not let me explain at the first place. after he made a mistake, i was so piss, cuz delete that number, nothing i can not get back, because i am not an authorized. guess what, i lost that number now its linked to my gmail, facebook, ig, bank account, USCIS, ... he refused service, bitched at me, yelled at me, its was on 11:05 July26/2025. If manager can read this, theres cameras, please check and you will see his behavior and his actions so unprofessional. He made me cried at the store. and kicked me out. read more

Shout out to the woman who answered the phone here the other day. I bought a phone here earlier in the month and decided to return it. The problem was I live 90 miles away and the T-Mobile near me wouldn't take my phone without a receipt. They basically told me I had to drive back to this location to get a receipt. So I called and the woman who answered said she would look up the receipt for me. Before she put me on hold she told me I can also go on the app and look up the receipt myself. Before she came back on the phone I had already found the receipt on the app, just as she said. It was super easy and I was so thankful to her. I wish I knew her name but I just wanted to say THANK YOU! read more

Linda, who was also very professional and quite personable, provided excellent service. I highly recommend visiting for any T-Mobile needs or upgrades. The experience was seamless--they removed all the frustration and completely changed my view on switching carriers. Although I'm new to T-Mobile and will see how it goes, the switch itself was handled perfectly. I'm very pleased I made the change. read more

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! We never encountered such a team! Linda, Luz, and the manager (didn't catch his name) went beyond our expectations! We were in need of mobile hotspot (5G to be exact) but no device was available. They went beyond what others would of done. They searched for a near by facility and personally picked it up and brought it in to us. Who does that!? In less then 30 minutes! It worked in our favor and got a great deal! I can't be any happier and seriously it is so refreshing to see a team do that for us! I'm on my flight, waiting to take off. Made it on time! Cheers! read more

Nate was amazing and dumbed everything down for me so I can actually under stand what I was purchasing. He didn't try to up sell me or get me to add a new line. T-Mobile - Me saying goodbye to my IPhone 11 and Hello to my IPhone 12 Pro Max! - Mobile Phones Near Me - Garden Grove, California

I got a new iPhone 11 Pro Max for my birthday/ Christmas but couldn't activate it my cell. I tried do it online and using my sprint app but was unsuccessful I decided to go to a local store for help. I came to the now T-Mobile (old Sprint) store. They were very cool about signing me in outside (for social distancing). They text me before I was up and finally was called up. Miguel was the young man that helped me. Miguel was very cool. He was sociable (wasn't a robot). Miguel was knowledgeable. He had a few hurdles in his way which he overcame. He tried different devices and SIM cards and finally got it to work. He never game up. Miguel is an asset to the store and I let the manager Juan know. Juan was really cool too. He chatted a bit outside and did a good job of making sure his store was running well and we were all being social distance. This was a great store. I wouldn't hesitate to go again and if I ever need anything, I would be asking for Juan and is superb service! read more

Keeping this one short. If you come to this location stay away from Sean or Shawn. Not sure how he spells it as he paid no attention to us so I never got a chance to see his name tag. Terrible costumer service and extremely rude. Love T-Mobile and have always had a great experience with the associates but today unfortunately ended this streak. read more

Manager sean, he did not want to cancel an irden 2 weeks late, I bought another $ 1300 phone, and I didn't even cancel it, I called customer service and they canceled the order in less than 2 minutes ... too bad for being a manager read more

Sean went above and beyond to accommodate. He made changing phones a bit less stressful. This office does definitely need more terminal.

I rarely go in for phone service but my phone was driving me absolutely crazy with how slow it has been so I decided to make the trip. I had a Android J7 that I know was outdated and I was tempted to get a new phone but didn't want to spend the money. I was helped out by Miguel who ended up upgrading me to a new phone (I finally switched from android to iPhone). In all honesty I was just going to stick with my old phone but I felt Miguel went above and beyond by showing me that the payments were easily affordable. Miguel ended up making me laugh so hard (I was having a horrible day so the laughter was much needed) that I ended up letting him talk me into getting a phone case, screen protector and AirPods for my new phone. I wanted to talk to the manager and tell them how good Miguel was to me and it turns out he is the manager. Whatever they are doing at the Garden Grove store they are doing it right and I will definitely be going back in the near future for the watch I almost ended up getting. read more
