I had such an amazing experience at T-Mobile, all thanks to Robbie! i was switching over from AT&T, and there were SO many hurdles and complications along the way. Honestly, I wasn't sure it was even going to be possible, but Robbie did everything he could to make it happen. He had to work through so many different loopholes and obstacles, but he never gave up or made me feel like i was a burden. He was incredibly patient, helpful, and genuinely cared about getting everything figured out for me. The other workers were also very friendly and super funny! and made the atmosphere amazing! After waiting I finally asked how much time to get service, just needed to return the internet box we received for 30 days free trial (which we got billed the next week and for more than the price that was quoted) . We came to this T-Mobile location and Alana did a fantastic job helping us. She resolved our issue very quickly and was so helpful! So...RCS messages are not working - called support who said it was a 3 minute fix. However, I didn't have my pin - they verified my name, number and could see that I am authorized on the account. Then the jerk told me that I would have to wait an hour, then they would call me and fix the issue. REALLY??? This is a 3 minute fix, but I didn't have my pin but wait! If you get punished for an hour, you don't need your pin for the 3 MINUTE FIX! What a joke!!!! PS - they called back 3 times to tell me I would have to wait an hour - the idiot could have fixed it 10 times with all these calls!!!!! read more

I would like to give a shout out to Robbie at the Signal Butte T-Mobile store. I was not only impressed with the extraordinary customer service but he displayed, professionalism and eased me through my process of transitioning over from my previous provider, in which I had been with for years. Within less then an hour he was able to ensure I was all setup with my service, all apps in tact for work, etc. I have yet to experience the "TMobile" service itself and I hope to be extremely impressed. I've had T-Mobile for several years and had no issues. Today, I checked my bill and when I bought a phone from this location, they added a "360 protection" charge without telling me. Since I've had such good luck with this company, I've always had auto pay enabled. Not anymore. This store is horrendous--great job lying to your customers. I will NEVER go to this location again, and thanks to this location, I'm never using T-Mobile again. Check your bills. So sad that a company has to lie to get business. UPDATE: I called T-Mobile Customer Care and originally spoke with one employee. He fixed some of the charges, but wasn't able to fix all of them. I called today and spoke with Angel. He had the best customer service I've ever experienced. Long story short, he fixed everything and gave back the hope I lost from this store. Following this post, the store manager, Brandon, reached out to me. He was very apologetic, despite it not being his fault. The man who helped me was kind, patient, and ensured I was sure about my new IPhone purchase. He was genuine in informing me about the different phones and helped guide me in setting up my new phone. I visited the store on Signal Butte as I wanted help in porting my lines out from Verizon to TM, having previously spent over 20 hours talking to many Verizon CS reps in trying to fix serious issues with the service. I was hoping that I would never have to phone them again and put up with the long holds and bouncing between reps. Jared Graf, the TM rep, was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and spent over 2 hours in trying to get our account switched over. Unfortunately, it became necessary in the afternoon and also following day, for me to contact Verizon and repeat all the info yet again, before Jared was given the ok to switch. We were very grateful to be able to keep our numbers as they were also business related. Had it not been for that we would have simply had TM give us new numbers. Without Jared's help we would have lost those numbers, as I had given up in total frustration. So far have also been very pleased with the actual TM service, as not only have we received clear calls we now have 5 bars on the phones as opposed to 1-2 previously. That is why we chose TM, as a friend visited us and they also got great reception in our location and now we thankfully have the same! read more

This time Jed was able to help me get my iTunes and App Store unlocked. It wasn't easy and the store was busy, but he hooked it up! Went here 23 months ago and got 2 phones. 3 days later decided to go back and get a free tablet I saw advertised. You just have to pay for the monthly connection fee. Even called ahead of time to make sure we didn't have to have any money out of pocket. Went to the store 20 minutes later and filled everything out. At the end they try to hit us up for $350 up front. We left of course without the tablet. 23 months later I'm checking my bill and I find out I've been getting charged $9 a month for a protection on the devise we never got. This location is very dishonest. T-Mobile has a whole seems like they're pretty decent but these little scumbags you don't deserve your business. read more

I had trouble tech thru att couldn't fix, so I stopped in the store. Brandon was so helpful, he fixed the issue with my phone!!! 3 other people couldn't. He then reviewed my current plan and found I could save money as now it is less. HE SAVED ME OVER $100 a year! He was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out how to stay with ATT, as I was considering leaving. I will now switch my phone to a business phone for the same amount and get more benefits!! This particular store has been helpful and courteous each time I've gone in for one issue or another. I'm really not sure about the negative reviews on this particular location but I have to say, that it is by far one of the best stores with the friendliest employees. My wife and I have gone into this store for the last four years since we have moved closer to this location and we've never had a problem. I actually recommend this place to my friends that do not live close. I was just over there and a young guy came out to ask me if I had a mask and that I needed one to enter the store. I know it's a crazy time and I understand the new policy. I asked him about a problem with my phone and he solved the issue for me right away outside. Very Friendly, Very professional. I think that if you come into this location and that you had a problem, you might have come in with an attitude to begin with. These are all young people trying to help you and for the most that I have seen, are very knowledgeable. I went there to get help with billing and a phone not working properly and was told they can't help with any of that and they can't call customer service to help me either, I left upset then a few weeks later went back to get a new phone and walked in to the same man that didn't help me before and the first thing he says is " haha thought you were dropping us" very unprofessional and rude super unimpressed and will not be back to this location ever. I used to only go to this one because of how helpful the staff was and that is long gone. read more

Not even sure where to begin with this T-Mobile store. We were scammed by a fraudulent employee and manager here. We've have been a T-Mobile customer for countless years. We had 5 lines on our account and went into the store on black Friday to see what promotions they had for my son who had just turned 18 and was looking to get his own account. A female employee who called herself "Hex" on an unprofessional scribbled out business card came over to "help" us. She advised of a promotion where he could trade in his IPhone 6S and get a free IPhone XR if he got his own account which sounded fantastic. He would get charged for the phone every month but would see a credit for it after 2 months. She ran a credit check and said no deposit was needed, which was strange and I questioned her on it because someone who just turned 18 has zero credit and she advised his score was a 7XX. Sounds strange but ok. She takes a long time to do everything and then "shows" us the cost which was no deposit and the T-Mobile One plan, which was good. She then stated she needed to go talk to her "manager" in the back room and was gone for a good 15 minutes all the while her cell phone that she left on the counter rung non stop. She comes back after 15 minutes and states that the manager had to "fix" something in the computer. About 5 minutes later she said everything was ready to go but the T-Mobile system was "down" and we would have to come back the next day to turn in his old IPhone. Which now looking back is funny because plenty of other customers were switching out phones without issue. I asked for a copy of my receipt and paperwork and she tells me the printer is out of paper and not working, I could get it tomorrow. We go back to the next day to turn in his old phone and the printer is still "out of paper and not working". Fast forward to last week, we get our second bill and still no credits, still shows a charge for the IPhone XR and we are getting charged for a deposit. My wife went into the store and the manager there could care less, stated there is nothing they could do and basically did not want to deal with it. I am not positive if this is the same manager from that night or not. We called customer service, where we learned my son did have a deposit and was not on any type of promotion as he was not eligible for it and we supposedly traded in his IPhone 6S for $54. So our son went from being on our account and having a $10 bill a month to having a $130 bill every month. How much sense does that make? The female employee "Hex" and the manger there that night should be immediately fired for unethical and fraudulent business practices. I would like for the owner of the store to contact us or we will file a BBB complaint and reach out to local media. I will also be in contact with the state's attorney general's office tomorrow to see about getting them involved as well. I have also contacted the T-Mobile special investigations team to also assist with this. I have never in my life come across such fraudulent employees of a major business before. Stay far away from this store as everything they tell you is a complete lie and scam! read more

The store manager Christina helped us adding 3 more lines to my plan yesterday. We added 2 lines to our plan when Black Friday promotion was going on. At the time we spoke T-Mobile customer representative on the phone but that person screwed up our plan badly it didn't even apply right promotions and it cost more than what we thought our monthly due was. To make things worse the plan didn't allow us to add more lines. Long story short Christina handled this Very professionally. I was so impressed by her knowledge and customer service. She took it as if it was her own issue. She spent long time waiting on the phone trying to resolve it for us. In the end everything went well. I can't thank enough for her time and service. (09/16/18) A special thanks to Jose who assisted me as my Iphone screen went blank. I was visiting from Newport Beach, Ca. for my daughters soccer league playing in Az. and staying at my brothers place. My daughters game was going to start in a couple hours as she attended her game with teammates and we had to fly out back to California immediately afterwards when my phone screen went blank. I had no means to navigate to her game or to the airport not being familiar with the roads yet. Jose was relentless speaking to Apple and trying multiple methods until he actually brought my screen back and working. The Assistant manager handled the heavy load of customers impressively as Jose attended to my issue. I ended up purchasing a new Iphone 8 plus and was able to navigate to my daughters game and fly home just in time back to California. Management please commend these two individuals for their efforts as I know that they were even short staffed this particular day. Thank you... Great service! read more

This store was disappointing, to say the least. They were nice enough, but either they (themselves) did not understand the referral program or they were purposefully misleading. Either way, I signed up two people - though on the same account - and was told I would receive two-$25 gift cards, which totaled $50 for me and $50 for the two who signed up. It is not the matter of the program, it is what I was told by staff, including a manager. If the store had be understood their new referral program and/or told us the truth from the beginning, I would not be writing this bad review. I suggest finding another store with more professional staff if you want T-moble. read more

This review is not against this store it is for people who use T-mobile and find out a service was added to your plan that you had no idea it was added. In my case it was $15 dollars a month fee for adding international calling to my plan and I have never had a need to have this service in the 17 years l have been a loyal customer with this company. Thy say I added this to my plan through an app. I have never used an app for T- mobile in my life but I have no way to prove that I did not do this and they say they have no way to prove I did this. They say they will send me proof that I did this but I have never had the app on my phone, ever. Yes they say they will credit me for three previous months but not back to the day it was added to my bill in 2014. I guess we all should pay closer attention to our bills and not expect the company to tell us every year I call in to ask what I can do to lower my bill and this item was never brought up by customer service on any calls when I asked. My advice is to call T-mobile every six months and ask what they are charging every month line by line so you know what you are paying for and make sure they didn't add another service to your bill you had no idea was added to your bill. I love T-mobile so I never expected this to happen in the 17 YEARS I have been a customer. I guess my trust with them has diminished and I will need to pay closer attention to my bills. read more
