I had a highly disappointing experience at this store trying to upgrade my phone. The associate who assisted me, "J," was entirely unhelpful. When the upgrade ran into a minor technical glitch, he checked one page on his screen, made two inaccurate guesses about account promotions, and immediately gave up. He didn't ask a manager for assistance or call their support line to fix the issue. His "fake nice" demeanor made it clear he simply didn't want to exert the effort for a standard upgrade, likely because it didn't net a major commission. To prove how simple the fix should have been, I walked out to my car and completed the entire upgrade myself on the T-Mobile app in less than two minutes. Poor service and a complete lack of effort. Extremely Disappointing Experience I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 25 years, but this store was a complete disaster. I went in to set up home internet, and the staff had no idea what they were doing -- they took photos of my driver's license three different times, asked for my Social Security number repeatedly (out loud in front of everyone), and then called someone on the phone, expecting me to share it again with a stranger. After 25 minutes of confusion and zero professionalism, I walked out and went to Verizon less than two miles away. Wanted to move family to TMobile but due to us trying phone number in Italy on TMobile they make you wait 90 days! She checked and I was 88 days and turned me away. Awesome job TMobile! Just got off phone with TMobile and yes, they punish you for trying service and make you wait the 90 days. read more

I like their senior rate because I'm over 55, I also have home Internet, which I have had go out and spin and lose connectivity for a minute or two on a couple of occasions over the last four months but really those interruptions have been mineable while I'm watching TV. read more

I went to a location close to my home and they told me they couldn't help and redirected me to this corporate location. I really thought I was getting the run around, so I wasn't hopeful as I headed to this location. They completely restored my belief in GREAT customer service! I was greeted in a very friendly manner and my issue, which I thought would be complicated, was resolved thoroughly and quickly. The first time we walked into this T-Mobile location because we had voicemail problem. It was two days before the New Year. As soon as we walked in, we saw a full house. Every chair and every table were occupied. A young employee by the name of David came right up to us, kindly greeted us and wrote down our name and told us that it would be a little wait. We could see that it would be a long wait, but we were fine with it. It's all because David had taken our name down and we knew that we just must wait for our turn to get personal help. More customers came in after us. Each time, David would quickly greet each customer and write their name down while he was helping other customers to solve their problem. Even though it was a full house, all the customers seemed to be very content. No one was angry or upset. It was all because they knew that the technicians were doing their best and their turn would come. Since we didn't have time to wait. We went to tell David and let him know that we would be coming back some other time. He apologized to us and encouraged us to come back during the week. We went in the week after during a weekday. There were four technicians in the store. And sure enough, David walked up to us right away. He patiently took care of our voicemail problems and account charge discrepancy. We were very pleased with his knowledge of solving our phone problems, but we are most impressed with his courteous and kind manner of helping his customers. read more

I have been with t mobile for 8yrs, all has been good until they suggested a Alcatel wi fi unit. From day one didn't work passwords were wrong!! 2 trips to store and they said got it working, but I get home and not working!! So for one year with calling about once a month no resolve. today after 2 hours they said it's out of warranty and tried to sell me an upgrade!! So if you buy anything from them watch the warranty time so th ey can't run out the clock, and say too bad read more

Wait times here are over an hour every time despite hardly any customers in the store. The employees here are clueless, their system is ancient and slow. Rudest employees and service I have ever had with T-Mobile. I would have been better off going to the Queen creek store by my old house. These guys don't let you finish talking. Act annoyed. Store has a long wait. Service is bad. Make us wait for a long time . when they could have done things more efficiently. Most of the people were here for tmobile Tuesday pick up they could ask if thats service anyone was waiting for and taken care of lot of requests. This is just about T-Mobile at large. I have been a customer for years and have been relatively happy, until now. I pay a lot if money for my family to have phones and to have I insurance on them. I have had my latest phone for two years and just cracked the screen. Now, Assurant is telling me my only option is to pay $99 for a new phone to be shipped to me??? There are T-Mobile locations ALL over the Phoenix metro area. There has to be a location within a reasonable proximity to get my phone screen fixed! Please save yourself time and take your business elsewhere. After being a loyal customer for years I will be taking my business elsewhere. the employees here a misinformed and will say anything to get a sale. I went in just inquiring about upgrading. the sales rep asked if I was a first responder and I said no but I am a nurse. She said that I still qualified. so I traded in my husbands phone and upgraded mine. I was told that we would get $1000 for my husbands phone and a discount on our plan. In the end it was going to be about $30 cheaper each month with the upgrades. It was a no brainer so I did it. I get the bill and everything she said was a lie. Nurses don't qualify for any discounts. We are only getting $400 for our trade in and our plan isn't any cheaper. Instead of our plan going down our plan went up almost $40/month. Nobody is willing to accept accountability and make this right. I will be going over to Verizon where they do offer nurses a discount. read more
