The last manager Ashely completed messed up my plan and I was paying double the amount I was told. If I knew the outcome of updating my plan and getting an iPad for " free" but still paying off the iPad on my bill I would have never updated anything and would still have my old phones. Or came back some other time with this current manager who has helped me in the past. Unfortunately he wasn't there that time I updated my phones. Plus this T-Mobile location is better than the one on Stanley Blvd. I never got the name of the current manager. I appreciate Jenifer and the current store manager who helped me out today and was able to save me some money. I'm still paying a bit more what I was told but it's better than before. 4 stars because they did help me a lot to bring down my bill. Thank you again. :) read more

David is the guy to see when here! I went in to take advantage of my phone warranty since my baby nephew accidentally dropped my phone and cracked my screen protector. David was the one who helped me and he was attentive, friendly, and quick to look up my account, and install my new screen protector. - Manager is on a serious power trip!! - I very rarely leave reviews, and have never left a negative review however after my experience today I felt like I had to. I've been with T-Mobile for over 5 years now and I really do love it! I never have any problem with my service, I'm able to make payment plans easily, and it's always a fast and easy process to upgrade or add a line. I use to dread having to go into phone stores and having to tell the sales rep a hundred times what I want and don't want the promotion. At this location specifically I've always been met with good customer service and nice employees. I've never felt anxious coming in! With all that being said, today it was so hard and I was just waiting for it to be over. The current manager is absolutely SO RUDE!!! Not even to me or the other customers but I couldn't handle how he spoke to the employees there! One of the guys tried to tell him (nicely!!) that there was a correction to a calculation he had done and he responded with "don't correct my math" and "I'm the manager don't question me don't talk about things you don't know" over a simple math problem!! I couldn't believe it. He also tried telling the guy who was helping me to watch what he's doing because he knows how to do it better. It was so disgusting to watch. I believe the manger's name was Malakai. The gentleman that helped me was named Renee and he was very nice and accommodating. I feel so bad for all the employees there. I'm typically not a "you just lost a customer" type of person, but I seriously won't be going back there while that guy is still manager. So sad read more

BUYER BEWARE!! This store will scam you! Over Christmas time I took my mom here to get a new phone and to ask about the price on of our family phone plan. The staff here pushed us towards a new phone plan that added an additional line and two tablets. We told them we did not need the extra line nor did we want/need the tablets, but they said this was the only plan they were currently offering that would save us any money. They claimed to outline the cost savings on the paperwork but this was not true. We pushed back saying we did not need all the extra stuff, but we were assured by the staff it would bring our bill down to approx $150 (about $10 in savings). Instead, we have gotten increasingly higher bills each month. Currently we pay almost $200 a month with autopay (that my mom didn't even want to sign up for) meaning our phone bill is over $200 a month. WHERE IS THE COST SAVING? Because of their scam we are now paying almost $50 a month more on our bill for services we didn't even need or want, but we're told we had to take if we wanted to "save money". We have tried going back and calling multiple times to undo this, even offering to return the tablets. They, of course, cannot take the tablets back and everything quoted to us is a different number, and yet the bill still remains at $200. I rarely write reviews, but feel so angry and taken advantage of, I feel compelled to share this information so that maybe some other family can be spared the frustration and scam tactics of this location. They are an "authorized dealer" (meaning franchise) so even if you call Tmobile corporate they won't help you because they won't hold franchise stores accountable. Do not shop here and do not believe anything quoted to you here. They are liars looking to take advantage of you. read more

I have been receiving Text Messages from an Unknown person with Multiple others on the chain and I have sent a message back asking them to Stop Sending ! There are 17 people on this message link and everyone is trying to make the messages Stop ! I tried to explain my Problem and he just said "Just Delete It!!" Review of policy, not employees. 14 days ago we switched to T Mobile... Happy we did.... great service experience. My I Phone 7 Plus was notorious for battery issues. I had problems with my battery, and paid for a repair about a year ago. A replacement is $300. Last week it started acting up, not charging fully and loosing charge. I realized it was time to ditch my 7. I called T Mobile and sadly they said they can only honor a new phone promotion the day of the switch over. I was a little bit more than furious, but decided to call Customer Care. Super glad I did... and got in on a promotion... received a decent trade in on my 7, and a new X is on it's way. Came here today to trade in my phone. I paid off my phone and traded it in. We are supposed to get the $415 credit added to our phone line. I'm a bit worried because the woman helping us royally screwed us over. Instead of helping us backup our phones and reload our new phones from our old phones, she kept saying she doesn't know how to do it. Granted she was friendly but there was some serious knowledge lacking when helping us. It has taken my husband and I all day, researching online on how to figure this out...no wonder she said it would only take 30 min...because I guess she didn't really know what she was doing. The Pleasanton location seems much better and has more knowledgeable staff than Livermore...I would try going there instead. read more

Eager to help....Zoo. but had an appt @1300 and too many for us (9)+3 emp visible. Past10 for a small store went in to ck-in and went right back outside Jose did as with his customers. Waited 38m and we left. Too long x3 of a fam or group came out but the assoc who completed trans with them.didn't come out nor show a wait finger or BRB or anything 40min was too long with an appt. NEVER bothering with getting one if those again. Especially here. Forgot to mention went in x2 days.prior w/Jose super nice guy but Sat is a bad busy day here. Th was better no wait no appt. I had such a horrible experience at the store. I bought a phone two days ago and the call button didn't work. So I went inside the store to get another one because obviously that phone was defective. The guy said his software issue. And I told him use one of his dummy phone and use the call button it will work. Then he said is this your first iPhone ? As if I didn't know anything about iPhones. I told him I had iPhones all my life yes I know that the call button will work but this one doesn't there's no reason why there should be an icon there and you can't press the button. Then he asked for my number and told me what's the software update I can figure out what's going on and then give you a call. Absolutely not sir. Why would I wait for an update on a software when I just bought my phone two days ago. Everything should work if it doesn't then it should be exchange because obviously it's a defective phone. I can't express how upsetting this is when I've been with this company for over 10 years. If this is how they take care of the customer that's really sad. Smh! read more

I have been a sprint customer for at lease 15 years now and with the change to T-Mobile I went in to change my account over to a T-Mobile account and get new phones for myself & my two daughters. The person who helped us was Dave and he was great. He had the phones we were looking for and took our old iPhone 11's in as they were at the end of the lease. We got the promotion for free iPhone 13's and our bill is less than it was with Sprint. It took a bit of time to get all three phones set up and working, but I knew that going in as we have done this several times before with Sprint. Dave worked with us and explained all of the changes from Sprint to T-Mobile and made sure we had what we needed for the new phones. I would highly recommend this store and Dave did a great job of getting us started with the new phones. read more

Went to return a new phone I had less than the 2 week limit, and the Female manager, put her hands on her hips and said "that will be $75 restocking fee"...without even looling at the receipt I had provided. I said "that was more than I paid for the phone", and said it was **** crap, and she said "do I need to call the police"...I was dumbfounded that she would threaten me like that. I turned around an left the business. You can bet I will never "NEVER" go back to that business again! I then went to the other TMobile on Stanley Blvd and they were gracious and helpful and I only had to pay $18.50 for restocking. Obviously the manager at the Las Positas site does not know the policy on restocking to quote me an amount four times more than what I actually had to pay! Very rude and unwilling to help! Is this even a t-mobile store? I brought in a phone that I had purchased the day before that wasn't working properly and I ask for help. The employee looked at my phone and said "I don't want to do this, take your phone to another location" I was shocked and said asked him to repeat himself! He took my phone put it back in the box and just dropped in my bag. Got scammed in the other store at Livermore, went in this store early Jan to see if they get my credit back for the phone that I traded in, tim helped me promise he will look in to it. He end up calling corporate in front of me and help me filed a ticket, and emailed his manager at the same time he follow up with me by reaching out to me few days later to see if any one from corporate has reached out to me. Recommend passing by this particular livermore location and going to the one in Dublin. I came in (2/4/21 around 2:30 pm) with a phone under contract with another carrier, asking how to swap to T-Mobile and trade in the handset. Man behind the counter said I needed paperwork saying the handset was mine. I call my existing provider and get a transfer pin, confirm with them that such paperwork is not only not needed, but that they had no mechanism for providing it. Came back and this man kept shouting me down saying it's not possible, after which I went to Dublin a couple exits down and they completed the "impossible" task, including a trip into their vault for my preferred phone, in about an hour. read more

T mobile on a whole is a bad company when it comes to customer service. This location is the same as the rest. Have had them give new SIM cards reset my cellular service and many other fixes to my reception issues. They have been polite on a low levels of employment but there managers and CEO are terrible representatives for their company. Switched from Verizon. Had four phone activated-well, three of them. One phone ended up not being activated, instead they activated a phone for someone else on our account. All of the SIM cards on our phones were swapped among the phones such that it was a nightmare to figure out which out one was incorrectly configured. I also purchased screen protectors. I was doing great my payments were so low. I decided to add a 4th line in august because there was a trade in promotion. My son traded his iphone8 for $700. Until this day we haven't gotten the credit my bill is $100 dollars more and the manager at the store haven't gotten back to me. I call and all they say is how sorry they are but unfortunately they can't go by my statement? What!!???? Why don't we ask the girl who helped me!??? Wtf she did!? Where is my old phone !?? Nice! Finally I don't have to make the drive Stoneridge anymore. As I walked in I was greeted by 2 gentlemen, Q (who I believe was the manager) and the rep Suhrab. I needed to get a new iPhone 6 and Suhrab explained all my options to me and helped me feel comfortable with my decision. Q later came by and offered me a UE Boom speaker for zero down and said he could just add it on my bill in installments with no interest, heck yes I want that speaker! Can I just say this was by far the best experience I've ever had at a Phone store?? The guys here just know what they're doing, they don't pressure you and they really know their stuff. They paid my family plan cancellation fees and got me hooked up with 2 iPhone 6plus' with no money down. Highly recommend for anyone.
