I had to follow up with a phone csll to see if they had any intention of getting on the Zoom call. They apologized and blamed it on the fact they had gotten busy with kids, home from school, and either forgot about our Zoom call or had no idea it was scheduled. After explaining my problem they said they don't work on Windows machines. They said they'd reach out to one of their Windows techs and get back to me within the day. It's been three days and I've not heard back from them. No wonder they have to give their services away for free. I'd be pretty angry if I had actually paid them for this.
