I have had T-Mobile for 10 plus years & have visited this specific location in the past. Always walked out a happy customer until this last year or so. Not sure if it is management or lack of knowledge but the way they treat customers at this store is sad, the best I have gotten is: Here is the number you can call.... LOL what is the point of going to a store if they will just turn you away & have you figure things out on your own. Long story short GOOGLE was better help than any of the employees at this location. The staff are helpful, but beware, they are still sales people and you need to know what you want and what possible options are before you walk in the door because they will try to sell you more, as I am sure they are supposed to. However, when insisting on selling a new device when one was clearly not wanted nor needed, as the phones were brand new and we were switching from Verizon, it was somewhat off-putting. T-mobile is my carrier and so far I've loved the service - except when it gets busy. It's personable and the employees are willing to work with you! But maybe there's not a concrete system in place for high volume? Everyone just seemed so flustered. I got my blackberry from here. I love this phone. I am not a fan of the i phone. IDK i need a real phone to use something that i can make business phone calls on with checking my emails with out neat apps. So, the blackberry is really great. The service is fair. I can't put into words what a horrible experience I had with Sergio and Angie. THE WORST!!! After spending over 2 hours on the phone with both Apple and Tmobile it was determined that my phone was not working properly and a new phone would be shipped to this location. Once I got there they took my old phone and started inspecting it. (I was never told my phone would need to be inspected and there was a possibility I would not get a new, WORKING phone). Well Sergio flashed his little light in to my phone and said "where is your water indicator?" Apparently even though my phone can't take calls, can't record sound, and hasn't worked in weeks, because I was missing the "Water Indicator" my phone could not be replaced. I still have no idea what they were referring to, he walked away and wasn't man enough explain anything having Angie come over and do all the work for him and she was no help telling me that she could not access my account. She is a MANAGER!!! My biggest problem was the lack of help in solving this problem. It was not my fault that protocol wasn't followed via the tmobile rep i spoke to on the phone. I come here quite a bit because my rabbit always chews my phone chargers. The chargers are so expensive, and they sell the wall socket and car chargers separately. It was $30 for each. However, I am giving five stars for the service. Everyone is always very polite and greets my when I come in. The employees will approach me and offer assistance, which I appreciate. I am not a fan of T-Mobile, but that is the plan my family has so I am a customer. I like how the location is close to APU and citrus. It makes it convenient for me. read more

I had a Wal-Mart family t mobile account, and went to this store to ask if i could pay my bill there. They said yes, put a T-Mobile chip in my locked phone, charged me 65 dollars, and turned my phone into a doorstop. It's taken me a month of tech support, short 3 days, to reactivate my phone. Factory reset. All contacts, photos, data permanently lost. In the meanwhile i had to buy another phone and service. I'd like to think it wasn't malicious. That they didn't deliberately try to jump my service. But even if it wasn't, the manager and associates should know the answer to my initial question should have been NO. The manager is an arrogant little shite. His words, ver batim, were 'don't kill the messenger'. They tried to tell me how my cheap $150 dollar phone could die at will and took no responsibility. They offered to sell me a phone for 50 when they killed mine. The next day the same phone was 76 plus tax, per manager. On top of unuseable chip and service. If he wasn't trying to rip me off, he was doing a great impression. I'm currently an unintentional t mobile customer because i went to t mobile directly and they Factory reset my phone and gave me a free month to compensate for the unused month for which i paid. I was very disappointed with the service at T mobile of Glendora. The rep Diane was trying her best to appease me which was appreciated,but that was the only satisfactory part of my experience. I purchased the Samsung note 7 the day before the recall. 2 days later I went to return it. No notification was sent to me,and the rep told me it was the rep who sold me the phone who was responsible for notifying me, No one took responsibility,the manager hid in the back room, This phone put me and my family in danger and no one seemed to care or offer any compensation for my time and trouble. A simple text telling me the phone was defective and potentially dangerous seems the least T Mpbile could do. I guess the customers safety is not on T Nobles priority list. read more

Went to the store wanting to get an upgrade to Samsung S5. The sales associate served me was "Grayson". He said if I upgrade to S6, there is a promotion going on now which I get the wireless charging pad, screen protector, and phone case for free. Only need to pay the taxes. Sounds like a great deal, so I upgraded to S6. Told him I like to do a trade in. For some reason. My old phone was not able to turn on. Instead of helping me to see what is the problem. He said since my phone cannot be turn on. No trade in. Then he proceed to give me a business card to have it fix instead of helping me to see what is wrong with it. Few minutes later, I was able to turn on my old phone. The problem turned out to be low battery. Then he still refused to do a trade in by saying he had completed the sales transaction. He could make the adjustment and do the trade in but refused to do so. Also, told him I like to pay my phone in full now with my Discover card instead of installment plan. Was told I cannot do that now but had to wait after 14 days???. Strange policy Got home and read the fine print of the 8 pages contract document. Shockingly, to find out the 3 accessories are not free after all!. The installments for the phone will also include installments for the 3 accessories which he said were free. Took them back and asked for a refund. The gal "Amanda" that helped me was very nice. Be careful if you come in this store to purchase a phone or for phone upgrade. Don't let this guy trick you thinking you are getting free stuffs as " promotion deal" as he said. Ask lots of question and have the salesperson go over every paragraph of the contract document before you sign anything. read more

I came in hoping to switch my phone out that was check out in Washington DC and sent to this store closer to my home and because the employee Lupe Ocon said that my phone has a physical damage he didn;t want to deliver the new Iphone to me . Do these people have any knowledge to determine the magnitud of the damage , when the phone stop working because the battery turn bad and when this occur the battery expands and push the screen out of place . Now after a few days the battery expanded more showing a bigger gap between the screen and the frame . It looks that they are looking for any excuse to don't honor the warranty this poor employee name Lupe Ocon broke the glass protector that i had on my phone and he was not able to take the protector case and pretend to be an expert on quality control of the I phones , i feel very disappointed for this poor service don't do business with them they dont deserve it SINCERELY German read more

worst customer service ever! I went to exchange my phone on JUMP! when I was told I don't have it but it's on my contract. After waiting for a half hour just to talk whit someone who was completely useless. He lied to me and told me I wasn't eligible to change phones.I asked why if have Jump, he lied and said I couldn't because I cancelled my insurance. after calling in and speaking with tmobile on the phone, I was told I was eligible to switch. I was so annoyed after wasting my time I switched backed to sprint and today I received a bill for $573.00 for the remainder of the jump program that I was originally told I didn't qualify for. Very bad service Bought a phone here. When trying to do exchange within 14 days because the phone is broken they refused to do so. Told me to do a return and buy a new one same model instead just to get commission. Had to do the phone test but they saw the issues and still refused to and tell me to purchased a new one instead. Did that and now this phone is a brand new one but found out have speaker issues. And again trying to do exchange now asks again completely refuse to do exchange in store for me when this brand new phone they said not am original purchase. What a wrong choice to go here. Completely lying. A manager name Nicole even gave me a attitude look. I had to go there and they told me different thing and connect back with a corporate member. My son got a phone call and stepped outside, that"s when Maydel said to me, we have a special going on now, if you buy the x4 it comes with three free accessories. So I looked around and found a eco rox waterproof speaker, then she says that I only get one accessorie, cause there is a hundred dollar limit. So we get home and realize that the accessorie was added to our bill. So I call her up and she giggles and said I mean you don"t have to pay for it now. I told her free is free to me and I will be coming back in.So when I got there the manager said that this kind of thing has never happened before and right then I knew he was lying to me also!! This store has treated me rudely in the past, but I haven't been there in quite some time. I had an emergency issue with my cell phone that I needed to take care of so I reluctantly went in. I was greeted by a representative named CB, he said it stood for Charlie Brown. I let him know my issue was that my phone wasn't working correctly as the screen went out and I had a second phone to use but NO CONTACTS! AHH! luckily CB assured me he would do his best to help me. He tried connecting it to some machine but it wouldn't recognize my phone. He said some settings may not be correct so he took it over to one of their store phones and did something he called mirroring the phone to make the settings right. He then went and reconnected it and wallah it worked. I had went into another store that said they couldn't do anything without the screen working ... CB is a miracle worker and saved my life. Not only was he polite and patient with me, but he also was able to recover all my contacts, pictures and text messages. I definitely recommend seeing this guy as he is amazing. He is by far the only reason I would return to this store, if you ever see this THANK YOU CB!! read more
