Despite a queue of customers that ran four deep, she remained unflappable, calmly and steadily helping her customers til it was my turn. Monica efficiently dispatched my file migration project, expertly multi-tasking while occasionally peering over to confirm my files were still transmitting. In the past 21 years of using smart phones, I've dealt with T Mobile stores in Chino Hills and Diamond Bar. The staff and manager are very prompt and responsive and very attentive to all our inquiries. My husband gets impatient with things about completing transactions and anything that would take hours to complete. We inquired about getting a new phone and a tablet and Emily gave us all the answers we needed. She was patient and the store manager, Scott, was up front as soon as we walked in. I walked in just to ask them how to redeem an offer from the T-Mobile Tuesdays app, and it took like 15min for anyone to even acknowledge I was in the building. And once someone finally approached me, I asked them how to redeem the offer and all they said was "I don't know how to do that, we don't really redeem offers here in store". My usual T-Mobile store in Covina and San Dimas closed, and the Diamond Bar location had a change of ownership. I needed another location and found this Glendora store on Yelp. The store is located in a shopping center, easy to find and plenty of free parking. In my usual hectic and chaotic style, I had several transactions to complete! It was not a problem for Customer Service Rep, Jade! She remained calm and answered all my questions. I was able to get the new Samsung Galaxy Ultra 24+ model. After she transferred my data and contacts, I wanted a new tablet. My current one was only two years old, but clumsy me dropped it and cracked the screen. I will say that this Galaxy Tab A model kept on working for several months after I damaged it. Jade informed that I could get a FREE tablet by establishing a new line of service. I was going to purchase a new tablet anyway, so FREE was a good option. I was satisfied with the service and quality of the products. Some visits are decent, but some aren't great. I've come here and was told it would be a 15 minute wait, and then they'd help others who walked in after me. Not sure if there's some sort of appointment walk in service. If there is and they were helping those with appointments, then I shouldn't give a low score based on this. However, one employee told me that aluminum is more durable than titanium. It didn't sound right to me, and titanium is obviously a better material. I still bought the watch, but employees need to know the difference in materials that they're selling, and be honest. However, they are very friendly when I come in and have answered most questions correctly. Just be aware and do your own research when you have questions to be sure! read more

Although he appeared to be sitting with another customer, he kindly attended to my dad, fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes, and returned to the other customer. Walked in & only 1 other customer was there being helped & multiple workers standing around or coming out the back. Was greeted "hi" with their heads down. Stood there for 7 minutes with no one saying anything else. Another customer walked in & same thing. She asked me what was going on & I told her I have no idea. They just said hi with their heads down & never said anything. When she spoke up they said "we said hi" & I told them they didn't even say they'd be right with us or nothing. The worker kept speaking over me & said "I'm giving you the same energy you gave me". She treated me like I was disturbing her by walking into the store. I asked to speak with the manager. She went to the back & came back out saying "he should be out in about 15 minutes" the manager wouldn't even come out to speak with me right away is crazy. I would give zero stars if I could, I come in to work on the new business select account I opened for my businesses, I am told by the associate that he can't help me because I'm not on the account. When only a few days ago I was assisted by a different location with no problem. So went to the Grand location and magically they were able to help me. The employees told me that if i waited a few days they would drop the price of the i phone 15 so i could get that. he said if i didn't pick up the i phone 14s my order would cancel. Prior to coming here, we went to another T-Mobile in West Co where they gave us false information that we had to call into corporate and figure out our plan situation before going in. With that information we did it, but made it harder for us. Fortunately Andy and Tony were able to make the transition of our numbers easy and we walked out with new phones on our own service. Got a new phone for free $65mo on senior plan. Jackie the manager helped me, she was fantastic. They get busy but when you come in they greet you and put your name down. Nice store, nice workers, pleasant and take time with you. I called and made an appt first so I was helped right away. I am tech dumb so Jackie really went over and above. T-Mobile and Samsung are the worst combination for cellular service in the United States. Unable to understand any conversation between their representatives and the customer. We have been here countless times to purchase new phones, plans, and accessories - and the entire staff never ceases to provide patient, informative, and quick service. Mason in particular has helped my family and I through many transactions with superb competence and honesty. The team makes it so easy to come back without rolling your eyes about having to go to T-Mobile to get your phone fixed when you have a million other things to do. If you are switching over to T-Mobile I reccommend getting your start with this specific location. First and foremost, been with a competing company for almost 20 years, and the service/coverage around Azusa/Glendora was TERRIBLE. T-Mobile instantly saved me and my family money, and the service was better RIGHT AWAY. Speaking specifically about this store, it's beautiful, and the employees couldn't be kinder or harder working. Very specifically Anthony K. helped me port over my phone numbers from the previous/competing wireless provider, did it quickly and with ease, and took extra time to make sure I understood all the benefits my new T-Mobile plan. If there is ZERO selection, this is what this wireless phone company gets!!! My husband has advance dementia and unable to use his cell phone anymore. I went to T-Mobile store where he opened his account many years ago to cancel the account. I was told that the client himself had to be present. So, we went back with my husband who has no more understanding of what's going on. We were given a phone number and we were informed cancellation of an account is mot one of the services they perform. Like a good customer, we went home and made the phone call to 1-800-937-8997. Spoke to Gav who wanted my husband to get on the phone! I explained to her that he has DEMENTIA and unable to remember anything. She said she needed a power of attorney to cancel the account because I am not in his account. (Thank Heavens, I'm not!) Their service sucks!!! A power of attorney? Seriously! DO NOT USE T-MOBILE!!!
