On may 12th 2022, I went to the T. Mobile on grand ave in glendora to buy my first smart phone. My sales reps name was Jessica ,she was the kindest and most caring And most helpful person that has ever helped me anywhere ! She helped find me the best phone for my needs and helped set it up for me and answered all my questions . now days it is very hard to find a person that is willing to go above and beyond to help someone ! Another dissatisfied customer. I've been with T-Mobile 11 years and all I wanted to do was get a new phone. I bought a new phone from this store 17 or 18 days ago. I noticed after trying it for the last couple of weeks that the speaker volume was very low compared to games and music apps. It is to the point where I can't even use it hands-free in the car on Bluetooth or speakerphone. I bring this up to the store today and all they tell me is that I'm passed the 14 day return period. They could order a new one and receive it in a week or so but there is no guarantee that the new phone will fix the problem or not. If it does not, I can return my phone with a restocking fee of $50 to upgrade to another phone. So tell me, if you have a problem with your phone good luck trying to return to this place. They will deny something is wrong and then it's just on you to turn in a phone that you don't want. Next up I will call 611 to see if they can help me out and what they can do but this place, forget about it. read more

This store and the employees are horrible. I have been paying for a line for 2 years that was never used. Apparently, I signed up for it using a promotion. Due to not ever receiving a paper bill because they promote it, i never knew. They were no help and won't give me the money back on paying for a line that has never been used. I'm sure T-Mobile can afford it. They pray that people don't understand or forget to cancel and then they make money for nothing. read more

I called on Tuesday and they actually answered the phone unlike other stores. I called to ask if they had the pick capes. Anyway, I walked in and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I told the the girl I was there for my cape. So easy, with no hassle. read more

I would like to give a shot out to a young and kind man named Mason Mcgee. I will give you a brief summary with my husband's experience from this Young Man. My huband went in this evening around 8:50PM. I know what all of you are thinking LOL.... The first employee asked my husband could he help him, my husband started to explain his situation with his phone suddenly the closing manager starts his BLAH... BLAH... script. Really.... Suddenly, a kind young man stepped in name is Mason Mcgee, with his passion to help he took this sistuation and fixed the phone which took a lot of time... Mason was pleaseant, patient, and a resolution person. I walked in interested in switching to T Mobile. I was not greeted or asked if I needed any help. There was no clear way to even ask for help. I looked at some phones and waited 5 mins to see if anyone would try to help me out, no one did. So we were there to switch. Got to the store at 9:55 and they open at 10. We hang out for a few and see people inside getting the store together. Fine but by the time it hit ten after ten we're getting a little antsy. I see one person go and open one set of doors we walk to those and as we are walking she locks those doors again. We go back by the second set and still locked. It's well after ten by this point so we give up, drive five minutes to the store over off Arrow and within half an hour we are off of ATT and happy. The folks at this store gave us a shit-tastic first view of TMobile but second store redeemed that and more. Places like this rely on their employees to maintain a positive view of the company. The ones at this store failed miserably and should be informed that six people (two of us and four other customers) driving off when trying to do business in their store is NOT the way to generate more business. read more

My husband and I were looking to switch over to T-mobile and walked in the store, we had waited and sat down for over 30 min and not one person greeted us, asked what we needed, or told us how long our wait would be. after realizing we did t seem to be wanted there we headed towards the wrong door and the only thing a worker decided to say was "wrong door" so rude. I took my friend to get her phone upgraded here before and we were helped by a guy named Jake. He was really helpful and nice and gave us a great deal so be sure to ask for him. He deserves it. He actually told us that if you bring in an ad, then he had do a competition price match. This morning I arrived around 9:40 am. I'm aware opening is at 10am. 2 workers was outside waiting for the manager which made 3 workers clocking in. Myself and 3 other customers were waiting at the door before opening. 2 employees start helping the first 2 customers. While 1 employee walks out the front door. I'm waiting for about 30 minutes (to pay a bill) for the first customers to finish up. Now I'm wondering where is the other employee so I can get out of here. Waiting on these to indecisive customers to complete their transaction. Here comes the other employee (that walked out earlier) with Starbucks for the crew. I'm like OOOOK. If there is waiting customers, get them out the way before your recreational needs(if it's necessary). Its called CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even the couple before me was getting irritated. Came in here to upgrade my phone in person, rather than thru T-Mobile.com. Called and spoke with Mason before I came to make sure they had the phone that I wanted. Showed up and he greeted me with a friendly smile. He was professional and patient with all of my questions. Upgraded my phone and he made sure all of my contacts, apps and photos made it safely to my new phone. It took longer than expected due to a technical issue that was out of his control and he never once lost his cool. Very professional and knowledgeable about products, pricing and plan options. I have been to the Glendora, Ca location a few times just for questions and just to check out the phones. Well today 5/30/20 my moms phone gave put on her got her, so after work I went to the T-Mobile store knew which phone I wa m.j ted to get Jimmy helped me out with everything. He is nice professional easy going no pressure to buy anything. He also was able to get enough juice on the old phone just enough to transfer what need to be transferred before the phone went out again. Thank Jimmy AWESOME JOB. read more
