Tech: 5 stars Supplies: Zero stars…read moreAppointment setting and billing: 2 stars I tried working with them, but the response time and repairs have not been the greatest. Our prior property management company hired them to hook up our cameras, so it made sense to work with them again. They already knew their work. After a couple of times reaching out, someone reached back within about 24-48 hours and a tech came out. Very nice guy. Efficient. Professional. Willing to explain but I tried to stay out of his way. I like him! The problem is the camera he brought with him didn't work. He ended up with a lemon, so he had to order another one, which would take longer to fix. And four of our cameras went out due to a short, but he was able to fix that issue. When he came back with a "new" camera, that one wouldn't work either. I was extremely concerned with their suppliers by that point. But the tech, being the professional troubleshooter that he is, just took the new wiring from the new camera and put it on our old camera. Voila! It was just the wires that had some kind of water damage on them, but our old camera worked. However, they tried to bill us for their time setting up the broken camera, and I refused. It is not our fault that they got two broken cameras. They did agree to waive the labor on that one after I pointed out that it was not our fault that their suppliers messed up. But ever since then, including trying to get a new camera hooked up, it's been touch-and-go with trying to get them to install another camera or even get an appointment. We just get the general response that it's 2-3 weeks, SUPER VAGUE responses about the actual cameras they installed (I assume for repeat business because if they told us the exact camera, we could hire someone else) but oddly seem indifferent about being rehired. We ended up hiring another company to help us figure out which camera to order, ordered it ourselves and will have them install an additional one. While I like the tech and think he's efficient, the supplies and appointments have left much to be desired.

However some things to note:…read more-The internet can be knocked out during bad weather (snow storms, thunderstorms, etc) since it is delivered wirelessly to the building (at least in my building's case). -Reliability when weather isn't a factor is incredibly high in my experience compared to other ISPs. -Speed is awesome. My building is supported for 100mbps, but I usually get around 200-300mbps download speeds, and at least 200mbps upload speed at all times. Sometimes my upload or download will peak around 500mbps. -Their support staff really knows their stuff. It's not like calling another ISP's support where you get tier1 support who asks you do to the basic troubleshooting. The support staff you get when you first call is likely the person who will truly be able to fix your issue. I work in IT, and absolutely appreciate this. THAT SAID, their hold times when calling for support are usually pretty terrible. I've been on hold before (including last night) for 1+ hours and then the call gets disconnected for whatever reason. Their email/online support is pretty lackluster. No way of updating or creating tickets online short of emailing them. In my current case, I've emailed them in response to a ticket and they seem to ignore the email altogether. I'm now trying to call them to get the issue resolved. Overall, I'd give them an A- as a grade. If they could up their support, it'd be the best ISP out there.
