I was waiting on a computer for my car and had it immobile in my garage. This review is long overdue. I'm giving this shop a 3 star review because of the very welcoming staff (Art/Art's mom) but not careful detailing job. I originally met with Art's mom to discuss a quote for a detailing job I was in the market for (interior/exterior). Art was not in the shop that day but she made sure I was taken care of on the spot and provided an initial estimate/booking. Very sweet lady and great for the business! Fast forward to the booking and my first time meeting Art. Very specific on his craft and really takes the time to go into detail around what to expect for each job and doesn't push you to get the more expensive job done for the sake of profit. I went with an interior detailing with addition of System X to protect the interior, instead of both interior/exterior detailing. Customer service would definitely be 5 stars. However, the reason for the 3 stars is for the actual work that was done to my interior. Art did a great job of accommodating my busy schedule which included a couple reschedules. When I finally dropped my car off, I was asked to come by the next day early afternoon. I received a call from Art at around the time of pickup to come by later at night instead since he had to take care of another customer with a "more expensive" job. Okay that's fine, I agreed and he accommodated for the delay with a minor discount. Fast forward to the day after I picked up the vehicle I noticed some awful looking blemishes throughout the car (see pictures). I didn't know what to think of it so I called Art and scheduled a time to bring it back in to inspect. After review, he realized that the interior detailing was not done correctly before applying the System X protectant which is why the leather was showing up like this. Not sure if he did the job or someone else in his shop did but these big spots were all over the car...I had to reschedule another appointment to get the job done correctly. The process took about a month of back and forth (from initial quote, initial detail, re-inspection of issue, and re-detailing). Personally I didn't think it would be this difficult to do an interior detailing job especially for a newer car like mine (2016 Lexus IS). The interior was already well maintained and probably only needed a touch up before applying the protectant spray. Overall, aside from the hassle of having to deal with bringing my car back in multiple time for a rather simple interior detailing, I appreciate the customer service and honesty when it came to pricing. I got the job done around the April timeframe but shortly after I did notice smaller areas around my interior that still had those annoying blemishes. I didn't want to waste more time bringing the car in again so I left it at that. read more

Art did a great job upgrading my boat stereo. He gave me options that could save money and let me decide. They ended up adding two amps, two sub-woofers and two more speakers. He and Mike were very professional handling the install, clean up and timing. Art had to return to adjust the placement of the Sirius antenna to my liking, but otherwise the outcome was flawless. I was working with another company that was supposed to install some security camera's and motion sensor porch lights for me. However, after I bought all the equipment, they didn't show for the appointment and said they could not get to it for a couple weeks. So I started searching for someone to help me and Art not only replied promptly but was able to come out that very week to do the installation. Art was straight forward with the costs which were much more reasonable than I expected given that it was such short notice. However, even though there was a faster and cheaper way to get it done, Art pointed out that running the cables through metal conduit was the cleaner way to do it because it made it so no one would be able to cut the cables. The main issue with this for him and his crew (Gustavo and Kyle) is that it was 18 degrees outside that day. So they were outside climbing on COLD metal ladders and running cables through COLD metal conduit all day to get the job done. The porch lights and cameras were hooked up perfectly and work great now! I would recommend Art and his company for ANY wiring job you might have!. If I ever want to have more camera's added or other major wiring jobs done, I'll definitely be reaching out to Art (but I think I'll wait until the summer next time. LOL) read more

One of my ceiling mounted speakers was not working, so I gave Art's Wired a call. He came by the next day, figured out the issues, fixed the speakers and cleaned up all of my cables so that everything looked clean and professional. It was a difficult issue to diagnose because whoever originally installed the speaker wire used Cat5 cables in a few places where they should have used speaker wire - builder/sub-contractor probably ran out of cabling and figured no one would notice. He was able to fish the wires out from the ceiling / wall, splice in the right cable and now my sound is perfect. Very professional, great value for the money. Would highly recommend him and will definitely will use him in the future for any other audio/video/security camera needs. read more

I recently went here to get my mom a new sound system for her car. I was an idiot and didn't ask if there was a way I could hear the expensive speakers before they were installed, but they never once offered. I could have gotten all four speakers and a stereo for $200 at ABC warehouse in Michigan, instead of the crap they gave us here for $350. Her original car speakers were far better sounding. I got fast, excellent service, however. I just wish I hadn't been ripped off by the mediocre sounding product. read more

I recently used one of Art's other services, A+ Auto detail and couldn't be happier. My car looks as good as it did the day I got it! Although my car is black, there are hints of sapphire blue specs in the paint which have long gone unnoticed until the detail I got from Art. He was also able to remove all of the swirl marks left from the detail of a previously used business and even more, marks from a sideswipe incident. I called around 4 to 5 places to have a new stereo system put on my boat, and as soon as I mention that it was a boat, it seemed that the price doubled. That wasn't the case with Wired Electronics. I needed a Bluetooth radio, Sirius, two amplifiers, two subwoofers, and six speakers. I spoke with the owner, Art, directly. He asked me what I wanted, he gave me a lot of great ideas to give me the most bang for my buck. Art's is truly amazing! I got my boat for the spring and the rear speakers were not working. I was in a real crunch as it's Thursday and I am having a boat party on Saturday. He came out that day, he diagnosed the problem and could not stay to install a new receiver and amp. He called a fellow installer, sent me to the store to get the parts. they worked until 930 pm to get my system running. as it turned out the receiver was bad, and he came back the next day to install a new one, plus he made a custom faceplate. he saved my butt for Saturday's party. he should be your 1st and only choice for marine electronics. read more
