I met for my first time Michael Gable who is a very young and super smart T-Mobile employee. My phone had started to have strange commercials and people's voices appearing on my phone without me touching for anything. Michael was so good as he used a lot of his time to work through my phone and eliminated some apps on my phone. He also made my phone start working a lot better. I was a teacher for 35 years and when I see a very nice and very smart employee as young as Michael is, it really makes me feel good. I usually read that T-Mobile is a horrible company and I agree to that at other locations I'm sure. This is my personal experience at this store front. Today was a long day at this location but all my issues were taken care of. The thing was I went to this location for the first time to to see for myself because if you call 611 customer care and you try to figure it out yourself, you will get very frustrated. So I decided to go to this store front and call customer care from there. That way I can be assisted from both side. It seems like the store front and customer care are like two different companies. So anyway, I met Tina and Mike who were the reps in the store. They were so awesome. Tina was the quarterback and Mike was the reciever. The service was excellent. They were so patient and understanding and took their time helping me with my several issues. The place was busy but they were still attentive to me. They really knew their sh*t. Another person I want to appreciate was Carmen from customer care..she was the operator on the phone. Even though they don't know each other, they worked so well together tag teaming me with great service in a good way lol. If you are a veteran, you can get a discount on your phone plan! As soon as we arrived, came in , was greeted by Michael G. He asked what can he help us with or what are we looking for today. We wanted to check out there new internet deal. Since our service at Spectrum was raising our service rate, even though long time customers , that they can't help since no more discount deals at this time & what we have is the best deal . We really needed to find a lower deal or better deal then what we have from Spectrum. Michael G took his time and gave us his recommendation, or suggestions, shows other options and shown there different items . Since both of my son's was with me, I let them decide which way to go or best for our family. Michael G assisted both of them, till all the way fully connected and completed all the transaction and process what needed to be processed. Fingers crossed since we won't have Michael G helping us at home to connect device. Hope it works better than Spectrum. Michael G informed us if any problem, we can always come back and if his there will help us. If not he said any of his colleagues willing to help. HE SOOO AMAZING! He even reminded me off my son who passed away last year who's good with technology. Again, Excellent Customer Service ur more than a 5 STARS! TLDR; Employee falsely claimed it's not possible to trade in a phone in-person for an online order. Went to another store and finished my trade-in. Edit: This employees name was Mike. He also complained about another customer he had ignored that was before me to his friend that was visiting while on the clock. I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max and chose to trade in my current phone. Initially I chose to ship it back with the label and packaging they would send with the phone, but after researching, I didn't want to ship my phone as I know the dangers of shipping something so fragile and valuable, that often arrives damaged or goes missing. So after making sure with the T-Mobile website and an online T-Mobile representative that turning your phone into any store is accepted after ordering a new phone and initiating a trade in, I visited this store to try and finish my trade-in. I met with one of the employees and they try to tell me that I actually can't trade in my phone to a store since I started my transaction online because they already created the shipping label and it would cause trouble in their system. He proceeded to show me his iPad blocking him from continuing the trade-in. Obviously, I would've accepted his explanation and his proof if he wasn't so condescending as he tried to tell me, "it's not possible" . I asked if it was because they are a 'Authorized Retailer' and NOT a corporate store, but he continued his passive-aggressive, "NO store will not accept it". I contacted 611 to ask if what he said was right, as sometimes corporate websites aren't always updated with their policies, but the T-Mobile representative then told me that actually ANY T-Mobile store will accept a trade-in, and that most likely the system wasn't allowing him as most times the store needs to have the phone in stock in order to continue the trade-in. After learning this, I decided to wait and visit another T-Mobile location as this employee clearly did not want to try and help me. Of course, I went to another authorized retailer and they easily took my phone, leaving me stress-free about shipping my phone. I would not have been as upset if the employee wasn't so dismissive and patronizing during my visit. I'm unsure if this employee was simply uninformed about the trade-in policy or he didn't want to take liability of shipping my phone, as apparently non-corporate locations assume responsibility for shipping the phone for a customer. Either way, I wish the employee would've been more accommodating in trying to figure out how I could trade in my phone the way I wanted to, instead of trying to claim it wasn't possible and that I had to ship it myself. read more

My husband came in and set up our home wifi with the store manager Luis. He helped him set up everything through the app and told him that he was enrolled in auto pay, fast forward to a month later and we find out that the auto pay was not set up, and we were not being charged the price we were quoted upon. Came into the store and was told that he would be in at 10 am today. (Apparently he is the only one to fix our late fees and adjust the price) No surprise that he was not in and wouldn't be until after 3pm. When asked for the corporate number, was given an out of service number. Luckily I called someone at the Yucaipa t mobile and he was able to connect us with customer support and everything was resolved. I honestly would think twice before dealing with this location. When I spoke to the sales representative she stated they had the phone I wanted in stock, but I wouldn't be able to purchase and take home that day unless I purchased an accessory. Very Poor customer service by edgar or eddie i forget his name but i am trying to switch carriers to verizon since they provide better customer service and options for my phone. I need information from tmoblie to do this transfer and eddie or edgar whatever his name is told me not to come back in their store because im making them lose money coming in and out some many times. Dez was very nice & helpful. We had initially paid off & traded in a phone for the new iPhone but customer service never emailed the return label. We called 611, and they wanted us to return the new iPhone, start the whole process again, and a bunch of other directions! it's was a whole mix up. We came in today 9/26/23 around 4:30 and she was able to take the trade in, refund part of that and the rest she was able to credit it to our account. Decided to come switch my carrier to T-Mobile. Place clean and organized. Came in on a good promotion got a free tablet with my purchase (didn't have it in stock). Only thing is that I received my SIM card at the location for my tablet come to find out that it deactivated. When I received my tablet in the mail the SIM card that was in the box was activated one.
