When I called after I got the bank statements the customer representative said because it was because they did not remove the debit card. They did not reimburse them and said that they would remove the debit card as if that made it okay. I don't trust this company or how they treat the elder the service is not good, the over gauging is terrible, and they take advantage of older people. Don't use them.
