Worth reading for people who goes to this store......Horrible store!! T- Mobile should Audit this store seriously! Representatives are providing fraudulent information. I came here to purchase 2 apple watch and they don't have the style I want. So I asked the representative ( Rosario ) if I purchase my Apple watch directly from apple store at Victoria Gardens, can I still use T-mobile for my service since all my cellphone carriers is T-mobile, her response was NO, you have to purchase the Apple watch here with us to be able to get our services ( FRAUD # 1 ). So I decided to call another t-mobile store and Apple and they both said that T-mobile is giving you wrong information. So I came back to tell them what I found out from apple and the other store and asked again to see if they have another style but they said they don't have it either. The rep ( Rosario ) said if that is what apple and the other T-mobile store told you then I'll get you a SIM card and open up 2 lines for your apple watch so she charged me for the activation fees. I asked the question, does apple watch have SIM card? the rep said, the non-Nike apple watch have physical SIM ( FRAUD #2 ), and apple store just have to " swap" the SIM at their store ( FRAUD # 3 ) So I ended up purchasing the watch to apple and the rep at the apple store walked me through the activation process, I told apple that T-mobile gave me a SIM so they can swap and apple said, the SIM cards are internal regardless if its nike or not, we just have to log on to our T-mobile account and we can sync our apple watch with our lines. there was no option to pick the 2 numbers T-mobile just activated. When I got home, I found out I had 4 lines newly opened so I went to this store to get the 2 SIM cards they provided get deactivated and asked them for a full refund. I spoke with the store manager ( George L. ) and he was trying to pin the mistake on me that is why he said he cannot give me my refund. I explained everything to him but he said that he will refund me half since the mistakes were from both sides, so I asked him if he can clarify what is the mistake on my part and his response was " I am not required to answer that question ". Honestly, I don't care if I get my refund or not but I want the people to know what type of business store is this place. Your main purpose when you go to retail stores is to get accurate and correct information for their services, if you need to search the internet for their products and services yourself to get a more accurate information, then why bother going there? The bigger concern here are the people who isn't tech savvy enough will fall in these store's trap and when you go back and told them the issue, they will pin the blame to their customers. The store manager doesn't want to give his full name, he said his name tag only shows his initials that is why he will not give me his full last name ( is this the type of response you will get from a T-mobile store managers? ), as a highest ranking employee in your store, he should be confident that all his responses and provided information are facts, so why not give your full last name? I have documented every responses per my conversation with the store manager and the reps. I'm in the telecom business for 20 yrs and this not how we deal with our clients and customers, . I am going to have my lawyer take a look at it and have him write a formal letter to the corporate level. I'm not about the money here, that's guaranteed!!!, I'm about the services this store have for their customers ,especially the people that they can talk out of something that is fraudulent so they can sell their services. read more
