I've had an extremely frustrating experience with this T-Mobile store. After purchasing two new iPhones in January, my mom dropped off her trade-in phone directly to a store representative. Unfortunately, the employee failed to follow proper protocol by not checking in the phone or adding any notes to the account confirming it was received. Later, I started getting notifications claiming the phone had never been turned in, which created months of problems and stress. I've spent countless hours speaking with representatives trying to get the trade-in credit I was originally promised. Then, after all this time, they suddenly claimed they "found" the phone but said it had "screen damage" and refused to honor the credit. If the store representative had done their job correctly in the first place, the condition of the phone would have been documented at drop-off. There was absolutely no damage. Instead, their negligence has left me paying more every month while fighting to fix an issue that was caused entirely by the store. I will continue appealing this because customers should not be treated this way. Extremely disappointing customer service and lack of accountability. read more

I went in to the store towards the end of June and I was treated with much disrespect. the employee by the name of Hugo was extremely lazy and refused to help me with my issue and wouldn't give me a phone number to get someone to help me. He responded with rude comments when I asked him why he couldn't just give me a phone number to help me get my issues resolved. the manager didn't do much to help either. overall a horrible experience and I don't recommend using this store for anything. read more

The store looks well setup when you walk in but after a second or two it smells like a 1960's bar. The smell of cigarettes is absolutely overpowering and if you don't smoke it will make you gag. I can't speak for their t-mobile service as I have sprint. Nobody there knew how to work sprint and directed my to customer care. If I could give negative stars I totally will! Not only did they cheat my father, stealing his money, but the manager, MIGUEL MONTOYA, was totally rude! And really upset my father. My father went in to buy simple air pods or whatever they are called. And trusting these people he pays and walks out and comes home. When he arrives he decides to open them to charge them and what does he discover?! That although the damn thing is "sealed" the package is empty!!!!!!! Who pays $189 for an empty damn box?! So my dad, already upset goes back and explains to the manager what the situation is. He mockingly hints that maybe my father is the one who kept the pods and went back to get another pair. How ridiculous. My dad came to me VERY UPSET saying this damn manager, Miguel, laughed at his face. No matter who is at fault, the apple people or this damn T-Mobile store it was totally unprofessional and rude for them to not even hear him out, nor HELP him. They lack customer service and the manager should not even have this position. If thats the face of the company then this is a horrible store and company! When I tried to call to speak to them, all he says is ok hold on I have people here and kept hanging up multiple times. My father is a customer to this company!!! This is the second time I purchased a phone at this location. The first time was a couple of years ago and I don't remember the names of the people that helped me. This time it was Jaycee. I had the BEST experience in the T-Mobile store in Fallbrook, CA. I was having some serious issues getting my phone and Apple watch set up when I switched carriers to T-Mobile. Nothing was working. I spent 2 hours on the phone with technical "experts" who were able to accomplish absolutely NOTHING. I went into the store loaded for bear -- in tears of frustration. Jamie calmed me down with her quiet competence and patiently and capably solved every one of my multiple issues. She is a rock star! I also loved the way that all of the staff (Hunter on this visit) work together as a team to solve the customer's problems. I was ready to run screaming from T-Mobile, but they (and especially Jamie) saved the day!! read more

I actually had a really good experience here. It probably helps that I came in first thing in the morning and was their first customer of the day. I needed a new phone, new number, and new tablet and had been dreading this visit. The customer service ended up being great, and while it did still take a long time because that what cell phone stores do, they took the time to show me how to use features on my phone and make sure all of my questions were answered. Everytime we come here it's a bad experience. We stopped coming to this store although we live in fallbrook. Anytime we go in they can't never help us and all our request are impossible including adding lines or purchasing phones at full price. We end up traveling to the Vista location were they can help us. read more

I just bought a new Apple 11From the store in Fallbrook. I was waitied on when I bought the phone by a young man by the name of Brandon. He guided me through all the necessary ways to use my phone. I was very confident I knew what I was doing until I got home boy was I wrong so I went back this morning for help. Brandon was there again. He was so kind and patient wiith me as due to my adVanced age I gad a couple of whoopses. He spent to ime and care wiith me. He not only loaded my difficult apps buut also noticing my Apple Watch asked if he could help me Paavo it. Wow I am so impressed with his skill but also with hemis kindness and care in helping to finally make a call.
