I had a broken camera lens and this was the only place near me that offered repairs. I went to check them out and they were super helpful and kind in assessing what I needed to do. The diagnostic was free, and I had no worry of leaving my camera while they did their work. After they had diagnosed the problem, they called back and told me what was wrong + how much it would be. The prices are fair, but unfortunately I wasn't in a position to pay that much at the moment since I'm a high schooler trying to save up for more important things. They were very understanding and had no problem with me not accepting. Picking it up was no problem, very quick and easy, and best part- the diagnostic actually resolved the issue! So, I had a problem with my laptop and it was a motherboard issue judging by the blink code that it was giving me. I called HP customer service beforehand, but because my warranty was up, they were going to CHARGE me for phone services. I was shocked, really, and so figured I'd go into a repair shop instead just to see if I should buy a new one or fix the problem. I called Computer Teks, and talked to Lalo on the phone. He was incredibly helpful, offering to look up the part for the laptop, then suggesting to buy a new one (as the computer was pretty cheap and the fix would be harder to find/expensive)-- and he did this consultation for free!
