I initially visited the shop yesterday, November 25th, to have a matte screen protector (which I had purchased separately from Amazon) installed on my work phone, an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Juan did an absolutely phenomenal job. The installation was flawless, prompting me to immediately mention that I would be back soon with more devices. True to my word, I returned today, November 26th, with my personal iPhone 17 and my mother's iPhone 14 for the same screen protector installation. The consistent quality of service was immediately apparent. Although Juan was not present, his son was working the counter and provided truly excellent service, maintaining a great professional and friendly conversation throughout the process. I finally decided to replace the screen protector on my IPhone. I was hoping that the glass itself wasn't damaged. Juan carefully removed the protector and confirmed that the glass was fine. He was able to replace the screen protector within minutes! He was very friendly and help. The store carries quite a few accessories. I will definitely return here if needed. All I can say is Juan is UH-MAZING! If you need a new phone screen, battery, phone case or anything else... come here! I myself am a very clumsy person who drops their phone a lot. This is my third LCD screen on this phone. I previously went to B Tech in town to have the first two screens replaced there and did not like their service or product. Their screens were cheap and the quality was not there... the first one was very grainy with graphics... the second one there was no color and my digitizer wouldn't work properly most of the time. This is the first yelp review I have ever made! That's how great my experience was! I needed to fix my sons iPad, that he had cracked on just the bottom half of the screen, but as time went by the whole screen started to crack more. I looked through yelp for places to take it too and I wanted to stay local. I read the reviews and I decided to write a message and I got a response from Juan the owner, he was super polite and answered all my questions. He told me he would order the part I needed and I would be able to come by when it arrived. When I arrived Juan greeted me, I told him I had messaged him and he remembered me by my first name, which nowadays most businesses don't take the time to learn. He let me know it would just take a couple hours to fix and he would call me when it was ready. When I came to pick up the iPad it looked good as new! I seriously wish I took a before photo because the iPad was unrecognizable. Oh yeah and the price was unbelievable super affordable! Please take the time to support his small business. Above and beyond service is here! I brought in a new Samsung J7, that hubby drowned in a swimming pool, and another older Samsung that needed a new charging port. Sprint had said they couldn't repair the phones; not on insurance and they are too old. Soft sale. Juan knows his business, and he's quite clever. I can tell that his mind is always looking for other problems to solve. The J7 couldn't be repaired. Juan sent me the pics of the damage, so I can post the phone for sale (as damaged) on eBay.
