Helpful to a point I bought a new phone, it took over an hour, I had to come in next day and THAT took over an hour Came back in couple more times, to troubleshoot connection issues. First time, guy told me to use Hotspot, that enabled me to locate all my WiFi choices but it was "disconnected" I came in case the next day "how do I connect to THIS WiFi?" I came in to get a wireless charger for my phone, but it wound up not working at all. Case on, case off, my phone, my wife's phone (both iPhone 16s, mine a Pro, wife's a Pro Max); just plain didn't work at all. Just a total dud. It was a Verizon-branded unit, if that makes any difference. So I bring it back to get it returned, since the receipt stated it was allowed under their 30-day return policy. I spoke with the same person I'd gotten it from (Chris) and he flat-out tells me "We don't take returns." Like it had been drilled into him or something. I push back, pointing to the receipt, and he says "Yeah, we don't do that here." Only when the manager (or someone I assume is the manager) comes back and hears what's going on, does the manager step in and affirm that yes, they do take returns, just not on screen protectors. Which makes sense, since those are one-use items that you can't peel off of a phone and restock. So I get my money back and leave, but no one really acknowledges or apologizes for the mistake, or the crappy product, or try to fix my issue and see if I want something else. Long way of saying... poor service, poor products, poor management, and clearly, poor training of the sales staff. I like Verizon as a brand, but this store could really use some help. read more

Tuesday I came in to this location to ask how I would return my trade in watch once my upgrade arrived. I was told that it should come with a label to return it but if not I can bring it back to the Verizon store once I have the new one. Today I came into the exact same store and the 4 employees couldn't be bothered to look up from their phones. Once one finally did they told me that I had to drive another 40 minutes to a different store to return it despite the same store's employee telling me days earlier to come back here. They then immediately went back to playing on their phones and ignoring me. I asked them to contact customer service and find out what I had to do since they told me in this store that I needed to bring it back here. They said that they wouldn't do it. I then asked to speak to a manager and they said no that I had to call 611 to talk to the manager of this store. read more

Purchased a phone here a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately the salesperson (youngish female) was so busy trying to upsell me that she made a mistake on my order and had to start all over. While I went in for a phone only, she said you really need a case because "leaving without a case is like driving your car without a bumper" . Then I really needed a screen protector at like $70. Because "leaving the store without a screen protector is like driving your car without a front bumper". She used this tired line at least 3 times, after which, had I not been so far into the purchase process, I would have walked out and gone to an Apple Store. I always try to shop local but with Verizon I'll need to look elsewhere next time. read more

Do NOT go here for technical help!!! They are sales people and that is ALL they care about. Selling you a new device, regardless of if you need it or not. They do NOT care about helping the customer, unless of course it's with selling them a product. Went in due to my phone not responding, turning on or off etc. asked if there was a way to fix it and was told 'no sorry, that phone is done for completely and you need a new phone' then proceeded to give me a sales pitch. I left, feeing that there must be a way to fix it. A two second google search later, and I rebooted my phone and it's back to normal, no data lost. If you're going to spend money and buy products you don't need, these people are great. If you need help with something, resort to google. read more

Worthless. I went to this location 1 month ago to cancel three devices and decided to upgrade to the unlimited plan. After 2 weeks I noticed no changes to my account and went back to this location. The young lady working that day dismissed me and said not to worry because the changes wouldn't take effect until the next billing cycle. Fast forward to the next billing cycle. Still no changes to the account, so I called Verizon customer service directly. They had no record of a request to remove the 3 devices or any other changes to my account. Did not even want to leave one star on this review!! We went to this store to get help on phone that was not working due to software update. We were told we could upgrade to a new phone which would not change our plan and cost would remain the same. After lots of time, energy and money this was not true. Many phone calls and trips to store to talk to manager, never heard back. Spoke to corporate who tried to make it right but in the end more money and time spent. Recommend going to a corporate Verizon store in Oceanside or Temecula, as it will be worth it in the end!!!! read more

Sent my daughter to this Verizon authorized dealership to swap out a phone that was no longer working and was pretty disappointed. She ended up being at the receiving end of oddly deceptive sales tactics and other circumstances that just didn't smell right. If your phone is broke and you are a Verizon customer, take the time to get to a corporate Verizon store in Temecula or Oceanside. This local shop is not a place you will find straight shooters. Update (6/14/18): After a raft of concerns and calls about this review from GoWireless corporate and the local management, no one seemed to have an interest or ability to make a decision to do anything about it. I had to reexplain the circumstances to 3-4 different people which was super frustrating. Nothing was done or offered in an effort to make it right and it turned into a sad game of "he said, she said" .. Passed my experience on to Verizon corporate and it is my understanding an investigation is underway. read more

The staff in their are great however you guys should replace management! The employees are always slammed and super short staffed, and whenever I've asked to see a manager, she's either not there or in meetings. I've tried for 3months straight to speak with her and I even called every day and still get An excuse in why she's to busy. To busy to fix a promotion she promised me and getting a hold off her is impossible. You guys should hire more staff or replace the manager with one that actually works with the store. We bought a phone from Angel in store and it was out of stock, so it was shipped to the Verizon Fallbrook store. We followed tracking, and it showed it was delivered and signed for by Angel on the 5th. We called and they said they were too busy for us to pick it up that day. Today my husband went to pick it up and Fallbrook Verizon can't find it. It's "missing". They must've either given it to another customer or it was stolen. They also have no record of who might've gotten the phone. They were extremely rude and dismissive. The informed him they have seven more of his model in the back, but refused to give him one of those as a replacement. So now we have proof our phone was delivered, but Verizon Fallbrook "misplaced" it and are refusing to give us a replacement! Angel provided terrible customer service with no resolution! read more

Online indicates the branch opens at 10am. I arrive at 10:30am and see the same hours posted in the window, but the door is locked. Another sign in the glass directs me to a notice that I have to make an appointment with a QR code to the website. The website won't allow me to make an appointment, so I call the number for the store. Nobody answers the phone and an automated message tells me they are busy assisting in store customers, but I can clearly see nobody is in the store. Figure it out Victra retailer. 1 star this none corporate store in fallbrook, california is horrible. it was good years ago until it became involved with vectra. 3 or 4 employees used to work there to assist the constant flow of customers. now it's just one dude, with 2 or 3 customers always waiting to be helped. each transaction with each customer requires phone calls, computer input, and corporate authorization from verizon which apparently this store is not permitted to make. a single transaction with a customer can take 20 to 30 minutes. if your third in line, you have a one and a half hour wait. computers are always slow. this store's ability to handle billing problems is extremely limited. you will be frustrated go to a corporate store in temecula. read more

Getting a new phone to me is like getting your car fixed- added charges and dealing with sales people who try to add to the bill. That's why I have bought my phones online. But when my phone went dead, my wife and I went over to Fallbrook to Go Wireless to bite the bullet, we thought. Justin actually worked to get us every discount and rebate and we walked out of there with a plan and a S6 for less than before. It pays to deal with a knowledgeable human! When we decided to do the same with my wife's phone a few days later, our phone guru Justin wasn't there but Jamie took care of us the same way. That girl knew everything about phones--really smart AND personable. I wanted the cordless charger and it has made our lives so much easier. I went into Verizon to purchase a case and screen protector. I had a brand new screen put on my phone the day prior, and during the process of putting the screen on, the Verizon Rep cracked my actual phone screen. The Sales manager was present and said there was nothing she could/would do until she talked to her District Manager. I have since been into this same location 6 different times, calling ahead, and I have been told every time the District Manager is not in. I have left my business card for him to call me back and have called Verizon's main line to attempt to get In contact with someone who could help resolve this. I have not received a single phone call or email back. Additionally, every time I have tried to go into the store to return the case, because I no longer want to do business with Verizon, they do not have someone there who can process returns. This was 21 days ago. Do not give your business to this shady store. read more

I had the worst possible experience at this store! I went into buy a new phone, but was not informed properly of my options and was given incorrect information. They sold me a phone they explained was one they could give a $200.00 instore credit , and I later learned I had other options to buy a much better and newer release phone. I also found out they had put a new jet pack device on my account, and added insurance to it which I did not buy and did not authorize. In addition, they attached insurance to the phone they sold me without asking me and getting my authorization. I later found all this out while I was in the process with them for days trying to install all my photos and info to the new phone I bought which was again unsuccessful, and one mistake and failure after another. I went in day after day asking for help and more than once was sent home telling me there was no one to help me there at the time and to come back in the afternoon hours later. I remained polite, and patient, doing what they instructed, and trying to work with them. Often feeling I was being treated rudely and unprofessionally. I decided to return my phone, and the manager promptly told me I would be charged a restocking fee, even though they had done all this with the charges I never authorized with devices, and insurance. Which I had to call Verizon to get help solving activation fees and prorated charges for the insurance and the jetpack I did not buy, but were put on my account. I went to return my phone and fortunately there was a regional manager there by chance stopping in, and I shared some of what I had experienced at this store with the manager and service. He said he would make sure I wasn't charged a restocking fee, and he would be making sure this entire situation was looked into closely, and he would assist me with making sure my account had all unauthorized charges removed. He apologized for the negative experience I had, and I returned my phone while he stayed to make sure it was handled correctly. I would caution anyone who is considering doing business at the Verizon retailer in Fallbrook. This location and management is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The way I was treated was so unprofessional! Other Verizon locations have been great, but I will never give my business to this store again unless they have a major makeover! read more

My husband, kids, and I went in to get new phones, it was time for new ones. We were ready to try something new after having I phone's for the last 4 years. We both left with new phones we like very much. The guys who helped us were wonderful. Jordon helped us pick out our new phones and Elyas helped Jordan set up our new phones, get all the stuff we needed and showed us how to use our new phones and some of the features they have. Peanut butter guy (stew ) was very funny and had some great stories to share. Thanks to the 3 of you working yesterday we had fun getting our new phones. I went in to the store to cancel my contract to switch to a different provider with a more affordable bill, however, a sales rep assured me that he could get me the same price with Verizon. So I chose to stay with them. What he didn't tell me is that not only would I be paying for the edge program and my phone payment, but that there would also be an extra $80 in charges each month for the 3 lines. I specifically asked him what my charges would be and he never mentioned that being added to the said amount. Very unhappy customer paying more than I can afford and of course it would cost me 100s to get out of my contract now. But hey, he got his commission so he's happy to screw customers over. read more

There are a few reasons for this horrible review. 1) When I called Verizon directly (not this third-party store, but the actual provider) they warned me that this location was to be avoided and they were always getting mistakes from them. This is a HUGE warning sign- and I immediately regretted choosing this location to be my first ever mobile contract. 2) They set me up on a 2-year plan when I asked for a month-to-month plan because the phone I had was brought in already paid for from a relative and did not need to be leased from them or paid for. A.K.A. = It was my phone that I owned and they put me on a plan that acted as if I was leasing from them. 3) When I left Verizon after the ridiculous price of my own phone and 1GB of monthly data (usually ~$100/mo from them) I found out that they had indeed put me on the 2-year. This is where everything spiraled out of control. I called the direct Verizon number and went into the local store to get this fixed, I let them know that if there was going to be an early termination fee (which, there should not have been if I owned the phone and was on the proper month-to-month plan) that I needed to know so I could let my new provider pay for it (special deal for switching to Sprint). They told me that I would not need to and that they would fix it for me, and that I was welcome back anytime. Great- that ordeal only took 3 hours of my time on and off the phone and in this store. Now here's the good bit- 2ish months later I get an over-due bill for that early termination fee I wasn't supposed to get (wow Verizon). I call up and explain to a manager what happened, again I go back into this local store, and I'm told that it is a mistake and will get fixed by the following week. 3 days later? My credit card is charged for that $378.35 (now including late fees) early termination fee. Without my approval. I call them up and their excuse is "you used auto-pay when with us, so it went through that". No- when I cancelled my contract with Verizon that should have been cancelled as well- not to mention if I got an over-due bill it wasn't in affect anyways. Someone had to manually do this themselves. So here's the new mess- I get told it will take 7-10 days to fix since they have to send out a ticket request to resolve it. No one calls me back to tell me it immediately got rejected (reason being since my 'account' was a 0 balance they saw no problems and didn't bother to read the case notes), so 10 days later I call back and find out. I get told to come back to this local store of mine to get the manager who agreed there was a mistake to contact Verizon and work with them on it. So I do- I immediately go into the store and explain my situation and ask for them to solve it. Guess what? No manager there is able to- all of them are out for this new I-Phone release, therefore I have to wait until the next week to get a solution. Alright, at this point it has been nearly a month of problems. Come the following week, I get my money back. Great! Done and over with. Right? Except one little problem (and main reason for this review)- I now have a "Collection Notice" letter in my hand for that early termination fee + late fees. This will be what I have to fight next. Thank you Verizon for making my first ever mobile contract a living hell and a nice learning experience for a new adult. read more

This place is a ripoff and scam....Buyers beware! They have a practice of deceiving customers to meet their quotas. Sadly, they profit off the blind trust of their customers, behind the mask of a smile. The culture at the store seems to accept this type of practice at every level from management (arrogant) to the staff. Misrepresenting/lying about... insurance coverage (check out ur coverage with Verizon via phone 800 922-0204), "free" equipment (nothing is EVER free), to juggling service agreements without the buyers permission. We spent about 6 months battling our complaints. Go to a certified Verizon store, one in Temecula & Oceanside, not a "Go Wireless" authorized retailer. read more

I took my cell phone into Verizon in Fallbrook looking for some assistance. The IPhone was unresponsive and failed to charge and seemed to be "dead." Mike, who claimed to be "Magic Mike," took over for a trainee who was just learning the ropes. Mike unsuccessfully tried to charge the phone. I asked if I could just purchase a new battery. Mike informed me that the battery could not be changed; that it was an integral part of the phone mechanism and that a new phone was in order. Very reluctantly I began the purchase process for a new $600 IPhone. Halfway through, my cell phone activated itself! I halted the sales process and indicated that I would certainly be back when my phone was completely worn out. (I have been a Verizon customer since the beginning of cell phone service!) Mike indicated there would be a $30 "restocking" charge. I protested, reminding him of my long association with Verizon. That topic seemed to be resolved. Then I asked for a new screen protector. The one that I had on my phone had a tiny crack in the upper corner, but when Mike removed it to begin to transfer the data to a new phone, it was shattered completely. My cost for a new screen protector would be $80. I apologized for the inconvenience, but indicated that I wouldn't be purchasing the screen protector or a new phone. A google search after leaving the store indicated that indeed the battery could be replaced. Battery installed by the pros at Batteries Plus Bulbs: $79. New Screen protector: $15. Thanks, BPB. Shame on you, Verizon and Magic Mike!! P.S. To make matters worse, my Verizon bill arrived today with the first $30 installment for that unpurchased IPhone. A call to Verizon billing quickly resolved that issue. read more

Went in last month to upgrade my phone, I had dropped in and the screen was broken. I ask them what deals they on new phones, she just brought out a phone and started setting it up. Then started bring out accessories for the phone and I ask what those were for and she said they are free. She ask if I wanted the insurance and I said no. $240 later after she has run my credit card I get to see the bill, I started asking what different charge were and she the were discounted at the bottom of the bill. Never received a good answer about the bill. When I get home I look at the bill some more and see there is a charge for insurance that I didn't want, so I went back the next day and ask the manager about the charge. He said that was just till you get out the door in case you drop the phone when you are leaving and the charge would go away. So yesterday I get a letter from Verizon thanking me for buying the insurance with a policy in it. The moral to the story is, if you don't want to get ripped off don't go there. read more

I was an AT&T customer for 22 years. I used them for my personal and business phones, internet, etc. In November of last year, AT&T incorrectly billed me for data in the amount of $5,500.00. In spite of admitting their mistake, every person I spoke with either couldn't or wouldn't help me. Each time I spoke with a billing agent or manager, I was given the same excuse that "The amount was above their limit to remove from my bill". After going back and forth for nearly 4 months, AT&T was now threatening to shut my service off unless I paid them the $5,500.00. The billing dept. explained "I should just pay the bill and they would credit me later when they figured out how to resolve the issue". Needless to say after months of being ignored and blown there was no way I could trust them. Additionally, having my service interrupted would have been a disaster for my business. Therefore, I decided to switch service before AT&T turned my phones off. Upon visiting Amani and Michelle at GoWireless-Verizon in Fallbrook, I was immediately treated like a real customer again. Both Amani and Michelle spent 3 hours with me getting all of my phone numbers switched over to Verizon. The amount of work involved seemed enormous however, they were both extremely pleasant, professional, and diligent. Not only did they get all of our phone numbers transferred over, they came up with better monthly rates and got all of the phones and tablets upgraded with the latest versions for a lot less than AT&T was charging us. Bottom line; Amani and Michelle are huge assets to Verizon and If you are experiencing problems with your current carrier, or are just curious to see if Verizon can do better on pricing, I highly recommend going to see them at the Fallbrook location. read more
