I've had an extremely frustrating experience with this T-Mobile store. After purchasing two new…read moreiPhones in January, my mom dropped off her trade-in phone directly to a store representative. Unfortunately, the employee failed to follow proper protocol by not checking in the phone or adding any notes to the account confirming it was received. Later, I started getting notifications claiming the phone had never been turned in, which created months of problems and stress. I've spent countless hours speaking with representatives trying to get the trade-in credit I was originally promised. Then, after all this time, they suddenly claimed they "found" the phone but said it had "screen damage" and refused to honor the credit. If the store representative had done their job correctly in the first place, the condition of the phone would have been documented at drop-off. There was absolutely no damage. Instead, their negligence has left me paying more every month while fighting to fix an issue that was caused entirely by the store. I will continue appealing this because customers should not be treated this way. Extremely disappointing customer service and lack of accountability.

I came in to get a wireless charger for my phone, but it wound up not working at all. Case on, case…read moreoff, my phone, my wife's phone (both iPhone 16s, mine a Pro, wife's a Pro Max); just plain didn't work at all. Just a total dud. It was a Verizon-branded unit, if that makes any difference. So I bring it back to get it returned, since the receipt stated it was allowed under their 30-day return policy. I spoke with the same person I'd gotten it from (Chris) and he flat-out tells me "We don't take returns." Like it had been drilled into him or something. I push back, pointing to the receipt, and he says "Yeah, we don't do that here." Only when the manager (or someone I assume is the manager) comes back and hears what's going on, does the manager step in and affirm that yes, they do take returns, just not on screen protectors. Which makes sense, since those are one-use items that you can't peel off of a phone and restock. So I get my money back and leave, but no one really acknowledges or apologizes for the mistake, or the crappy product, or try to fix my issue and see if I want something else. Long way of saying... poor service, poor products, poor management, and clearly, poor training of the sales staff. I like Verizon as a brand, but this store could really use some help.

Brandon tells me if I switch all my lines to At&t then there is bundles. We did the math and verizon was still cheaper option. But I still needed the internet because verizon does not service our new house. So I tell brandon it's okay maybe next time as I was walking out he then proceeds to tell me if you sign up for home internet I can give you $25/ month for 12 month promotion. So I say awesome let's do that. All is well, I get my internet in the mail's. few days later, works great. My first bill comes around it's $55/ month. I call the store and they say it takes a few billing cycles I wait, it finally kicks in to $25/ month for my last months bill, then this months bill comes in and it's $55. I call the store they say they can't do anything if I'm not in store, I tell them they should pay for my gas to get there in this economy, so I call the corporate number and they tell me there is no such thing as that promotion and the only reason it was $25 for one month is because someone did a discount manually. He said there is no way to get the bill to $25 like I was promised, so I cancelled my internet. Brandon the manager lied to get a sale and was never available when I wanted to speak to him about the promotion. Won't be coming back, here's my bill if you needed proof. Take this for what it's worth.
