The place was poppin' at 7:30pm like it was hosting a Wednesday night rave for phone plans. Four employees were tag-teaming a small crowd like customer service ninjas. Mary Ann greeted us w the grace of a maitre d', politely asking us to have a seat while we waited. Thankfully, the wait was shorter than the line at Starbucks during Pumpkin Spice season. Once we got helped, it was all smooth sailing.... quick, friendly, efficient!! We were in, out, and questioning why every errand couldn't go this smoothly. Side note: The parking lot? It's what you normally would call a hot mess!! Think musical chairs but w SUVs and mild road rage. Good luck out there folks!!

My husband, mom and I came to Verizon in November to see about upgrading a phone on our family…read moreplan. We had Leo as an associate and we all found him to be really helpful and knowledgeable. He offered ideas and solutions that seemed to give us the best deal and service for our needs. We ended up also switching our internet provider completely from Spectrum to Verizon, which we hadn't planned on. Instead of having to do a trade in, Leo suggested we add a 4th line on our plan, which wouldn't cost extra, and this would allow us a promotional offer that would save us money in the long run - great! We came back in January because our December bill was unexpectedly much higher than we anticipated (+$120 higher). Leo was our associate again, and we were so relieved that he resolved our issue completely. While the issue was frustrating, he seemed genuinely concerned for us & he was thorough in pursuing a solution to credit our account the $120. He assured us that what he had set us up with in November was correct, and that he would correct the errors to reflect that. He did just that, and we left feeling confident. He definitely understood our needs, he never felt gimmicky or salesy, and even though we came in with an issue, we were really happy with the way he resolved it. So, we really appreciate Leo & are happy to keep working with him!

I clearly told the staff that I was leaving the country for almost two weeks and planned to officially upgrade when I returned. Despite that, I was repeatedly encouraged to place the order that day. I specifically asked if there would be any issues holding the phone while I was out of the country, and I was reassured multiple times that it would not be a problem and that notes would be made on my account. While I was on vacation, I received repeated calls and texts from the store asking me to pick up the phone, despite having already explained, more than once, that I was out of the country. This was frustrating and unnecessary, especially while traveling internationally. When I returned, the store initially could not locate my phone, though they eventually found it. They stated they don't hold phones for more than 4 days. I also returned my old phone to this location for the trade-in credit, but it has now been two months and the credit has still not appeared on my bill. For comparison, my boyfriend traded in his phone at a different Verizon location and received his credit without issue. In addition to the service issues, there was highly unprofessional behavior during both visits. Two employees repeatedly scratched and adjusted their groin area while interacting with customers. One employee in particular placed his hand inside his pants multiple times in plain view, which was extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable to witness in a professional retail environment. He was also very fidgety. That same employee was also openly rude and condescending while speaking to customer support on the phone, behaving as though others were incompetent. At this point, I will be contacting Verizon directly or going to a different location to resolve the trade-in issue. I will not be returning to this store.

I will say that I found it very odd that only the men's shirts had a upf rating of 50 while the women's only went to 30. Staff was friendly and the store was clean. The items I purchased were on sale and they also offer a military discount which was nice.

She was courteous , friendly and professional. She was kind enough to print out a sheet with the problem and part needed. Mara also was extremely helpful in recommending a mobile mechanic in the area. Jerod ( mobile mechanic ) met me at the O'reillys location the next day, replaced the part at a very reasonable price and in a timely manner. I special ordered a torque converter and waited until the following day for it to come in. When I went to install it, I noticed that one of the studs for the flywheel was not attached and would not allow for it to be mounted. When I returned it to the O'Reilly in Temecula, I was told that the soonest they could get me a replacement was 5 PM. While this might seem as though it is a reasonable response one must have taken to account that my vehicle is in pieces in the garage and undrivable. I asked for the manager to call and make arrangements for somebody to meet the a delivery driver and get my replacement part sooner. After speaking to the store manager, Lorraine, and requesting a callback from the district manager, Bryan, I was left more frustrated than that when I started. Neither of them took accountability for the fact that my truck is not drivable and in parts in the garage. I ordered a part that I expected to be usable and had arrangements to have it reinstalled. Lorraine told me that she called the district manager Bryan at my request and asked him to give him me a call to discuss a quicker replacement. After more than an hour and a half and no call I called back and Lorraine called Bryan again. When Bryan called me, he told me that he was only just now being brought to his attention. The problem is the district manager pointed fingers at the store manager, saying that she did not call when she told me she Did, but I don't truly believe that that is the case. I believed he did not want to call me back and therefore wished that I would just go away. I'm telling you all. You have choices when it comes to buy an auto parts. This was an unexpected repair and I needed the part urgently otherwise I would've taken advantage of buying it online. But if you are in an emergency situation like I was do not go to O'Reilly as they do not care about their customers and do not think outside the box for ways to make situations better when they've sold a faulty part and caused unnecessary delay. To make matters worse, Bryan spoke to me like I was some kind of an idiot. He tried to justify the fact that it was not "safe "for an employee to go to the distribution center because it was a "hardhat facility ". When I pointed out that that was an excuse and not a reason, he had no response. I shared with him that clearly the delivery drivers figured out a way to make a safe exchange of the parts they were going to deliver and that his excuse made no sense. I am currently waiting for a callback from the regional manager, whose name I'm told is Pedro. My hope is that maybe he could do better as far as thinking outside the box.
