We recently purchased a new iphone 17pro at the Fallbrook store. David was our sales associate. He did a great job helping us set up our new phone and purchasing some accessories for the 17pro. Considering he was the only associate on duty, he was able to help us with our questions while waiting on other customers. He was very professional and had a pleasant demeanor! Been AT&T customer over 25 years and customer service is horrible. Been trying for 7 months to get new plan and they cannot figure out how to do it. It's all of at &t. Watch your bill Closely after visiting this store!!! Went in on Sunday to purchase new phones and upgraded our plans. Valerie, the salesperson (if we can call her that) added insurance that we NEVER asked for or signed off in. It was going to be an extra 34 a month. Usually we just purchase our new phones directly from Apple and I can tell you going there you have a MUCH better experience and piece of mind knowing that shady people aren't just adding random things to your bill. She was really informative about what type of phones we should or shouldn't get and didn't pressure us at all. This Store is small, but my experience was outstanding. the young lady who helped me transition services from cricket was amazing. She even gave cricket a chance to redeem themselves, but cricket wasn't, ready willing and able. This young lady's name is Mariela. I would honestly give this store zero stars if I could. My husband and daughter went to the store to purchase a new phone because she lost her's. They went in specifically to get a new phone, keep the same number, and pay any extra. Instead of doing that, the associate took my watch's number and changed it to a cellular number, and disconnected my watch. We have now been on the phone for over an hour trying to get my watch reconnected and there is now nothing they can do with the previous number, except now pay a disconnection fee. The "easiest" solution is to go back to the store, but the store is now closed and we leave tomorrow early in the morning out of state and won't be back until next month. What should have been a simple phone purchase has turned into an unnecessary headache. Oh and getting my watch back on the cellular plan has been a no go. So if you want a headache and messed up phone lines , this is the place to go read more

Very nice people that will stay late for you. However, not up to date on their knowledge of AT&T products. Spent 8 hours in 2 days there. Went all the way through getting a new plan and being promised I could use all my existing devices even after asking "Are you sure?". They informed me I was good to go. well, I wasn't. They had changed my hotspot as a number to its own plan and capped me out at 15GB of data, when that is my sole internet. Kids couldn't even do their school work because I had been already capped out in a day. At least they were able to revert my plan back to the prior plan, but what a headache this whole process has been. read more

Worst experience ever! I got a new iPhone 8 here and when one of the sales people put the screen protector on, it made scratches on the back of the device. I came here to figure out how to change something on my plan, and there was a girl that worked there. All she could refer me to is to call customer service as she put her phone down. I asked her how I could unlock my phone and she again told me that only the phone customer service could help me. She then went on to eat her subway and text on her phone.
