Anyway, I decided to take hers here to get it fixed. They quoted us $129 to fix her screen... but they ended up fixing a little white chip that actually came out of the phone, too. I am editing my previous review because within 24 hrs of the repair my phone started having calibration issues. I went back in and the guy did the screen test again and no problems turned up. My issue though is the screen is acting really slow and certain keys on the keyboard don't always work. It seemed like he didn't really believe me so just left after I tried to explain but ended up feeling like an idiot. Well I took my phone into apple and they found it was a calibration issue and would fix it. My phone didn't have the issue prior to fixing the screen so I was a bit upset that when I went back in to Fix my Phone they just brushed it off and sent me on my way. So yes this place will fix your screen but that goes without saying that you risk getting possible calibration issues in the process that they don't own up to or at least try to understand /fix. These folks are great! Fixed my iPhone 6 in under 20 minutes. Their prices are great and they even offered a glass screen protector for free after I said I planned on giving a review. I ended up bringing an old I phone 5s that was busted and missing the home button. I thought it was beyond repair and they quickly fixed that too! read more

Let me start with the techs here seem to be proficient with repairs. I watched one do repairs on another customer's phone while I waited. I walked in here about a week ago. I was quoted a price, by the lone tech there, for a certain type of service which was very reasonable. Unfortunately I didn't have the broken phone with me, so I had to come back. I came back a week later, both techs were there along with an older gentleman. I assume he is the owner. I gave my phone to the tech and he went to the back, to begin repairs, when the older gentleman and other tech huddled with him. They seemed to be discussing the work on my phone. The older gentleman came out and told me the cost would be double of what I was originally quoted. Surprised, and disappointed, I declined to have the work done. Lesson here is I should have gotten a written estimate before I left the first time. I don't believe the place was trying to rip me off, just bad business not honoring a quote. read more

Hands down. 5 star for this shop. Malik helped me. My iPad Pro button did not work anymore. He said they can repair it but it's a possibility that the screen will brake while being removed and that would cost $300. I really did not want to take a chance for obvious reasons. He put a home button on my screen, which allows me to use all functions on my iPad. He did not charge anything. Do not go here they are crooks! Went here to get a problem with my wife's I Phone 7 fixed. We have insurance and should have taken advantage of it. I could have paid the $175 to get a brand new replacement I Phone 7. I own a small business my self so I know how big it is to have good customer service and Integrity. Nate the manager has always been cool helpful and actually comes to my business. So we decided to take a shot and give them the business. Originally my wife's phone started having an issue with speaker she couldn't hear incoming calls. They told us it was a common thing and they fix it all the time and it would be $150. So I figured we would give them the business and save $25 instead of replacing the phone through insurance. They told us it would take 3-5 days and they would call us for pick up. They told us they needed half down so we paid the $75. Well after I kid you not 11 days after no call or communication we called the store and they said that it's done but to come in because there is more complications. We go in the store and the guy said that THEY mishandled the phone and ended up breaking the home screen button which could not be fixed at all. So I asked for our money back since they broke our phone. Nate said the owner is not taking responsibility for the phone and will not refund our money back. Keep in mind the phone can not be fixed and now I have to do an insurance claim. So now I'm out the $75 because they did not fix the phone which we paid for instead I paid to have them completely destroy the phone. I will be taking legal action and calling the better business bureau. Do not go here. Also I have recommended numerous amounts of my employees, friends, and family here. They have fixed tons of phone screens for my recommendations. They will be losing out in all our business that's for sure. I'm adding this section here because the owner responded. He never took responsibility for what his employees did, it was only after the fact that I left my truthful reviews and he had time to let it sink for a few days. At that point he had his manager Nate call me and ask to take the reviews from google and Yelp down and he will give my $75 back. I told Nate no. It's on principle at this point. I waited 11 days for the. To ruin the phone and let me clarify it was still ruined. It was not functional at all. The speaker issue that it went in for the first place was still not working. You could not place an outgoing call or receive incoming calls. The phone was ruined. They treated me with no respect and brushed me off. They may have other good reviews and have done better business for other people but for the couple of weeks they were dealing with me they more than fell short they had no communication and did not know the first thing g about conducting business. Keep the $75 I hope you learn and grow from my incident and you take this as a reminder of how to treat people. read more
