Brought my iPhone in today for a battery replacement and charging port repair. Lady diagnosed the issue quickly and explained what was wrong before starting the repair. Everything was done fast and professionally, and the phone now charges perfectly and holds battery like new. The price was fair compared to other places I checked, and the service felt honest -- no upselling or unnecessary repairs. Communication was clear, and they treated my phone carefully. Overall a very solid experience. I'd definitely come back here again if I need another phone repair and would recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service read more

I've been bringing all of cell phones here for repair or upgrades for years. Very friendly and the rates are reasonable. Fast service with most repairs completed that day in a few hours (when parts are available which is for me 100% of the time). They even have a selection of used devices available. Customer service is great read more

This place is amazing! Great prices and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend

I was very impressed with this place. I had a 10-year-old laptop with an old operating system and outdated drivers and a mess of junk I accumulated over the years and in 24 hours he had it all revamped and cleaned up runs like a top and I am so impressed. On a whim I took it there since it only says fix my phone on the sign. Very happy! read more

These guys are awesome! I've always had great service here. I just brought in my old LG smart phone, which is no longer supported, to have all of my info transferred over to my new Samsung Galaxy phone, and the team took care of everything for me. Very fast! Very friendly and helpful, trustworthy, and all done at a very reasonable price! Who could ask for more? Not me! It's a little place with a huge heart! And talk about customer service, somehow, stupid me got my seatbelt caught in my car door, so the door wouldn't open when I went to leave. The gentleman (so sorry I didn't catch his name), saw me struggling and came outside and yanked the car door open for me! That's above and beyond the call of duty! THANKS! I have already recommended you to my friends! Can't wait to play with my new phone and try everything out! HUGE THUMBS UP to Kenya and her fabulous team! read more

Kenia was awesome! She fixed the problems with my iPhone XS for a fair price. She knew immediately what the problems were, and explained how she was going fix them with great communication, which is extremely rare these days. 2 hour turnaround, highly recommend. read more

Went in to get my screen repaired and it only took 20 minutes, also got my speakers and charging port cleaned out and got a good used case. Couldn't ask for more! read more

Customer service is great, and the people here are friendly, but they put a counterfeit battery in my iPhone, and my phone randomly shuts off now. Battery life is also worse then before. Going to have to pay another $75 to have a legit battery put in. read more

Friendly and professional. Great customer service and follow up. Local and convenient location. #mindsofthefuture read more

I found out today that the phone I purchased at this store in May 2022 will no longer work at year end.......the lady working there told me my former phone "wont be 4G so you might as well buy a reconditioned one". Which I did. Now it won't work at year end and I get to buy another %&@!! phone. Crooks. I gave them a chance to try to make this right. Never again. read more

I will miss my Escondido, 'go to' phone repair store. I will be using their Vista store because of my move, but will return as often as possible to say hello to Kenya and Israel and the rest of the Escondido team. I am indebted to these folks for fixing my communication needs! Such a reputable phone repair store is so hard to find. I have let folks know how great they are whenever a friend has a problem with their phone and they have come through every time! Escondido should be proud! read more

Fix My Phone SD - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Escondido, California

iPhone would not connect to car outlet. Walked in, got quote, fixed while I waited. Fast, accurate, very fair prices.

I brought my daughter here, because she cracked her iphone 6S screen about 2 months ago... and has been begging me to get it fixed for her ever since! My iphone 6 has been acting wacky for a year... turns out, water damage. I got a new one the other day... and my daughter got super butt hurt because I got a new phone, but hers was broken. Anyway, I decided to take hers here to get it fixed. They quoted us $129 to fix her screen... but they ended up fixing a little white chip that actually came out of the phone, too. Something my daughter was extremely concerned about... lol. And also put a free tempered glass on her phone. They fixed it without asking or charging, which was great... then I bought my daughter a phone case, and they offered to put tempered glass on my phone, too, since we bought a phone case. You really do get a great deal from this place! The staff is friendly & personable... just a great, overall, experience! read more

Came here on a recommendation from the receptionist at the car dealer I was at. Glad I did, checked out my daughter's phone, gave me a quote and let me know it would be done in a couple of hours. They called me after one hour to let me know the phone was done. My daughter is all smiles again! Fair, fast and reasonable, I will definitely return if I need anymore phone repairs! read more

Awesome! Honest, Fast, Fair Price! Don't have to shop around you will get an honest - upfront - fair deal! No need to buy a new phone Kenya and her Son can fix it... read more

Had a broken screen/digitizer and had to get it fixed ASAP. This place was recommended to me by a friend. I'm definitely coming back. Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful and made sure my phone was all good to go. read more

Best. Service. Ever. There is nothing worse than realizing that your iPhone screen has shattered then googling how much it'll cost at the Apple Store to repair. I was fortunate enough to hear about FixMyPhone through word of mouth and I'm SO glad that I did. When I got to the store, Sam (the owner), was behind the counter to greet us. His prices were the best I've seen & the quote time was incredibly reasonable. The store has everything from phones to cases to screen protectors and more. When I returned to pick up my phone, I was greeted by his wife - Zina. It was such a refreshing experience to spend face to face with the business owners & I can totally see why this is such a highly recommended place to go! While I *hope* that I never shatter my phone again, at least I know exactly where to go! read more

Gosh! What nice people! Dropped off a phone that an over-enthusiastic 10-month Standard Poodle puppy used as a chew toy (including foldover cover) at around noon and we had a new display and glass cover when I finished my work at 4pm. Lightning fast service. Super nice people. Appreciated their checkout quality control checklist that was followed exactly. Thanks guys. I hate the thought of having to come back but it is inevitable... (:~) read more

I am editing my previous review because within 24 hrs of the repair my phone started having calibration issues. I went back in and the guy did the screen test again and no problems turned up. My issue though is the screen is acting really slow and certain keys on the keyboard don't always work. It seemed like he didn't really believe me so just left after I tried to explain but ended up feeling like an idiot. Well I took my phone into apple and they found it was a calibration issue and would fix it. My phone didn't have the issue prior to fixing the screen so I was a bit upset that when I went back in to Fix my Phone they just brushed it off and sent me on my way. So yes this place will fix your screen but that goes without saying that you risk getting possible calibration issues in the process that they don't own up to or at least try to understand /fix. These folks are great! Fixed my iPhone 6 in under 20 minutes. Their prices are great and they even offered a glass screen protector for free after I said I planned on giving a review. I ended up bringing an old I phone 5s that was busted and missing the home button. I thought it was beyond repair and they quickly fixed that too! read more

I broke the screen of my iPhone- horrors! Called Fix My Phone SD & they said "Bring it in!" Took it right over & it was fixed immediately. They put a protective cover over my new glass & didn't charge extra for that. I'm planning to never break my phone again but, if I do, I know where to go. Fix My Phone SD was awesome. read more

I hate to deal with places that fix my phone type deals, but this place was perfect. They answered my text promptly, told me.what it would cost (and reminded me that it probably would be that but they need to see the phone first). When I got there it took less than 10 minutes, the price was what they quoted and I was back out the door. I'd come here again in a heartbeat! read more

Great shop! Kind, efficient! Even gave me a suggestion for my new Smart phone as I am a first-time user. Will definitely go back as necessary! read more

Let me start with the techs here seem to be proficient with repairs. I watched one do repairs on another customer's phone while I waited. I walked in here about a week ago. I was quoted a price, by the lone tech there, for a certain type of service which was very reasonable. Unfortunately I didn't have the broken phone with me, so I had to come back. I came back a week later, both techs were there along with an older gentleman. I assume he is the owner. I gave my phone to the tech and he went to the back, to begin repairs, when the older gentleman and other tech huddled with him. They seemed to be discussing the work on my phone. The older gentleman came out and told me the cost would be double of what I was originally quoted. Surprised, and disappointed, I declined to have the work done. Lesson here is I should have gotten a written estimate before I left the first time. I don't believe the place was trying to rip me off, just bad business not honoring a quote. read more

Nathan is a stand up guy. Be sure to ask for him if you use their service. He cares about the quality of work that they do and he was able to diagnose and fix my phone . I appreciate the service he provided to me read more

My friend was visiting from out of town. Her I-phone froze. She took it to Best Buy, Apple store, and another repair shop. None of them had a clue how to repair and restore her phone. We were referred to Fix My Phone SD and went there as last hope... fingers crossed. Kenia took control and immediately went to work on the phone. Not only was she able to fix it and restore it she did so without wiping out the data so my friend didn't loose any photos or files. Brilliant! If your phone or computer has an issue, go in to see these guys. You'll be surprisingly happy and the prices are fair too. This is a nice store with a nice friendly attitude and knows how to treat their customers. read more

Hands down. 5 star for this shop. Malik helped me. My iPad Pro button did not work anymore. He said they can repair it but it's a possibility that the screen will brake while being removed and that would cost $300. I really did not want to take a chance for obvious reasons. He put a home button on my screen, which allows me to use all functions on my iPad. He did not charge anything. Malik was professional and I am truly satisfied with the result and the service this shop provided. I highly recommend this business. read more

Fix My Phone SD is a lifesaver! I called around to other phone repair shops to see if they could fix my Beats Solo 3 headphones and no one would even take a look at them. My head phones wouldn't turn on, I replaced the battery and still wouldn't turn on. I was just gonna buy another pair ($300) but I figured I would give see if they could do anything. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to fix them (they had some corrosion from moisture). It was super cheap! and my beats have been working like new. many thanks Fix my Phone SD! read more

This place came thru and saved meeeeeee!! I've never in my life have cracked my iPhone screen and I was kinda freaking out. My OCD kicked in hard and could barely stand it! The very next day I walked right in and Kenya (heaven sent!) was super friendly and informative. She helped me right away and answered all my questions. She went down a list and throughly checked my phone to make sure it wasn't broken and made me feel sooo much better. She took my phone and in no less than 15 minutes she fixed it! I was in and out- easy peasy. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you crack your screen. read more

Worse service possible!!!! I took my mini iPad to fix and it was just a nightmare. I went back to the shop several times and they could not fix it and on top of that they charge me $150 when in most of the places they charge $99.99 I asked for my money and the owner told me that it was not possible. I had to take it to another shop and they told me that they did not do a good job, there were missing pieces..... Terrible, terrible experience........ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP read more
