You know how it is when you need something fixed, and you have no idea what it might cost or if they business is trustworthy. I went to WeFiix (moisture in my charging port) today and Abdul was great! He took a look at my phone asked me a few questions, diagnosed it and said it will be $55 and in less than an hour. It was exactly as promised, less than an hour and my phone is working great! I am happy to recommend this business because it is such a relief to find businesses you 100% know you can trust! read more

Great service and great pricing but... I was told my "after market screen" would work just as an original screen. It doesn't, the screen becomes laggier than it needs to be. Screen glitches out when I turn off my phone. Then sometimes my speaker gets less louder it's never done that before. Can I get a quote back please? read more

I was in Escondido and my phone screen broke. Sprint couldn't fix my LG phone and I needed a working phone asap. I found Phone Repair at Broadway & Washington. Malik, the manager, was extremely helpful and found me a Samsung with a much better camera then the LG I had and I do a lot of photos. I switched over my sim card and it was so easy and he really knows his stuff. They have a great selection of phones(new, used, trades), they repair same day(screens less than 30 minutes). I am really happy with the Samsung and they do 45 day warranties on all repairs. This is now my favorite smart phone store in San Diego. read more

Went to get my phone fixed because it randomly shut down over night and wouldn't turn on. I went to this place because it's close to my house, anyways they left my phone screen all messed up and it's overly bright. So I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

My phone LCD screen went down about two weeks ago. I was frantic in trying to fix it, as the cost for a new phone was simply not an option through Verizon. I found this business. The owner/manager was so accommodating. We brought my phone in before closing on. Tuesday and they had the repair done by Wednesday afternoon. I basically have a new Samsung Note 8. I highly recommend - it's expensive to break your phone. However, people like Phone Repair San Diego are more affordable than other like businesses I contacted. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much guys. Shalom! read more

My husband has a cell phone that he won't give up. It needed a new screen and a new battery. We dropped it off and trusted that he would get it done by the time he designated. It was completed, and the charges were less than what we thought they might be! We are now loyal customers, and fans of this particular cell phone repair. read more

The screen to my iPhone SE had shattered. I checked out other places on yelp for price and customer service reviews. I gave this one my business. This is a family owned and operated shop. Malik swapped out the screen, while I waited (Approximately 20 minutes). The phone looks and works like new. I paid 15-20% less than the other shops in Escondido. I will return when one of our phones is damaged. Thank you! read more

Cracked my iPhone screen yesterday, so this morning I decided to go around the neighborhood to local phone repair shops to see which one gave me the best price. This one by paulitas and the tattoo shop was the best, plus they gave me a deal on a temper glass. My phone looks great and still works well. Guys were very friendly and fast. Would go back again. read more

I'm very glad I drove by this place. I had water damage on my phone and my screen was glitch-ing uncomfortably, I had taken it to another place and got an outrageous quote, they game me my phone back in parts so that it wouldn't cause a short circuit. I then stopped by phone repair San Diego and got my phone fixed for half the price as the other guys. When they were putting the phone together they noticed the other guys didn't give me my home button so I went back to pick it up, i cane back and was still missing the home button shield. Phone repair San Diego didn't wanna have me drive back again so they gave me one of theirs. Such a friendly staff for a very reasonable price, I hope I don't have to fix my screen again but if I do I'll be going back to them and sending any of my friends here too. read more

They use low Quality screen. I got my iPhone 11 Pro max screen replaced and the screen just sucks and also they forgot to put a screw back next to the speakers. . You will notice the low quality they use. Also they posted stuff from the store on my Facebook with out telling me. If you go here. Logout from your apps so they can't do that. read more

My son and I walked by this shop on Broadway in Escondido and met Malik the owner. I had been having trouble charging my iPhone and thought it was on its way out. In 5 minutes. Malik used a small tool to pick out lint from the charging port and handed my phone back to me as good as new. I was impressed with his clean store, fabulous customer service and attention to customer relations. I highly recommend you visit Malik and have him evaluate your phone. read more

I came the other day to get my iPhone 6s screen fixed. The people here are nice, honest, and do a great job. The prices are pretty dang good too, this place is everything you need tbh. read more

I was given a very cheap quality screen... the screen was very jumpy and the lighting was terrible. My screen had a blue tint and my videos and pictures came out very pixelated. It made my $700 iPhone 6s Plus look as though it was an Android. I came back to the store to see why the quality was so bad and what could be done and the owner explained that I could never get another screen the same quality as the original Apple product, which is understandable, BUT I know for a fact that there are better quality screens. I compared my phone to others screens that have been fixed at different phone repair stores and there was a huge difference. I was charged $155 for probably the lowest quality screen. I wasn't given a receipt on the day of my purchase nor a signed warranty. Definitely will not return. read more

So happy I found this place! I read some of the reviews prior to stopping in, but I'm so happy I did. The screen on my iPhone 6s was shattered, apple wanted $150 to replace it and I was given a way better deal here, where they replaced the screen in less than 20 minutes. The guy was super friendly and I was able to turn in my leased iPhone, no questions or problems asked. I'll be returning here and recommending to all my friends next time a problem arises! You guys are awesome! read more

Excellent costumer service from Malik and Juan was fast on the repair to the 7+ I have.

Great job. Montana really knows what he's doing. He let me watch him replace the screen on my 7s. Wow that was really amazing.

Had dropped my iPhone 6s and completely shattered it. These guys gave me the lowest quote over the phone and they were super quick and helpful. It took less than a half an hour to finish the repair. Other places had quoted an hour and a half (maybe longer if it's busy). Couldn't be happier with my new screen, the cost and the customer service. My only complaint is that Yelp! will not allow me to give more than 5 stars. Keep up the good work. read more
