While I went in for a phone only, she said you really need a case because "leaving without a case is like driving your car without a bumper" . Then I really needed a screen protector at like $70. Because "leaving the store without a screen protector is like driving your car without a front bumper". She used this tired line at least 3 times, after which, had I not been so far into the purchase process, I would have walked out and gone to an Apple Store. I always try to shop local but with Verizon I'll need to look elsewhere next time.
